The economic and property losses caused by icing every winter are huge. How to make an effective prediction of transmission line icing is a difficult problem. Existing forecasting methods are often based on micro-meteorological and micro-topographic information. In the characteristic variables of micro-meteorology and micro-topography, there are often interdependencies and potential spatial correlations. However, existing icing prediction methods do not fully exploit the interactions among these characteristic variables. Therefore, this paper proposes a transmission line icing prediction model based on the feature map structure, which reveals the potential agnostic topological relationship between the feature variables by adaptively extracting the sparse adjacency matrix between the feature variables. In addition, while the dilated convolution can improve the receptive field, there is also a loss of information continuity due to the discontinuity of the convolution kernel of the dilated convolution. We propose a temporal capture module to improve the loss of information continuity through GRU and dilated convolution in parallel. In BCI tasks with small amplitude variations, such as low-contrast oddball classification, classification and recognition of EEG signals are challenging. Inspired by fine-grained classification in the field of image classification, this study innovatively uses and integrates some fine-grained classification strategies based on convolutional neural networks to improve the classification performance of the system through feature learning and feature fusion at part-level and multi-scale. Ten subjects were recruited to perform the subthreshold low-contrast Oddball task. The results showed that Fine-grained EEG CNN had a better performance in small-difference EEG signal classification compared with the classical EEG convolution neural network. To achieve long-term, real-time UHV transmission and transformation project construction site environmental impact, environmental restoration of soil erosion status accurate, rapid and reliable monitoring. The system is now used in soil and water conservation monitoring of Baihetan-Jiangsu ± 800 kV UHV transmission and transformation project to monitor local soil erosion. Through data analysis, the system meets the needs of on-line monitoring of soil and water conservation in UHV transmission and transformation projects.
