This product is a new beginning in the market to improve corncob waste value and reduce the incidence of plastic waste due to using single-use plastic spoons and forks. Biodegradable spoon-fork as a new product certainly requires an appropriate marketing strategy to accept the product in the market. Based on these problems, this study was due with the objectives of (1) analyzing the segmentation of biodegradable spoon-fork, (2) knowing the target of biodegradable spoon-fork, and (3) identifying the market position of biodegradable spoon-fork. Research data was collected by distributing online and offline questionnaires to 99 research respondents who were consumers of biodegradable spoon-fork. Data collection and analysis were collected for four months, from May to August 2021. The data was analyzed by Cluster Analysis and Biplot Analysis method. The results show three segments formed, where the selected target market is cluster two with the characteristics of respondents aged < 20 years, students/college with an expenditure level of < Rp 500,000. Biplot analysis provides positioning of the number of consumers' interest in buying biodegradable spoon-fork. The importance of supplier selection greatly affects quality and availability a product. The problem in this study is fulfillment of pudak packaging needs that have not been optimal. supplier fulfill necessity have been not optimal. Such as price each supplier differents, schedule exceed deadline. This study aims to determine packaging supplier based on Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). One of the MCDMs used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Data analysis was obtained from supplier Pudak Industry at Gresik Regency. This study have been criteria such as: price, quality, service, and delivery. The result of ranking value is obtained from criteria value weighting. Identification of the supplier selection for Pudak packaging consists of quality, service, price, and delivery. Supplier A is the best supplier with the highest score, which is 0.379. The result of sensitivity analysis is supplier level remains the same even if the weight of the criteria is changed by an upward change or a downward change. Rice husk was processed into silica through a high-temperature combustion process. Rice husk charcoal contained about 72.1% silicon oxide and increases to 94.95% after being burned at 700 o C for 6 hours, while dry husk ash contains about 80% - 90% silicon oxide. Charcoal and rice husk ash can be used as alternative sources of silica and silicon. The results of this study have prospects for developing silica agroindustry based on rice husk as an alternative renewable raw material. The method used to build a business model was the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The Business Model Canvas is a visual method of describing how a company creates and does business. Visualization with canvas is more communicative, it will describe the business model in a simple way to understand. BMC is described in nine components, namely Customer Segment, Customer Relationship, Customer Channel, Revenue Stream, Value Proposition, Key Activities, Key Resources, Cost Structure, and Key Partners. BMC needs to be carried out as a reference to fill the canvas of the silica agroindustry development business model, not only related to benefits or advantages but also the way organizations create, deliver, and capture value rationally. Silica produced from the pyrolysis process on a medium scale has high purity. The coagulation-flocculation process aims to alter very small colloidal particles (smaller than 10 -3 ) into larger particles using synthetic or natural materials. The synthetic material is preferred because it does not need to adjust the pH of the media; only small quantities required (from 1-5 ppm), the floc formed is larger, stronger, and has better settling properties. However, it has many shortcomings, including non-biodegradable, neurotoxic, and carcinogenic properties. Gelatin can be used as an alternative bioflocculant because it has a dual function in the coagulation and flocculation processes. The gelatin production is obtained by utilizing the bone waste of catfish (Clarias batrachus) using the acid method. This study aimed to design gelatin flocculant from catfish bone waste by specifying the intended characteristics such as pH, molecular weight (Mv), non-toxic, and insoluble in neutral pH and determining the effectiveness in purifying water. The method covered the production of gelatin using the acid method, determining the properties of gelatin flocculants, performing test of the effectiveness for water purification using the jar test, and calculate the cost. The results showed that gelatin flocculant met the criteria for flocculants with a pH of 5.2, Mv value of 302.648 g/mol, and non-toxic insoluble in neutral pH. Aneka Snack 3E sebagai salah satu Industri Rumah Tangga yang memproduksi keripik pisang dan keripik bawang perlu meningkatkan dan menjaga mutu produk agar mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor. Akan tetapi, pengendalian mutu di Aneka Snack 3E tidak terkontrol dengan baik karena belum memiliki SOP (Standar Prosedur Operasi) Produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyusun dan menerapkan SOP Produksi yang memuat alternatif solusi dari perbaikan mutu Aneka Snack 3E. Penyusunan SOP dilakukan berdasarkan persyaratan CPPB-IRT (Cara Produksi Pangan yang Baik untuk Industri Rumah Tangga) dan WISE (Work Improvement in Small Enterprises) dengan menggunakan siklus DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) sebagai metode continuous quality improvement yang dapat memecahkan masalah sampai ke akar masalah. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi ditemukan adanya 31 penyimpangan proses produksi terhadap persyaratan CPPB-IRT dan WISE. Penyebab dari penyimpangan tersebut dianalis dan menghasilkan 33 dokumen yang disusun sebagai solusi dari penyimpangan yang ditemukan. Dokumen tersebut terdiri 12 Prosedur Kerja, 13 Instruksi Kerja, dan 8 Formulir. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa seluruh dokumen dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik oleh seluruh karyawan sehingga dengan persetujuan dari Pemilik Aneka Snack 3E dokumen tersebut ditetapkan menjadi SOP Produksi yang harus diawasi dan dilaksanakan oleh pihak Aneka Snack 3E. \u0000Abstract— Quality is one of many important aspects that need to be improved and maintained to make sure manufacturers have competitive advantage to meet consumer’s needs. Aneka Snack 3E as a home industry that produce banana and onion chips needs to improve and keep the product quality to be able to compete with other competitor. However, quality control system at Aneka Snack 3E is uncontrolled because the company does not have Standart Operating Procedure (SOP). This research conducted to arrange and implement production’s SOP which include alternative solution from quality improvement of Aneka Snack 3E. The SOP was arranged based on CPPB-IRT (Cara Produksi Pangan yang Baik untuk Industri Rumah Tangga) and WISE (Work Improvement in Small Enterprises) with DMAIC DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) cycle as continoues quality improvement method to solve problems to the root. This research identified 31 deviations within production process to CPPB-IRT and Wise. Every causes of those deviations was analyzed and resulting 33 documents to solve the problems. Those documents contain 12 work procedures, 13 work instructions, and 8 forms. The medicinal plant business can be a profitable business prospect because it has high export opportunities. Based on the benefits obtained, the production of medicinal plants needs to be considered by monitoring and evaluating production results to increase productivity, especially for areas with low production levels. The Department of Food Crops and Horticulture of West Java Province through the website https://opendata.jabarprov.go.id has provided production datasets for each type of medicinal plant, but it has not yet become a dataset with various types of medicinal plants. The purpose of this study was to design an integrated data storage model in the form of a data warehouse, grouping medicinal plant production areas using data mining and designing data visualization in business intelligence systems. Business intelligence system design was carried out through several stages, namely system requirements analysis, identification of data and information needs, data warehouse design, data warehouse filling, data mining processes, data visualization, and system performance evaluation.
