However, in some remote villages of Java island, cultural and Islamic spiritual capitals are still found, manifested through various local pearls of wisdom in performing arts, as seen in the Cacaban community, Singorojo, and Kendal Regency. Skills can be used as media for cross-cultural dialogues between Islam and Java to build harmony. This study examines the debate between Islamic values and Javanese cultures to find an accommodative model of acculturation between Islam and Javanese wisdom in cultivating the values of tolerance in moderate religious life. This study implements a qualitative-ethnographic-interpretive approach based on the phenomenological hermeneutic paradigm. It shows that the patterns of cross-cultural dialogue in Cacaban Kendal society are carried out through Jaran Kepang, Karawitan, and Wayang Orang performances. Meanwhile, the reproduction of cultural acculturation is found explicitly in the praxis of life in the form of world views; beliefs or ideology; social attitudes; rites or ceremonies; social principles, norms, and regulations; habits, and behavior in social interactions. The internalization of the tolerance system can be categorized into three main principles, namely: (1) the principle of religious freedom, (2) the principle of respect for the existence of other religions, and (3) the principle of freedom in doing good things and being fair to everyone.","PeriodicalId":173945,"journal":{"name":"International Journal Ihya' 'Ulum al-Din","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121341913","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So, if a marriage does not give birth to a son, the clan lineage is considered broken and cannot continue the clan lineage and inheritance. And also, if the marriage is still to be maintained, a husband can perform presidia-duo (two wives). The practice of polygamy in the South Rantau sub-district is carried out due to biological and economic conditions. The people who practice polygamy a lot are the Batak Muslim community. This situation creates a dilemma between obedience to religion and adherence to the law. On religious observance, they rely on the practice of polygamy based on understanding the QS. An-Nisa: 3. Meanwhile, compliance with the law is based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2019 concerning marriage amendments to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 1974. From here, this study discusses the practice of polygamy in the South Batak Rantau Muslim community, with reference to the provisions of Islamic law and Undang-undang. This research is field research by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation in the District of South Rantau. It's just that when the power played by the global world has been dominated by unipolar forces. What happens in it is an imbalance in various sectors of life, be it economic, political, socio-cultural, and physical-military. It is this unipolar power that, according to the author, is currently \"forcing\" the course of capitalistic-secularistic culture and civilization with the support of military power. From this kind of condition, it is necessary to create alternative multipolar energy to create global justice in the political, economic, and socio-cultural fields. In this short introduction, the author tries to reflect on and question our competitive position or our Islamic and Indonesian position during the siege of unipolar forces. This rethinking is a hope for the emergence of real multipolar power so that our position as a nation with the largest Muslim population can become a hope of contribution in offering culture and hope for the emergence of a new global ethic or spirituality for a new world order that is better for all parties.","PeriodicalId":173945,"journal":{"name":"International Journal Ihya' 'Ulum al-Din","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130630847","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Used in the analysis, the practice of riba which forbidden according to Saeed is, occurred pre-Islamic because it resulted in injustice, pressure, and economic exploitation. Hile bank interest is not included in riba because there is an agreement between the two parties regarding interest rates, laws that regulate, and there is no multiplication. On N contrary, Sardar forbids all kinds of riba practices, including bank interest. Adherents of the trek are also often regarded as an exclusive, selfish, and asocial community. But in fact, the existence of Sufism can go hand in hand with the teachings of jihad, which is one of the teachings with values that are contrary to the assumption of the importance of Sufism. This article aims to reveal that the trek's practice in its history moved the spirit of struggle. This article was written using historical methods such as heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. It can be concluded in this article that the teachings of jihad can be well applied to tarekat adherents, especially to the Samaniyah order in the Menteng war incident. The involvement of the Samaniyah orders in the Menteng war proved that Sufism, apart from being identical to the spiritual dimension, could also move into the social size. The teachings of jihad introduced by Abd Shomad al-Palimbani, as well as his students' involvement, became the key to the participation of the Samaniyah order in the Menteng war of 1819, which led to the victory of the Palembang side over the Dutch in the Menteng war of 1819.","PeriodicalId":173945,"journal":{"name":"International Journal Ihya' 'Ulum al-Din","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124267805","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article examines the improvement of Islamic financial matters in light of the contemplations of Muhammad Baqir Ash-Sadr, Karl Marx, and Max Weber in the humanistic perspective by taking a gander at the standards of worldwide Islamic financial matters in helping out a few non-Muslim nations. This research method uses library research, namely, taking information from books and scientific articles relevant to the problem to be answered. The consequences of this study show that the reasoning of Marx and Weber about the Islamic monetary framework encountering a decay was gone against by Muhammad Baiqr Sadr. That's what sadr censures if Marxism denies things connected with a powerful way of thinking; without anyone else, Marxism has isolated itself from things not related to science. The standards of Islamic lessons as the principal reason for making progress in business are demonstrated to have the option to contend worldwide.
