Our previous method can separate the sound sources using only the information of observed signals. The separation method has sign inversion problem in some cases. The problem means that the positive and negative signs of the estimated signal are inverted. In the case of using the signal from the start to the end of the human speech, the sign of the estimated signal is not a big problem. However, in the case of short-time frame processing, inversion of a sign at the junction point of the separated signal becomes a big problem. Some power conditioning configurations used in such system have been also studied and discussed by many researchers. In addition to usual utilization, such power generation system is often prepared for the time of disaster. As such generating power is limited, so usually the solar panels that is the energy source of such generation are almost installed in limited area such as on top of the building. Some medical institutions have strong desire to keep such photovoltaic power generation since they must keep the lives of people. The generating power in such case is fairly limited, so the system construction should balance the reduced generating power. Thus, it is necessary to improve the construction toward simplified structure. Our previous research has been pursued for an ideal power conditioners. In order to give such reply, simple and concise power conditioners, especially as novel inverter, are proposed by one of the authors. Considering fairly reduced power and narrow space of installation, the system constructions should be compact according to such conditions. In such research process, this paper is presented as a part of the initial result of the whole research. The circuit configuration which gratifies operating characteristic is presented and analytically discussed. With the method of upper machine software by GUI, changes in temperature and humidity can be shown on the display terminal intuitively. The article mainly expounds the system structure design, temperature and humidity data acquisition process and graphical interface monitoring implementation. The proposed method can estimate the number of sound sources using only observed mixture signals with two microphones. A joint distribution of mixture signals has the same number of linear components as the number of sound sources. Therefore, we can estimate the source number using directional histogram of mixture signals. Furthermore, in order to be robust against outliers, the proposed method removes very small amplitude components without speech. However, the vibration characteristics of machine tools are usually complicated and cover a very wide spectrum. Any accelerometers will suffer from its sensitivity-bandwidth limitation and high cost. As a result, an integrated vibration sensing module is proposed here by integrating various MEMS accelerometer chips. Through structure and circuit design, the vibration sensing module is integrated as well as the disadvantage, low sensitivity, of MEMS accelerometer is overcome. Furthermore, the module is then compared to a piezoelectric accelerometer as the standard for accessing the performance. Additionally, the vibration domain knowledge is also investigated and also applied to the machine tools for examining its feasibility. In such as aging society, supplying human resource to care the senior people doesn't catch up with its demands. Therefore, the societies encourage the cared elderly people become to manage to live by themselves in their life. To realize such as the society of independent elderly people, many assistive machines and tools are developed. In particular, electric wheelchairs are very effective to keep and improve their Quality of Life (QOL). In this study, to promote the use of electric wheelchairs, a novel operation system for electric wheelchair using pointing device (Hands-Free Operation-Interface) is proposed. The proposed system can operate an electric wheelchair without body action. To investigate operation system of the wheelchair, its driving performance is compared with driving using a standard joystick under same slalom course running. There were some obstacles in the slalom course, driver needed to drive the electric wheelchair and make own way around these obstacles to goal. In this experiment, success-ratio and running time are compared between Hands-Free Operation-Interface and standard joystick operation to evaluate the operability of the systems. As a result, it is suggested that success-ratio is depended on operators, and the average of success-ratio is 67 %. Also running time is observed that depended on driving ability of operators. Therefore, these results showed that practice and adapting of users are necessary to drive the electric wheelchair using the proposed operation system. However, most of these algorithms are not suitable for deployment in the logistics industry: they are only able to deal with non-moving objects and/or the usage of multiple cameras introduces time delays. In this paper, we introduce Box-Scan, a novel algorithm that enables real-time box dimension measurement in conveyor systems using a single RGB-D camera. We discuss the industrial setting in which our algorithm needs to operate, as well as a prototype that integrates the proposed algorithm. The overall response and production efficiency were bottlenecks while changing or discovering the problems of business process in the practical. First, using the cause-and-effect matrix and failure mode and effects analysis decide the factors that affect working hours and recycle time. Next, the Value Stream Mapping is used to highlight the bottlenecks of the overall work after determining the strategies and modified goals. Finally, the Lean Production Approach is employed to solve problems. With the examples of the co-operative manufacturer is analyzed and discussed. The results show that inventory carries rate can be reduced from 41.6% to 20.8% and create NT$15.57 million net profits. Therefore, in this study, to acquire more the detailed environmental information, we propose the system to measure the environmental information in the greenhouse by the mobile robot using ROS. The proposed mobile robot consists of the CO2 sensor, the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor and LRF for environmental sensing. The virtual agent uses multiple sequence to sequence models to automatically generate texts based on the current conversations as well as perform the sentiment analysis with intent manipulation. The virtual agent primarily tries to emphasize on Motivational Learning to help the users overcome with the problems. With a series of parallel intent recognitions, the user's overall mental condition is determined and the solutions are provided on the basis of their problem domain. After analyzing the success that motivational quotes and videos has had for depressed people, the proposed system also tries to achieve this by providing the user with motivational content, that give them constant hope to move forward in life and help deals with problems.
