Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan run-up maksimum gelombang tsunami dan waktu tiba gelombang tsunami yang dapat menerjang Kota Mamuju, Sulawesi Barat serta menganalisis resiko yang terjadi akibat gelombang tsunami tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemodelan menggunakan perangkat lunak TUNAMI-N2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mngklasifikasi kebutuhan pupuk nitrogen dan penyakit tanaman berdasarkan warna daun menggunakan metode Convolusional Neural Network (CNN) yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan akurasi pengamatan karena sifatnya objektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset Kaggle dengan total 1600 data dibagi 4 kriteria. Kumpulan data kemudian dibagi menjadi 70 persen bagian pelatihan, 15 persen bagian validasi dan 15 persen bagian uji, kemudian dilakukan preprocessing citra daun padi dengan fitur citra berwarna dan GLCM. Hasil preprocessing tersebut diolah dengan metode CNN untuk memberikan hasil deteksi penyakit tanaman dan kebutuhan pemupukan nitrogen yang tepat. Penghitungan penyakit tanaman dengan metode CNN memberikan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 98,33%. Akurasi tertinggi untuk masalah kebutuhan nitrogen sebesar 81,67%, namun dengan nilai presisi yang sangat rendah yaitu sebesar 4,55%. Penghitungan penyakit tanaman menggunakan metode CNN dapat memberikan hasil yang memuaskan pada dataset citra daun padisehingga dapat dijadikan dasar untuk meningkatkan kualitas bibit. This virus belongs to group B arthropod-borne viruses (Arboviroses) of the genus Flavivirus, which has four serotypes, namely Dengue I, Dengue II, Dengue III, and Dengue IV. Dengue virus is transmitted by Aedes sp. The SEIR model studied places the Aedes albopictus mosquito as the main vector. Many DHF cases are caused by this mosquito because it has a larger coverage area and is more difficult to control. All Aedes mosquito species have four life stages, namely: (1) egg, (2) larva, (3) pupa, and (4) adult. A stage-structured model was chosen because Ae. albopictus has varying rates of development and mortality at different stages. This model study includes determining the fixed point, determining the basic reproduction number R0, analyzing the stability of the fixed point, and simulating the population dynamics of dengue virus transmission. This model indicates the presence of endemics in an area for certain parameter values. This model produces a disease-free equilibrium, or DFE, which will be stable when R0 < 1, otherwise unstable when R0 > 1. The dynamic results for each human population (susceptible, exposed, infected, and cured) through observations in numerical simulations are influenced by the selection of the R0 value. The value of R0 is influenced by the mosquito death rate parameter and the average bite rate of infected mosquitoes. Population dynamics simulations show that an increase in the death rate of mosquitoes will reduce the number of humans exposed to them. In addition, an increase in the average number of infected mosquito bites will increase the number of humans exposed. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari Kantor Kesyahbandaran Pelabuhan Ulu Siau Kelas III Wilayah Kerja Tagulandang. Selain itu, data yang digunakan adalah jumlah penumpang keberangkatan dari Pelabuhan Tagulandang dari Januari 2018 sampai Desember 2022. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode TES yang terdiri dari dua model yaitu model aditif dan model multiplikatif. Setelah dilakukan analisis, diperoleh prediksi jumlah penumpang keberangkatan akan mengalami kenaikan pada bulan Januari dan Desember tahun 2023. Berdasarkan hasil prediksi jumlah penumpang paling banyak adalah pada bulan Desember 2023, yaitu sebesar 1354 orang yang diprediksi jumlah penumpang meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya. Sedangkan prediksi jumlah penumpang paling sedikit adalah pada bulan April 2023, yaitu sebesar 588 orang yang diprediksi jumlah penumpang meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya. Model terbaik berdasarkan nilai ketepatan model peramalan adalah model