Various tools and approaches have been used in analyzing a phenomenon with a view to offering solutions to it. People from various walks of life including professionals and experts have expressed their views and opinions about groups, their activities and ways to limit them. Since the group is rightly or wrongly associated and identified with Islam in its activities, experts especially the ulama analyze the group from an Islamic perspective using the Qur'an and Sunnah and the actions of the salaf as their basis for offering solutions. to group problems. With this background, this paper examines the role of Ulama in dealing with the imbroglio of Boko Haram by using the Ulama model of Al Azhar University in particular. The historical method was adopted with data mostly collected from printed materials and the internet. This research uses a philosophical and historical approach and content analysis method to obtain information in depth. Begins with data collection through literature studies, documents are related to it. The scientific integration of the Unity of Sciences paradigm in the scientific cluster being developed contains three strategies that try to answer. The first is the science of religion that is not down to earth or lacks benefits for the wider community. Then the second is when modern sciences are tasteless and value-free. The last is the local culture which began to fade with the development of modernization. These problems will be answered with the humanization of Islamic sciences, the spiritualization of modern sciences, and the revitalization of local wisdom. Scientific development in the clumps of Islamic sciences produces religious knowledge following the times, not rigid and friendly to local wisdom. Meanwhile, the natural sciences and social humanities are planted with spiritual values. One of them is employment and poverty alleviation, especially in Ponorogo, considering that is the 11th largest city contributing to Indonesian migrant workers. The development of the sharia tourism business is increasingly attractive, because the Ponorogo community is a pluralistic society, which embraces a variety of cultures, religions and creeds. So that the role of local government as a leading sector is needed to determine the planning and development of regional sharia tourism. For that we need the right strategy in the development of Islamic tourism in accordance with the characteristics of Ponorogo. In the formulation of the right strategy, data from Muslim, non-Muslim and local government communities is needed. The data is analyzed by the SWOT technique which is supported by internal and external factors. With the result has the potential in the development of sharia tourism considering there are still many natural tourism objects that have not been touched and developed by the community or local government. The development of Islamic tourism is approved by Muslim, non-Muslim communities, while maintaining their respective religious sites. Acts of violence based on intolerance - religious, cultural, social- bring drastic consequences and often lead to a humanitarian crisis. Hate narratives, drastic changes of social order, poverty, and injustices influence people, especially youth, to be easily attracted by radical ideology. As a result, destructing church and other worship places, even killing non-Muslims become massive agendas held systematically and planned as the name of jihad. The wrong way to understanding Islam supporting peace and tolerance brings extremist people to have a perception that non-Muslim blood is halal. As a country with Muslims as the majority society, Indonesia needs to do comprehensive and systematic agendas to prevent young generations from radical ideology. Pesantrens as a reliable Islamic institution that have played significant roles in promoting peace and tolerance since many years ago need to have innovative ways to promote world peace. This study aimed to explore the role of a Pesantren in Jombang to promote world peace through conducting an international interfaith event namely ASEAN Youth Interfaith Camp involving 94 youths from many countries. This study was qualitative research using interview, observation and document analysis as tools to gather data. This study found that the Pesantren promote world peace through an international event involving credible speakers, and bringing the participants to visit some religious places and meeting various religious adherents. This analysis tried to build the concept of consumer behavior based on Islamic branding technology. The research model was developed through research variables to fill existing research gap between halal awareness and halal purchase intention by halal technology implementation. This technology able to detect halal label validated by MUI that is expected to mediate both variable.Research approach used quantitative approach. Data was collected by survey questionnaire methods for packaging product’s consumer in Semarang. This research used purposive sampling to obtain 100 consumers as data observation. SEM analysis was used to analyze the data through running Smart PLS 3.2.8 for Professional application for hypothesis testing.The finding presented that Consumer Behavior based on Islamic Branding Technology Concept is proven. It is proved by significant mediating effect between halal awareness to halal purchase intention through halal technology implementation (0.016). Therefore, in addition to carrying out the shari'ah, humans are required to understand the aims and objectives of the shari'ah set. Departing from the above statement, this study will examine the efforts of Thahir ibnu ‘Asyur in developing concepts related to the science of maqasid al-shari'ah.The data of this research is library. The data collection method uses the documentation method, which is: collecting, then analyzing the data collected. After the data has been collected, data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, presentation of data in narrative form, and drawing conclusions.This study concludes that the maqasid al-shari'ah, as stated by Thahir ibnu ‘Asyur, is the spirit of all human actions relating to the laws established by Islamic shari’ah, especially in dealing with a number of problems in this millennial era. In addition, said Thahir ibnu ‘Asyur, the main reason for the decline of fiqh is the neglect of scholars towards the study of maqasid which results in the distortion of shari'ah values themselves. The opinion of Thahir ibnu ‘Asyur above is supported by ‘Allal al-Fasi, one of the experts in contemporary maqasid al-shari’ah, who asserted that the main condition for success in dialoguing fiqh with contemporary reality is the rise or failure of scholars' responses to the study of maqasid. This is where the role of maqasid al-shari'ah as the spirit of each fiqh law finds its momentum. Its elastic characteristics, across space and time, are expected to be able to dialogue with problems that continue to emerge.
