A generalized mutually maximization problem is said to be well posed if it has a unique solution (x, z) and every maximizing sequence converges strongly to (x, z). Under the assumption that the modulus of convexity with respect to pC(.) is strictly positive, we show that the collection of all subsets in the admissible family such that the generalized mutually maximization problem fail to be well-posed is porous in the admissible family. When the system is operating, it is inspected once every random time to make sure whether it is normal or abnormal until it attains a failure mode, or until the result of the inspection shows the system is abnormal. By using probability analysis, definite integral, Laplace transform and the supplementary variable technique, this paper gets the mean profits per unit time generated by the system from starting construction of the system to entering a non-repairable failure mode, which is called the profit function of the system. Stylios","doi":"10.1109/ICIC.2010.96","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICIC.2010.96","url":null,"abstract":"Grade assessment of fabric surface wrinkling is a very important issue for assuring the quality of fabric seaming, which is inherently prone to deformation during garment manufacture. Although fabric properties can be related to seam pucker, the aesthetic judgement is still based upon ranking the stitched fabric samples by evaluators having compared them with photographic “standards”. Thus, the visual evaluations obtained are unreliable and time-inefficient, and do not always agree – the evaluators must therefore be trained. This paper reports the development of a new automotive measuring system which is based on the use of computer-aided vision, according to image information from a new image capture instrument which consists of a pair of laser sources and a webcam within a closed booth. In order to extract pucker information, the image of fabric seam first passes through a filter algorithm, then uses modified pixel reading to determine the exact coordinate of every point on seam curves. This measurement procedure is objective and is focused on the statistical analysis of pucker characteristics and distribution of seams of different grade levels, by modelling the cognitive process involved in seam pucker assessment. Based on this principle, a set of convenient computer interfaces were developed for operating grade assessment available in a company. The radial interpolation functions represented by Multi-Quadric (MQ) are the most commonly used curved surface reconstruction method currently. MQ works satisfactorily when dealing with expressways and first class highways. But serious data divergence occurs for secondary, third and fourth class roadways which are characterized by complex alignment combination. This study found that non-injection of the complex alignment between range and independent variable is the real reason for MQ failure. In addition, if the range is too sensitive to the change in independent variable, ill-conditioned coefficient matrix may occur and consequently calculation instability may rise. In this paper, for the viscous flow of the oil film in the inner and outer layers of FRB, the approximate series solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations in tensor form are obtained by using lubrication theory for the flow in thin layers. The result reveals that the viscous fluid flow of the oil film in the inner and outer layers can be considered as the basic flow between the concentric rotating FRB with a high-order disturbance about eccentricity. Furthermore, the numerical examples are provided.