multipikatif dengan nilai MAPE 11.601%. Red bajakah tampala roots contain chemical compounds, namely flavonoids, which have antibacterial activity. This study aims to determine the effect of flavonoid concentration of red bajakah tampala root extract on the inhibitory power of Bacillus subtilis bacteria and the length of survival time. Bajakah root extract is obtained by decoctation method. The flavonoid content contained in bajakah extract was determined using the visible spectrophotometric method. The particle size was determined by a particle size analyzer (PSA), and the inhibition was tested by the Kirby Bauer technique. In an effort to identify bajakah root extract, density, viscosity, and refractive index were measured. The test results using the visible spectrophotometric method showed that the sample had a flavonoid concentration of 16.28 ppm. Meanwhile, the PSA test results showed that the particle size of bajakah extract was 94.6 nm. The antibacterial test results showed that the diameter of the clear zone increased from (6.23 ± 0.03) mm to (7.18 ± 0.06) mm according to the increase in flavonoid concentration from 10 ppm to 30 ppm. The ability of bajakah extract to survive in inhibiting bacteria varied from 48 hours to 72 hours. The results of measurements of density, viscosity, and refractive index are (0,960 0,002) gram/cm3, (0,890 0,010) , dan 1,3350 0,0005 respectively. Bagian yang dimanfaatkan adalah daging buahnya. Buah beligo mengandung asam lemak, flavonoid, senyawa fenolik, dan steroid yang berpotensi sebagai agen antipiretik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas antipiretik dari ekstrak etanol daging buah beligo pada tikus jantan Wistar yang diinduksi dengan larutan pepton. Metode penelitian melibatkan ekstraksi dengan maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 70% dan pengujian aktivitas antipiretik pada tikus jantan Wistar sebanyak 15 ekor yang dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok perlakuan. Kelompok I sebagai kontrol negatif menerima Na-CMC 1%, kelompok II, III, dan IV menerima ekstrak etanol daging buah beligo dengan dosis masing-masing 250 mg/kg BB, 500 mg/kg BB, dan 750 mg/kg BB, sedangkan kelompok V sebagai kontrol positif menerima tablet parasetamol. Pengukuran suhu awal, suhu setelah induksi, dan suhu setelah perlakuan diambil setiap 30 menit selama 180 menit. Data dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase penurunan demam sebesar 1,57% untuk kelompok I, 4,03% untuk kelompok II, 4,28% untuk kelompok III, 4,45% untuk kelompok IV, dan 5,25% untuk kelompok V. Analisis data mengindikasikan bahwa ekstrak etanol daging buah beligo dengan dosis 250 mg/kg BB, 500 mg/kg BB, dan 750 mg/kg BB memiliki aktivitas antipiretik yang signifikan (p < 0,05). Ekstrak etanol daging buah beligo memiliki aktivitas antipiretik pada tikus Wistar yang diinduksi, sehingga berpotensi digunakan sebagai obat penurun demam. Merr.) adalah salah satu tanaman dari keluarga Fabaceae yang dikenal oleh masyarakat dengan sebutan Ki Hujan. Buah dan biji trembesi memiliki beberapa senyawa kimia yaitu alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, tanin yang memiliki aktivitas sebagai analgesik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis ekstrak buah dan biji trembesi yang memiliki aktivitas analgesik namun tidak menimbulkan efek samping berupa iritasi pada lambung tikus (Rattus norvegicus) secara makroskopis. Sebanyak 40 Ekor tikus dalam 8 kelompok perlakuan yaitu kelompok kontrol negatif CMC-Na 0,5%, kelompok kontrol positif asetosal 500 mg, kelompok 3, 4, 5 ekstrak buah trembesi dosis 100, 200, 300 mg/kgBB, kelompok 6, 7, 8 ekstrak biji trembesi dosis 100, 200, 300 mg/kgBB. Asam asetat 0,7% diinduksikan ke tikus secara intraperitonial sebagai induktor nyeri. Uji aktivitas analgesik metode writhing test kemudian pemberian ekstrak dilanjutkan selama 7 hari untuk mengetahui keamanan lambung tikus. Data dianalisa menggunakan non-parametrik Kruskal-Wallis dan Man-Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol buah dan biji trembesi optimal ditunjukkan pada dosis 200 mg/kgBB dengan daya analgetika berturut-turut sebesar 