XYZ is a Foreign Investment (PMA) company that specializes in the plastic cosmetic packaging printing industry and produces more than a thousand packaging variants. This research focuses on the assembly part of the DK-274 baby powder packaging. The problem found in this research is the delay in achieving the demand target which originates from worker fatigue due to work pressure and other factors during the production process. In this research, workload measurements will be carried out and determine the optimal or ideal number of workers to meet demand. By using several research methods, including work sampling and work load analysis (WLA), which functions to determine the workload and the optimal number of workers. After the method was applied, the results showed that assembly of the DK-274 baby powder packaging product required a manufacturing time of 1.40 minutes per product unit with an average workload of 109.04% (overload). From the results of this research, the labor solution used in assembly DK-274 baby powder packaging uses 7 workers and 1 automatic press machine. By calculating using work load analysis, it was found that there was no additional workforce. The production alternative requires the company to provide overtime for 7 workers. Factors that are very influential in improving the quality of the University are lecturers and students. For this reason, XYZ University must be able to adapt to technological developments so that it can respond quickly to global market needs. With this phenomenon, XYZ University, especially the Faculty of Engineering, needs skilled workers in the engineering field so as to produce graduates who have relevant abilities and skills. The current vision of the Faculty of Engineering is \"To become a superior and competitive engineering faculty in the Southeast Asia region by 2035\". To realize this vision, Engineering is required to always improve the quality of the education process, research and community service accompanied by efforts to increase its relevance in the context of global competition. In the future, FT-XYZ is expected to be able to have quality that is on par with engineering faculties from leading universities in Southeast Asia in terms of the quality of the learning process and graduates, research and community service, so that it can raise the honor and dignity of the Indonesian nation. The steps taken are to increase the productivity of workforce performance. Therefore, the Marvin E Mundel method was used to analyze performance productivity, factors that experienced increases or decreases. The results of these calculations show that the alternative chosen with the highest productivity increase value is alternative 3, namely by increasing input slightly and increasing output more. The value obtained based on alternative 3 is 256.38%, with a drastic increase of 156.38% from the initial productivity. The PAILKEM learning strategy is a learning strategy that makes it possible to achieve learning objectives. The aim of this learning is to improve understanding results. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a significant influence of the PAILKEM learning strategy (Active, Innovative, Environmental, Creative, Effective and Interesting Learning) on ??understanding vector material. This research method uses an experimental method using the True Experimental Design design. Data analysis was carried out using the t-test. The results of the research, after testing the hypothesis using the t-test with a significance level of 0.05, previously carried out a normality test and homogeneity test, obtained tcount > ttable, namely thitnug = 7.636> ttable = 1.6689 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.
