Analysis of the physics of processes occurring in optoelectronic devices with diffraction of light on a phase lattice. For this, the basic structure of the optoelectronic device is proposed. The problem of noise immunity of optoelectronic devices is considered. The causes of noise-stability of optoelectronic devices are revealed.
