Sementara itu tugas guru salah satunya adalah melaksanakan pembelajaran kreatif dan inovatif agar tercapai tujuan pembelajaran secara maksimal dalam kondisi apapun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru menggunakan aplikasi zoom meeting dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh melalui IHT di SDN 1 Tanjug Kec. Kawalu Kota Tasikmalaya tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) dengan dua siklus pelaksanaan masing-masing siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I kompetensi guru mencapai mencapai 50% dari sebelumnya pra-siklus hanya sebanyak 30% yang masuk kategori kompeten. Sedangkan pada siklus II mencapai 70% guru yang kompeten dengan demikian telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan penelitian yaitu 70% dari keseluruhan guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kompetensi menggunaan aplikasi zoom meeting untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh di SDN 1 Tanjung Kec. It also happens in the world of education which must adapt to current development. Teachers are required to be more creative and innovative to teach their students, where this cannot be separated from the development of effective and flexible learning media. Currently, many learning media use e-learning bases that make it easier for teachers and students, but some of the learning media are considered inefficient. Therefore, this research was conducted to develop a new application-based learning media device from the glideapps to provide a solution for educators at one of the elementary school namely MI Ma'arif Sambiroto in the problem of delivering daily e-learning. This study uses a type of development research method that adapts the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluation). Glideapps allows users to create their own designed applications that can be installed on gadgets, IOS, or laptop, of course this can be used as a learning media that can combine social networking features and learning management systems. The validity of the learning application media in this study was known from the media validation which obtained a percentage of 93.33%, and material validation 86%. The feasibility test is known from the teacher's questionnaire response to get a percentage of 88,7%. There is a gallery in Malang with the name Soendari Gallery which has many kinds of batik based on Strengthening Character Education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the character load on Grompol batik. This study uses an approach with a descriptive type of research. The research subject is Grompol batik. Batik Grompol has a circle shape in which one of the five characters is gotong royong. There is also the kawung motif, which is known as a symbol of strength and justice, which is also one of the missionaries of character education. Penelitian ini merupakan evaluasi kebijakan dengan menggunakan model evaluasi kesenjangan yang dikembangkan oleh Malcolm Provus yaitu discrepancy evaluation model. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri di Kota Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 16 sekolah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitan menunjukan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penerimaan peserta didik baru dengan sistem zonasi di SMP Negeri se-Kota Yogyakarta sudah optimal dan efektif.  Hasil tersebut dibuktikan dengan sebaran jumlah peserta didik baru diterima melalui jalur pendaftaran yang sesuai dengan kebijakan peraturan yang berlaku dengan perincian; 1) Jalur zonasi sebesar 59%, 2) Jalur afirmasi sebesar 16.00%; 3) Jalur perpindahan orangtua sebesar 5%; dan 4) Jalur prestasi sebesar 20%. This research uses case study qualitative research. The research subjects were high achieving students in grades IV and V of SD Negeri 013 Muara Jalai, class teachers, principals, parents of high achieving students and the neighborhood of high achieving students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and field notes. The main instrument is the researcher using tools in the form of observation guidelines, interviews, documentation and field notes. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. The technique of checking the validity of the data is by using triangulation techniques. The results of the study showed that the learning habits of students excel in the school environment. Students attend class on time, students follow lessons by paying attention, listening, taking notes, asking questions, concentration and discipline in learning. While the study habits of students excel at home. Outstanding students have a schedule of study hours, during the learning process students are always guided and accompanied by their parents, students always prepare their study needs at night and always leave in the morning. