In response to the above problems, this paper designs a performance management platform based on blockchain, which aims to provide a secure and reliable service platform for enterprises, which has the characteristics of access control and data transparency, traceability and non-tampering. This paper gives the overall framework, hierarchical structure, and system architecture design scheme, and designs a smart contract that automates data acquisition and calculation.
