A comparative study of rolling bearing fault diagnosis based on tree models 基于树模型的滚动轴承故障诊断比较研究

The results show that the ensemble tree models including random forest (RF), extremely randomized trees (ETs), and deep learning tree model (multi-Grained Cascade Forest, i.e. gcForest) are high-precision and strong robust models suiting industrial application of this task, which have better-performing detecting accuracy and stability than conventional machine learning and single tree models (decision tree and extremely randomized tree). gcForest achieves 99.37% test accuracy using only 3% of the training samples, while RF and ETs also exceed 98%, which outperform eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGB), Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LGBM), categorical boosting (CatBoost), and neural tree models, i.e. Neural Network with Random Forest (NNRF) and TabNet. RF and ETs are better suited for real-time industrial detection tasks in terms of time consumption. In the event of a single point of failure in the system, the entire system network is easily exposed to attackers. Secondly, as the amount of data increases, centralized storage will also increase the burden on the system, and opaque information will also lead to trust problems within the enterprise. In response to the above problems, this paper designs a performance management platform based on blockchain, which aims to provide a secure and reliable service platform for enterprises, which has the characteristics of access control and data transparency, traceability and non-tampering. This paper gives the overall framework, hierarchical structure, and system architecture design scheme, and designs a smart contract that automates data acquisition and calculation. Before the port distribution centre is newly built, reasonable site planning is of great practical significance to enhance the competitiveness of port logistics services. In this context, this paper analyses the characteristics of port distribution centres and studies the site selection problem of new distribution centres in ports. Thus, the phase responses of the unit can vary according to the bias voltage. So, we can switch the functionality of the element easily by just controlling the bias voltage. After designing the cell, the corresponding metasurface is created, and its function is simulated under CST microwave studio. In order to solve the problem of idle construction waste materials, We takes construction waste glass as an example, and establishes a SVM multi-classification prediction model based on one-to-many from two perspectives of classification prediction accuracy and model sensitivity. The data of chemical composition content in waste glass is divided into training set test set according to the ratio of 8:2 to complete the training and validation of the model. The data were brought into the trained model, resulting in five categories.
