The tourism sector is susceptible to being impacted by its multi-purpose structure—natural disasters, terrorist incidents, epidemics, political tensions, economic fluctuations, etc. By creating a problem, it can cause the accommodation business to lose tourists at any time. Developing new products, shifting to alternative tourism markets, and reducing costs may be options for businesses. However, because every crisis is different, managers must determine the most appropriate strategy for the problem. Effective crisis management is made possible by strategic control. With the application of smart strategic management, crises can be turned into opportunities. With the Covid-19 outbreak, many hotel businesses have had to reconsider their marketing strategies. In this research, a case study was conducted at the four-star Prime Park Hotel in Bandung. This study aims to determine how hotels are affected by the Pandemic and determine what kind of marketing strategies they employ in dealing with this crisis. It has been observed that Hotel Prime Park, whose customer base consists of foreign tourists arriving from the Far East on package tours before the Pandemic, was negatively affected by domestic and international travel restrictions that started with the Pandemic. Hotel management has mostly followed a market share strategy and cost reduction, and customer acquisition.","PeriodicalId":173833,"journal":{"name":"ENDLESS : International Journal of Future Studies","volume":"81 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116939395","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Parallèlement, des interactions sociales très différentes ont été observées entre les élèves. Il a été établi une relation entre les styles de communication choisis par les enseignants et l’effet qu’ils ont sur le comportement des enfants et les relations qu’ils créent entre eux. Cependant, les enseignants ne sont pas totalement libres de choisir la manière dont ils veulent communiquer, cela dépend également du type d'école dans laquelle ils travaillent. Chaque type d'établissement a ses propres principes, méthode d'enseignement et philosophie. Ils ont même une compréhension différente de la signification de l'éducation. Ceci est également décidé par la politique éducative actuelle dans chaque pays. C'est pourquoi deux lois différentes de l'éducation (espagnole et écossaise) ont été analysées. Cette étude est une recherche qualitative et non expérimentale ou ex post facto, dans laquelle les variables vont être étudiées dans leur contexte naturel sans aucun contrôle sur elles. Une réflexion a également été faite sur les raisons pour lesquelles l'éducation alternative n'est pas légale en Espagne en comparant le système éducatif espagnol à celui écossais.","PeriodicalId":173833,"journal":{"name":"ENDLESS : International Journal of Future Studies","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116616689","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, the government issued a policy to tackle the chain of the spread of this virus with social distancing. However, this impacts the spread of work termination carried out by several companies because of experiencing losses in various sectors. This reason is controversial and is considered to deviate from Article 164 Verse (3) of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. This study aims to analyze government policies to tackle this extensive impact phenomenon. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a deductive pattern. From this research, the results show that the government is seriously implementing policies to overcome the impact of work terminations with various strategic policies, namely the pre-employment program, the intensive provision of work termination victims through BP Jamsostek, and the procurement of debt securities (Recovery Bond). However, there are still shortcomings in various sectors.","PeriodicalId":173833,"journal":{"name":"ENDLESS : International Journal of Future Studies","volume":"31 7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123155953","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Human capital is the key to organizational competitiveness. Human resource management is concerned with the management of people within organizations. The field is primarily concerned with the selection, training and development and leadership of human resources. Human Resource Management is a science because experimental and field studies are conducted to explore how best to utilize human resources as a competitive advantage. In his book, Competitive Advantage Through People, Jeffrey Pfeiffer (1994) explains that organizations can gain a competitive advantage through their employees by ensuring that they use the best talent management strategies to identify, promote and sustain top talent within the organization. Pfeiffer argues that organizations have become complacent about the impact of employees on organizational effectiveness and that organizations need to be aware that one of the biggest assets they have is through the people who work for them; this leverage of people provides organizations with a competitive advantage. Human Resources professionals act as consultants to organizations to help them create effective systems that leverage this talent. For example, an HR consultant can provide organizations with strategic performance appraisal systems that allow organizations to provide feedback to all employees and to also identify top employees in order to reward them through compensation and promotion.","PeriodicalId":173833,"journal":{"name":"ENDLESS : International Journal of Future Studies","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134315427","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
