Before the port distribution centre is newly built, reasonable site planning is of great practical significance to enhance the competitiveness of port logistics services. In this context, this paper analyses the characteristics of port distribution centres and studies the site selection problem of new distribution centres in ports. 摘要

在国家大力发展港口物流建设的推动下,港口集散中心的建设将成为未来发展的重中之重。在新建港口集散中心之前,合理的选址规划对提升港口物流服务竞争力具有重要的现实意义。在此背景下,本文分析了港口集散中心的特点,研究了港口新建集散中心选址问题。结合港口集散中心选址问题的突出特点,综合考虑集装箱货运站-港口集散中心-客户企业过程中的各种影响因素,确定选址目标,建立选址的双层规划模型;上层实现港口配送中心成本最优的主要决策目标,下层实现最优客户的辅助决策目标;根据选址的决策目标和双层规划模型的特点,采用遗传算法求解问题,并设计合理的案例,通过软件求解,验证模型和算法的有效性。
