In the digital era where disruption has hit various fields, various types of new professions have also evolved accordingly and had different types and characters from previous decades. However, the graduate profile stated in the curriculum documents has not followed the current professions’ development. With the evolution of the economic era since the 1960s to the 2000s, from the agricultural, industrial, creative, to collaborative economies, creates a need to establish a graduate profile that is in line with future needs. It is impossible for higher education actors to offer back outdated graduate profiles that are not relevant to the times in the future. In this research, various changes in the world were analyzed and the competences and roles of new graduates were laid out. This profile was aimed to prepare graduates to implement their knowledge when entering the new era that needs different characteristics of graduates compared with the previous era. The research approach was transformative research involving various experts in a participatory manner to define the character of the profession and what roles are needed in the future. The research was conducted in the Faculty of Agricultural Industry Technology, Padjadjaran University and several faculties which emphasized the implementation of the Outcome Based Curriculum. One of the exporters of pineapple product is Great Giant Pineapple Company which has integrated farm and industries. Furthermore, there is a chance for risk to occur in pineapple agroindustry supply chain. According to the case mentioned, a company should make effort to maintaining its supply chain stability. This research aimed to improve the performance and mitigates risks through performance and risk analysis at Great Giant Pineapple Co. The methods used in this research were SCOR-fuzzy-AHP for performance measurement, HOR for risk analysis, and ANP-SWOT for strategy selection. The result for performance measurement in Great Giant Pineapple Co. for its plantation and canned pineapple industry in 2018 were 95.66% and 91.28%, respectively, while in 2019 were 91.45% and 94.57%, respectively. Risk analysis identified 22 risk events and 15 risk agents. Nine of the risk agents were prioritized based on ARP score. There were 11 action that were proposed to reduce the risk. Mitigation action that should be done first was enhancing the competencies of workers through training caused of cost effectiveness. Performance improvement was defined by considering the analysis of internal and external factor that the company had.
