Without the control of product quality, it will cause a large loss for the company, because irregularities are not known so that repairs cannot be carried out and eventually irregularities will be sustained. Paper are the most common products around us. One of the paper manufacturing industries in Indonesia is PT. Surya Pamenang. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the final product of paperboard was controlled statistically in quality. Quality control statistics were carried out using Pareto Diagram,  Control Chart and Fishbone Diagram. Data were taken in December 2017 and January 2018. Samples were carried out every one reel from each cardboard to the end of the Board Making unit. Then, the smoothness test from Back Side (BS) and Printing Side (PS) was conducted. From the Pareto diagram obtained 80% of the most types of disability, namely the Smoothness level of the high PS paper surface with a value of 10, the surface color of the bluish PS paper with a value of 8 and bowl with a value of 7. The control map results showed that the smoothness quality parameter at PS was still really need attention from the company, because in successive months these parameters indicate that the quality was not statistically controlled. Supply chain performance is the integration of supply chain activities, to enhance relationships to gain competitive advantage. Cocoa commodity is one of the leading commodities in West Sumatera, and Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota is one of the locus of cocoa agroindustry. This study aimed to determine the supply chain system of cocoa agroindustry in Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota in terms of material, information and financial flow of each involved actors, and to measure how the performance of the cocoa agro-industry supply chain in Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. The study used a questionnaire through the SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) method with reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost and asset management attributes. The result of the research showed that in cocoa agro-industry supply chain there was a material flow of cocoa from farmer to cocoa processing agroindustry \"Chokato\", then processed cocoa products were sold to consumers (end consumers or consumers of IKM processing cocoa products). The information flow among actors included the quantity and price of cocoa that can be supplied and the quantity and price of processed cocoa products produced by cocoa processing agroindustry. In the financial flow, the value of purchases and sales value of magnitude were in line with the amount of material flow that exists between the actors in the supply chain system of cocoa agro-industry. Its nature which is susceptible to certain environmental conditions limits its usefulness in food processing, so it is necessary to encapsulate it in a matrix in the form of microencapsulation. Anthocyanin was extracted from purple sweet potato. Encapsulation was carried out by spray drying technique with the matrix carboxymethyl starch (CMS) and sodium alginate. The matrix combinations used were 1% CMS, CMS-alginate (0.75%: 0.25%), and CMS-alginate (0.5%: 0.5%). The aim of this work was to obtain the physical and morphological characteristics of purple sweet potato anthocyanin microcapsules in each matrix combination. The results of the purple sweet potato anthocyanin micro encapsulation using spray dyring technique showed that microcapsules with CMS matrix of 1% had the highest efficiency encapsulation (EE) and yield of 99.37 ± 0.49% and 58.52 ± 0.23% respectively. Purple sweet potato anthocyanin microcapsules with CMS 1% matrix gave the best thermal stability compared to CMS-alginate matrix (0.5% : 0.5%) and CMS-alginate (0.75% : 0.25%). The average particle size for purple sweet potato anthocyanin microcapsules from various matrices ranged from 4.2-4.8 µm with a rounded shape. As of now, there is only limited knowledge on the utilization of mangroves in Papua. Several varieties in Papua are known to contain carbohydrate and cellulose that can be used to produce food or bioethanol. This study aimed to examine the production of bioethanol using dry grinding and wet grinding methods. The varieties of mangroves used in this research were Rhizophora mucronata Lmk ., Rhizophora stylosa Griff., and Bruguiera gymnorrizha. The content of bioethanol as well as the shape and dimension of these varieties were measured in this study. The shape of the mangroves fruit was cylindrical. The mass averages of these mangroves were 180.80 g, 40.39 g and 37.62 g, respectively. The length of the mangrove fruits were 72.33 cm, 41.00 cm and 23.33 cm respectively. The result of the research showed that the best method to produce bioethanol from mangrove fruit was the dry grinding method which resulting in average bioethanol content 6% v/m. Rhizophora stylosa Griff produced the highest bioethanol content, 9.26% v/m, using the dry grinding method and 7.14% with the wet grinding method. Extraction process is required to obtain these compounds from areca nut. Pretreatment before extraction using Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) has shown improvement of yield as well as the quality of antioxidant extracts compared with control. The experimental design of this research was Factorial Random Design with two factors. The first factor was frequency of PEF with three levels of 1, 1.5, and 2 kHz and the second factor was PEF application time with three levels of 20, 25, and 30 seconds. The extract of areca seed from PEF extraction with combination of frequency and time of PEF using magnetic field 450 v/cm did not provide significanty different yield and quality. The selection of best treatment was based on the economic aspects and analysis of variance, since there was no significant difference between each parameter and treatment. The best frequency and duration of PEF on yield and antioxidant quality of areca nut extract were 1 kHz and 20 second with a yield of 5.6%; moisture content of 7.78%; IC50 value of 277,56 ppm; and tannins content of 442.36 mg GAE/g. Specially, 70-80% Indonesian nutmeg oil trading origin is from South Aceh. On the other hand, a business risk of nutmeg oil is on