Thus, this study aims to uncover the concept of self-control in the perspective of sufi psychology and stoicism philosophy that is able to answer the problems of life today in achieving peace and happiness. In its preparation, this article uses qualitative methods with a library approach and is analyzed comparatively. The results and discussions of this study include an explanation of self-control in Robert Frager's view, self-control in the philosophy of stoicism, and a comparison of the concepts of self-control from both views. From this study, it can be concluded that the philosophy of Stoicism and Sufi psychology shake hands to agree that the most basic self-control is controlling perception, so that one can achieve a peaceful and peaceful life. Association with God is the main purpose of self-control in sufi psychology to get a life that is surrounded by a sense of peace. This type of research is field research with qualitative methods. In understanding the maulid phenomenon ŻibᾹ', the approach used is the Fairclough approach. This approach will examine socio-cultural aspects that have a certain meaning of the phenomenon. The results explained that the existence of open social interaction between boarding schools and santri resulted in a new culture, namely the reading of Maulid ŻibᾹ'. From the reading of shalawat ŻibᾹ' routinely causes the manager to create binding rules and force santri, following the reading of Maulid ŻibᾹ'. The recitation of Maulid ŻibᾹ' is a form of praise, respect and love to the Prophet (peace be upon him). Maulid ŻibᾹ' is also a shalawat that does not contradict the prophet's hadiths. The conclusion of this study is that the existence of open social interactions gives rise to a new culture, namely Maulid ŻibᾹ'. The caretaker who is the right hand of the caregiver also has the power in regulating the santri. So, no wonder when there are santri who carry out the routine of Maulid ŻibᾹ' not only because of respect for the Prophet Muhammad Saw. This routine is also based on QS. Al-Ahzab verse 56 and HR. Muslim No. 911 and 577. Because it has not been widely reviewed in other studies with the theme of culture in the view of theology. This research method is a qualitative descriptive field research. The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) The history of the Ngasa traditional ceremony in the Jalawastu Cultural Village; 2) Theological values contained in the Ngasa traditional ceremony; 3) Ngasa traditional ceremony in theological perspective. The results of this study are: First, the Ngasa traditional ceremony existed hundreds of years ago before Islam entered a group of followers of the Sunda Wiwitan teachings. At first the Ngasa traditional ceremony was carried out by hamlets or villages located on the slopes of Mount Kumbang. Second, the existence of theological values contained in the Ngasa Traditional Ceremony, namely: 1) Divine values; 2) Human Values; 3) Social values; 4) Value Rituals; 5) Value of life; 6) Spiritual Values. Third, from a theological perspective, especially the theological, Ngasa traditional ceremonies are not in line with Islamic creed in praying and burning incense and offerings. The conclusion of this study is that the teachings and rules of the ancestors still apply and they are afraid that if they violate these rules, their ancestors are angry, so that a disaster occurs and it is believed now, even though Islam has entered the village of Jalawastu. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find out how the level of patience between high school and MA students at the Al-Muhajirin Islamic Boarding School was. This study uses qualitative research methods with observation and interview techniques. The results and discussion of the research are in carrying out daily activities at this Islamic Boarding School, the importance of patience in each student to be able to face the destiny that God has determined, face God's favors and face all the trials that God has given. The conclusion in this study shows that in carrying out their daily activities at Islamic boarding schools, there are differences in the level of patience between high school and MA students. Where high school students are at the iffah level and MA students are at qana'ah. But not very few families fail to harmonize, which is the result of an unexpected breakup. The direct consequences of divorce are emotional distress and behavioural problems, as well as the results of research on many divorces that reveal that high-risk children are experiencing psychological, social and academic development problems compared to non-divorced parents' families. In teenagers, it's a time when a person's social consciousness is going to get higher and when social pressure comes out every day, various problems can occur in teenagers, because teenagers' behavior is still not able to adapt to various demands from the environment. Until the role of the elderly is fully attained, neither happiness is fully attained by the family. The purpose of this research is to know the role of gratitude for the happiness of student SMA-IT Jaisyul Quran Nagreg who are divorced parents. The method used is a qualitative method that focuses on descriptive data. To get a proper description, writers process data by analyzing field data. where data sources come from observations and interviews and other literature related to the research theme. So this research is crucial to be discussed. The method used in this study is a type of qualitative research using library research, and also using the maudu'i interpretation method in discussing verses about the Koranic perspective gibah. The results and discussion of this show that there have been many verses of the Qur'an that have indicated the prohibition to commit backbiting and the consequences that arise from these actions. Through this research, a common thread can be drawn that backbiting can trigger the emergence of various serious problems such as hostility, mutual hatred and revenge, depression and even very dangerous if it leads to murder or suicide. However, sadly in today's era, the behavior of backbiting is increasingly being underestimated. So responding to the dangers of this backbiting action, of course, scientific studies about backbiting are needed to be able to sterilize the situation and provide positive energy so that it can minimize the rampant phenomenon of backbiting today, both in the real world and in cyberspace. This study uses library research (library research). The results and discussion of this study show various kinds of social ethics, namely the importance of verifying a news whose clarity is not certain in paragraph 6, the command to make peace if there is a conflict between two parties is contained in paragraph 11 and there are prohibitions that must be avoided in life. It is not allowed to criticize, insult and be hostile in verse 12. The content of the explanation in Surah Al-Hujurat can be used as a source of guidance and can be applied in everyday life, especially in social life in order to create a harmonious and prosperous society.