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques in the study used descriptive analysis and content analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the use of VIRLENDA in learning to write scientific papers during the Covid-19 pandemic for PGSD students took place in a very orderly manner. The results of using VIRLENDA in learning to write scientific papers during the Covid-19 pandemic, PGSD students obtained varied scores. The obstacles found during the use of VIRLENDA in learning to write scientific papers during the Covid-19 pandemic for PGSD students were due to the internet network, the emergence of boredom, difficulty in concentrating, and lack of time management. This learning becomes a platform to provide materials, assignments and assessments online. The purpose of the study is to describe learning and the constraints of google classroom learning. The method used in the study is descriptive through survey. Instrument in the form of questionnaires given to students to search for data related to google classroom learning. The subject of this study was PGSD student of Muhadi Setiabudi University. The data analysis technique used is source triangulation. Data analysis is done by means of reduction, display and verification of data. The use of google classroom can be a solution in learning activities in the pandemic era.  The learning becomes a place for students in online learning. Obstacles in learning include; students do not have laptops, limited internet quota and can not manage learning time properly.Keywords: google classroom, student.ABSTRAKKegiatan pembelajaran online dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan google classroom. Pembelajaran ini menjadi wadah dalam memberikan materi, tugas dan penilaian secara daring. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran dan kendala-kendala pembelajaran google classroom. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif melalui survey. Instrument berupa angket yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa untuk mencari data terkait dengan pembelajaran google classroom. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi, display dan verfikasi data. Penggunaan google classroom dapat menjadi solusi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pada era pandemi.  Pembelajaran tersebut menjadi wadah bagi mahasiwa dalam pembelajaran daring. Information was obtained through distributing open questionnaires online to 88 elementary school teachers in Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results of this study indicate that the majority of teachers (84%) rated the implementation of online learning at the elementary school level as less effective. Aspects that play a role in supporting and inhibiting the effectiveness of online learning in the pre-instruction phase are determining learning objectives, providing facilities and teacher characteristics. The phase during instruction is the selection and use of teaching methods, applying ways to motivate students, parental participation, teacher behavior, and availability of facilities. Meanwhile, the post-instruction phase is the learning output.Keywords: implementation, teacher, online learning, elementary schoolABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan informasi terkait perspektif guru Sekolah Dasar mengenai implementasi pembelajaran daring. Informasi diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner terbuka secara online kepada 88 guru Sekolah Dasar di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru (84%) menilai implementasi pembelajaran daring di jenjang Sekolah Dasar kurang efektif. Aspek-aspek yang berperan dalam menunjang dan menghambat efektivitas pembelajaran daring pada fase sebelum instruksi adalah penentuan tujuan pembelajaran, penyediaaan fasilitas dan karakteristik guru. Pada fase selama instruksi adalah pemilihan dan penggunaan metode mengajar, penerapan cara memotivasi siswa, partisipasi orang tua, perilaku guru, dan ketersediaan fasilitas. The data collection process was given a reading comprehension test (TMP), a behavioral awareness test (TPA) 1 which was seen from the test scores of Indonesian Language Subjects for each student. The results of the analysis of TMP, TPA 1, TPA 2 and the Indonesian language test scores were categorized into three abilities, namely high, medium, and low abilities. The three categories are represented by a communicative subject. It was concluded that the SBT awareness behavior in reading comprehension of non-fiction texts fulfilled the five indicators, namely P1, P2, P3, P4 and E1. SBS also fulfills the five indicators, but in implementation there are still errors in the P2 and P3 indicators so that they affect the answers. The SBR ignores indicators P4 and E1, and is less than optimal and does not understand indicators P1, P2, and P3.Keywords: behavior awareness, non-fictional, text reading comprehensionABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan perilaku awareness menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif di kelas VA dan VB semester I, dengan jumlah kesuluruhan siswa 30 orang (16 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan). Proses pengambilan data diberikan tes membaca pemahaman (TMP), tes perilaku awareness (TPA) 1 yang dilihat dari nilai ulangan Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia tiap siswa. Hasil analisis TMP, TPA 1, TPA 2 dan nilai ulangan Bahasa Indonesia dikategorikan dalam tiga kemampuan, yakni kemampuan tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Ketiga kategori itu diwakili salah satu subjek yang komunikatif. Disimpulkan bahwa perilaku awareness SBT dalam membaca pemahaman teks nonfiksi memenuhi kelima indikator, yakni P1, P2, P3, P4 dan E1. SBS juga memenuhi kelima indikator, namun dalam implementasi masih terdapat kekeliruan pada indikator P2 dan P3 sehingga berpengaruh pada jawaban.
