针对山洪突发性、频繁性、破坏性、防治难度大等特点,提出了一种基于精细化降雨预报资料和实测降雨资料、多降雨预报产品优化、结合山洪调查评价结果的先进网格精准预警方法,可提前1 ~ 3小时准确预测山洪危险性。有效提高了山洪预警的及时性和准确性。
