The plant is intended to provide additional electric power to a developing medical center or to be a source of uninterrupted power supply for responsible consumers of the hospital in case of any fault case. In paper, the technique of solving systems of linear equations based on the least squares method is considered. It is shown that the problem of the least squares method can have an alternative formulation. It consists in formulating the problem for elements of a multilevel wavelet decomposition of the residual vector. The proposed approach is demonstrated by the example of a linear quadratic problem. Experiments have shown that the wavelet decomposition of the residual can significantly improve the accuracy of solving the system of equations, making it comparable to the accuracy obtained by applying projection methods. The number of levels of the wavelet decomposition is determined by the structural parameters of the matrix. The method of classification by the criterion of the subsystem in which the factor is manifested is considered. On the basis of simulation modeling, the influence of the mass of the vehicle, the coefficient of the main movement resistance, the type of control system and the auxiliary power was investigated. The change of the specific energy consumption on the bus of traction substations is considered as a criterion for the efficiency of regenerative braking. Each element of possible defects set is put in accordance with its identifier. The content and formal concepts of dependent and independent defects classes are introduced. Within the limits of accepted restrictions, these classes simulate the cause-effect relations on the set of possible defects. Quantitative assessment of many different classes of dependent defects capacity is given. The proposed models of dependent defects classes and the well-known spanning trees theorem are used to construct an algorithm for diagnostic indicators selecting. This algorithm ensures the search depth to the dependent defects class accuracy level with much lower costs. One of the main objectives in case of a research and simulation of such electric actuators is determination of electromagnetic parameters which correctness of determination depends on complexity of a mathematical model and accuracy of the used mathematical apparatus. One of required electromagnetic parameters on which the correctness of a research and design of special electric actuators with asynchronous engines depends is the magnetic flux. The complexity of determination of a magnetic flux is that there is the continuous change of both the temporal, and spatial parameters influencing the instantaneous value of the researched value. In article the problem of definition of a magnetic flux from the electromagnetic field created by a stator winding is considered and solved. The formed electromagnetic field creates a magnetic flux from a rotor winding. The total electromagnetic field in a gap of components of special electric drives is as a result formed. External uncontrolled disturbances can arise from non-horizontal surfaces, the existence of significant road irregularities, variable density of soil, etc. Mathematical model of controlled trailer is justified; from this, adaptive control law is generated for movement according to the steering wheels deflection, to achieve a predetermined hitch angle. The a priori uncertainty is eliminated by means of the current parametric identification of the controlled object mathematical model, while current estimates are used directly for control law synthesis. For the formalization of system requirements, an implicit reference model is used. Justification of adaptive control system operation is built on the simplified adaptability conditions. One of the solutions to the environmental problem is the gradual replacement of cars with internal combustion engines (ICE) by electric vehicles. However, electric transport is radically different in its design features from transport with ICE. One of such peculiarities is the necessity to supply the low-voltage electrical loads from the high voltage traction battery. The main aspects associated with the solution of this problem with the use of a special device - an isolating step-down DC-DC converter have been discussed. This paper complements the existing gaps in the following issues: power consumption by low-voltage equipment of the electric vehicle, the total load current changing, the energy balance of the auxiliary low-voltage battery (AB), the initial data for correct choice of circuit topology of converter. The results of calculated analysis and experimental dependence of the input/output characteristics of the step-down DC-DC converter under the urban traffic conditions are given. Traditional linear search is replaced by non-linear one, in which the direction of search at each step adapts to the profile of the objective function. This makes it possible to localize the extremum as quickly as possible and to shorten substantially the time of its determination. An interpolation search algorithm is proposed in the found interval of extremum localization. The objective function is modeled by a segment of a cubic spline, constructed on the basis of information about the gradient vector at the boundary points and taking into account the slope of the objective function. This allows to reduce the number of stages of interpolation search. The possibility of simplified nonsmooth interpolation by first-order splines in the area of finding an extremum is considered. The stages of synthesis of current control loops and electromagnetic torque are considered. Based on experimental methods, a mathematical model of the torque control loop is proposed, which was used at the synthesis stage of the torque control loop. The proposed generalized methods for the synthesis of current control loops, electromagnetic torques based on the method of experimental frequency characteristics can be used on technological objects where the study of frequency characteristics is allowed without violating the conditions of the technological process. So, the proposed technique was successfully applied at the objects of drilling rigs when adjusting the electric drive of a drilling rig. The proposed technique has made it possible to refine and improve the speed of the EMC regulation loop by about 20%. It is established, that an experimental technique for determining the frequency characteristics of CCL has been proposed and tested, which makes it possible to evaluate the capabilities of CCLs of various electric drives, and also indicates the possibilities for expanding the band of uniform transmission of the frequencies of the CCLs under investigation. On the other hand, the extension of the band of uniform transmission of CCL allows increasing the limiting values of the rotational speed of the motor.