75,74% dan 76,79% setara dengan asetosal yaitu sebesar 81,74% (Sig. > 0,05.) dengan indeks tukak sebesar 2 atau dinyatakan tidak menunjukkan adanya iritasi pada lambung dilihat dari hasil pengamatan makroskopis organ lambung. Suryanto","doi":"10.35799/jis.v23i1.48540","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35799/jis.v23i1.48540","url":null,"abstract":"A study was conducted to evaluate the quality and antioxidant activity of solid body soap with the addition of Eucheuma spinosum powder as a scrub. Soap was made by the saponification method between oil (a mixture of olive oil (44%), coconut (24%), and palm (32%)) with NaOH. This study consisted of 4 treatments: (1) without adding algae powder (control) with cold process (TC), (2) adding algae powder with cold process (SC), (3) without adding algae powder (control) with hot process (TH), and (4) the addition of algae powder with a hot process (SH). Soap quality was evaluated using the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 3532:2021 method, and antioxidant activity using the DPPH method. Parameters tested consisted of pH, total fat, water content, matter insoluble in ethanol, free fatty acids, chlorides, non-saponifiable fats, and the percentage of DPPH inhibition. The results showed that the quality of scrub soap complied with SNI for parameters of pH, content of water, matter insoluble in ethanol and chloride; and did not meet SNI for parameters of total fat, content of free fatty acid and unsaponifiable fat. The percentage of DPPH inhibition of each bath soap at a concentration of 150 µg/mL soap solution was 58.97% TC, 76.76% SC, 56.11% TH and 70.13% SH. Meanwhile, dalugha debris is a by-product of dalugha processing which is expected to be a source of feed for the growth and development of broiler chickens. The good feed can optimize metabolic processes in the animal so that it can support the process of growth and development of the animal. This study aims to determine the levels of hemoglobin, cholesterol, and blood glucose in broiler chicken that is given dalugha debris supplementation. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD), where as many as 60 docs of unsex chicken used were divided into four treatments and three replications. Each replication consisted of five chickens. The treatment given was the concentration of dalugha debris at several doses: 0%, 0.065%, 0.13%, and 0.26%. The parameters observed were hemoglobin, cholesterol, and blood glucose levels. The results showed that the provision of dalugha debris in the feed significantly (p<0.05) affected the blood glucose level, but did not affect the cholesterol and hemoglobin levels (p>0.05) of the broiler chicken.\u0000Keywords: Broiler chicken; blood biochemistry; Cyrtosperma merkusii\u0000Pengaruh Suplementasi Debris Dalugha (Cyrtosperma merkusii) Terhadap Kadar Hemoglobin, Kolesterol dan Glukosa Darah Ayam Broiler\u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Pakan merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ayam. Debris dalugha adalah hasil samping pengolahan tepung dalugha yang sudah tidak digunakan lagi dan diperkirakan dapat menjadi sumber pakan untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ayam daging. Pakan yang baik dapat mengoptimalkan proses metabolisme pada hewan sehingga akan mendukung proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan hewan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar hemoglobin, kolesterol, dan glukosa darah pada ayam yang disuplementasikan debris dalugha dalam pakan.  Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), di mana sebanyak 60 ekor ayam dikelompokkan ke dalam empat perlakuan dengan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan suplementasi debris dalugha diberikan pada beberapa dosis yaitu; 0%, 0.065%, 0.13% and 0.26%.  Parameter yang diamati berupa kadar hemoglobin, kolesterol dan glukosa darah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pakan yang ditambahkan suplementasi debris dalugha secara signifikan (p<0.05) mempengaruhi kadar glukosa darah, tetapi tidak mempengaruhi (p>0.05) kadar hemoglobin dan kolesterol darah ayam daging.