collectors district, so these actors to be critical point in nutmeg oil production. The objectives of this research were to determine risk factors and to design risk mitigation in nutmeg oils supply chain on South Aceh. The technique used was Failure Mode and Effective Critically Analysis (FMECA). Data collecting according to expert’s survey and background and qualification of experts were academicians, researcher, and practitioners. Academicians and researchers were PhD holders with 10 years experience in agriculture development, practitioners graduate minimally, practitioners were bachelor degree holders with 15 years experience. The result of the study showed that on farmers, the highest risks were on pest and disease attack and price fluctuation, meanwhile on agro-industry actors, the highest risks were on quality product fulfillment and price fluctuation. To arrange over supply, policy analysis was needed for the establishment of business units initiated by local governments. High water content causes Caulerpa recemosa susceptible to damage. One effort to utilize Caulerpa recemosa is to process it to instant cream soup. The purpose of this study was to process Caulerpa recemosa into instant cream soup and done proximate analysis so as sensory evaluation . The methods done in this research were instant cream soup processing using vacuum drying oven then proximate analysis and sensory evaluation . The results of  this research was that instant cream soup produced in this research equipped  with green characteristics and seaweed scent . Based on the results of the proximate analysis , the instant cream soup contain ed water content (5.78%), ash (17.82%), protein (5.74%), fat (17.50%), and carbohydrate (60.87%). Sensory evaluation , visually , and taste showed a significant difference between instant cream soup and control, while texture, aroma and overall acceptance were not significantly different. Instant cream soup Caulerpa recemosa has distinctive characteristics for the colo u r and aroma that can be as added value, besides it also ha d good nutritional value and can be accepted by consumers. It c ould be concluded that Caulerpa recemosa could be processed into instant cream soup and has nutritional value and c ould be accepted by panelists. Its other function is as CPO colour bleaching material in bleaching process. The study was conducted to determine the efficiency of the production process at the best concentration of giving bleaching earth toquality of degummed bleached palm oil (DBPO) and refined bleached deodorized palm oil (RBDPO), during fractionation. The quality parameters observed were free fatty acid (FFA), colour, cloud point and iodine number. The use of earth bleaching concentration ranges was set from 0.6% to 1.0%. Production process efficiency was measured on the basis of maximum RBDPO output and minimum input at a capacity of 2,000 tons per day with a flow rate of 41.6 t/h. The best results were obtained with FFA DBPO values of ≤ 4.5%, FFA RBDPO of 0.051% - 0.053%, colour of DBPO of 19R-21R, colour of RBDPO 2.25R-2.70R, the use of bleaching earth 0.8% - 0.9%. At this concentration cloud point DBPO was 2.15 ppm and 1.95 ppm. For the RBDPO cloud point at the same bleaching earth , the concentration wa s 2.47 and 1.76 ppm. The measurement results of iodine value were at 51,794 mg I 2 /g to 52,775 mg I 2 /g, mean ing the value was still in the industry RBDPO quality standard of 50 - 55 mg I 2 /g. Addition of 0.8% - 0.9% bleaching earth c ould maintain the quality of DBPO and RBDPO with the efficient production process reaching 95.51%. Therefore, it needs a data analysis method, namely Analytical Network Process Benefits Opportunities Costs Risks (ANP BOCR) by green productivity approach which applies environmentally friendly principle. The research aimed to determine priority strategy for increasing sustainability of fresh-cut vegetabe agroindustry . According to ANP BOCR method , there were four criteria which influence sustainability of fresh-cut vegetable , namely environment, technology, contract farming, and economy.  The economy was the most dominant criteria. For increasing the sustainability of fresh-cut vegetable agroindustry, the best strategy  was contract farming. It was appropriate with the three most influential subcriteria i.e. the increase of contract farmers’ skill by farmer group, the increase of contract farmers’ use, and the increase of company profit . The application of contract farming strategy is the movement of contract farming area to certain area located near the location of fresh-cut vegetable agroindustry and the accompaniment of contract farmer sustainably. The excellence of this research was the characteristic of strategic effect which means the application of strategy will give some impacts, namely decrease the carbon emission, the cost of transportation, and the defect of vegetable supply. By moving contract farming area to certain area located near the location of fresh-cut vegetable agroindustry,the accompaniment of contract farmer sustainably for increasing the contract farmers’ skill in applying Good Agriculture Practice and Good Handling Practice will run intensively. Most of the plants especially food crops in Sikka District depend on rainfall. The lack of rain coupled with the weather anomalies occurring in Sikka District make Sikka District categorised in the area threatened by food insecurity.  Food crop cultivation often experiences obstacles, one of which is in determining the suitability of agricultural land for the advancement of certain food crops because the productivity of food crops depends on the quality of the area used. Therefore, this study aimed to develop a smart decision support system to determine land suitability with food crops. This study used a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the value of alternatives based on parameters that affect the relevance of the land with the type of food crop.  The results showed that corn food crops were the best alternative crop with a value of 0.339 of the three alternative food crops studied and then use the method fuzzy inference system to calculate the amount of land suitability. Kopong Village and Geliting Village were the best villages with land suitability values 81.
