One of the modules in the ERP is sales and distribution. Sales and distribution is a module that handles the sale and delivery goods to customers to achieve their business objective. The use sales and distribution module is intended to simplify the process of selling to customers in accordance with the interests of customers for goods and services, makes it easy to check the sale of goods and delivery of goods, and facilitate the collection of customers who make a purchase of goods or services provided by the company, determines the appropriate services to customers, and forecast the amount of demand for goods desired by the customer. Sales forecasting is calculating the expected sales of a specific product and predicting future sales of the product. It helps in making informed business decisions. In this article some several of sales forecasting methods used, Holt-Winters Additive Method, and Holt-Winters Multiplicative Method applied in ERP. This responds is not processed systematically due to lack of method to process. whereas such information might be very useful as additional source in decision making. Opinion mining is well suited to address the issue. The objective of this study is to develop opinion classification system using Maximum entropy (ME)) and K-Means Clustering (KMC). Opinion to be classified was Indonesian textual comments from academic questionnaire. Classification was conducted into two classes, i.e. negative opinion and positive opinion. Data contained of 2000 comments that was sampled as multi domain opinion, represented many objects such as lecturer, class room, etc. Features used for classification was selected from word in the opinion text. The weighting scheme that we used for clustering was TF/IDF. The results show that K-Means Clustering gives better performance as compared with ME in averages about 3% precision. There have been several methods used for this forecasting, such as statistical methods, Bayesian Network, Neural Network Model, Hybrid ARIMA and ANN. Generalized Regression Neural Network (GRNN) is an interesting model to be used in forecasting traffic flow, as it can predict data with dynamic change and non-linear in nature, which is generally found in traffic flow data. In this research, a GRNN model is set up to process traffic flow data, and comparing its results and the results from other predicting methods (ARIMA, Single Exponential Smoothing, and Moving Average). Leave One Out Cross Validation (LOOCV) is used in testing traffic flow data and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) is used as the evaluation criterion in the testing. This circumstance is proportional to the size of files and their storage. In order to decrease the required big size of storage, the file size should be reduced by still considering the quality of the respective data. This can be done by implementing a compression algorithm, such as LZW. In this paper, we propose the pre-processing step which is used before the file is being compressed. This step includes bit selection by using mean, median, and mode for adaptively determining the number of replacing bits. The survey focused on the virtual programming lab (VPL) for the electrical power system course. The VPL is an activity module for Moodle that manages programming assignments. The survey consists of two ways, online and offline. As the online survey, the Constructivist On-Line Learning Environment Survey is used from general aspect on the course, while the offline survey is originally designed to obtain the students perception on VPL as an e-learning tool. The results of offline survey show that VPL has strength on free-of-charge characteristics and has weakness on it build-in editor. To solve the problem, there is electric wheelchair with a joystick control. However it is also not effective, when users have limitations such as defects of the fingers. Given these circumstances, this research proposes an electric wheelchair with controlled by electromyography (EMG) which is placed on the arm muscles. The arm muscle signal which has an electric potential difference will be read by EMG sensors. Then the data will converted from analog to digital by Arduino. This Electric wheelchair use 4-channel electrodes for sampling muscle signal. Where, the wheelchair will move forward when the biceps muscle is active, moving backward when the teres major muscle active. The wheelchair will turn to the right when the muscles wirst flexor active and turn left when the muscles wirst extensor active. Translator-Gator is a language game created by the United Nation Global Pulse, to support the research initiatives in Indonesia. Thousands of keyword were generated and translated from English into some Indonesian local languages using the crowd resource. Unfortunately, many English words are still has no translation in Javanese as well as Sundanese. To overcome this problem we propose a technique to fill the un-translated English words in Javanese and Sundanese using Indonesian translation as a pivot language. Evaluation was made by manually investigated whether each phrase results a proper translation. Experiment shows that our technique results relatively low translation accuracy. But, some people are not able to recognize the meaning of infant's cry. Several researches to recognize infant's cry sound had been done by some researchers, but there is still no research that develop an application which able to recognize type of infant's cry sound based on web. In this research, an application is developed to help users identify the sound of crying infant based on Dunstan Baby Language. The method applied in this application are Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC) feature extraction for infant's cry sound, normalization of feature extraction result, and K-nearest neighbor classification. From the various tests performed, it can be concluded that highest average accuracy of 75.95 percent can be obtained by using parameters consist of 0.08 seconds wintime in MFCC feature extraction, 85 percent of training data and 15 percent of test data from any type of infant's cry sound, feature extraction normalization by Standard Deviation Normalization, and K-nearest Neighbor with k equal to 1 classification. While testing application by using all data, average accuracy of 96.57 percent can be obtained by using parameters consist of 0.08 seconds wintime in MFCC feature extraction, 85 percent of training data from any type of infant's cry sound, feature extraction normalization by Standard Deviation Normalization, and K-nearest Neighbor k equal to 1 classification. Some computerized methods which do not need domain experts' involvement in decision making have been proposed. These methods main challenge lays in the image processing part of system design to isolate the lymphocyte from other blood cells while taking care of various morphological shapes of the lymphocytes. In this paper we propose a method to segment the lymphocyte from other white blood cells; the proposed method can take care of various shapes of lymphocytes. We use the segmented lymphocyte to extracted gray intensity features for building a classifier. The proposed method takes microscopic image as input data for processing and outputs diagnosis results saying that the patient's blood image was saint or has leukemia. The contribution brought by our proposed method is the ability to segment lymphocyte image from noisy image while maintaining both nucleoli and cytoplasm parts intact for the classification to be possible using only gray-scale intensity distribution.
