This work proposes a frequency and phase measurement system by using Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) and micro control unit (MCU). The proposed system consists of three modules: 1. Signal conditioning circuit module which is composed of a wide-band channel amplifier and a high-speed comparator; 2. Parameter measurement module; 3. Data display and control module. In addition, we implemented FPGA and MCU to realize duplex transmission of data through SPI communication interface. The system designed in this paper works well for a low to medium range speed frequency and phase measurement. simulation result shows a reasonable accuracy for the target quantities.","PeriodicalId":173819,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The 7th IIAE International Conference on Industrial Application Engineering 2019","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122768608","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Composite coatings were characterized for microhardness. Microstructure of the cross section of composite coatings were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). Caivation erosion test was finished by ultrasonic stretching vibration caviation test machine. The results show that when the hydrogen gas flow rate is 3L/min and 6L/min, the microhardness of coatings are respectively 640 HV and 730 HV at a load of 100 g and a dwell time of 15 s condition, and the composite coatings by APS generates porosity and were oxidized. The cavitation erosion resistance of composite coatings is better than that of nodular cast iron. As the hydrogen gas flow rate increases, the microstructure of composite coating deposited by APS has lower porosity, and the better cavitation erosion resistance.","PeriodicalId":173819,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The 7th IIAE International Conference on Industrial Application Engineering 2019","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127570038","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The development of high-performance, reliable and low-cost NO 2 sensors are urgently needed. Recently, semiconductor gas sensors that do not need any heating element for high-temperature operation have received extensive attention. These sensors present many advantages: low power consumption, low manufacturing cost, as well as moderate stability and safety. Typically, wide bandgap semiconductors have weak, very slow or no response to NO 2 gases at room temperature. Therefore, some enhancing methods like light illumination, organic sensitization, formation of heterojunctions, preparation of composites with 2D materials and introduction of oxygen vacancies in high concentrations have been used to improve the sensing performance according to the published works. These methods and research progress are presented and discussed in this paper.","PeriodicalId":173819,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The 7th IIAE International Conference on Industrial Application Engineering 2019","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129930976","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Pattern matching plays an important role in DPI, and consumes a significant portion of system execution time for NIDSs. In this paper, we propose a high-speed pattern matching algorithm with CPU/GPU cooperation. Incoming packets are first inspected by CPU to quickly filter out suspicious packets that may contain malicious patterns. Then GPU, which has superior parallel computing power, takes over to determine if a suspicious packet does contain malicious patterns. In addition, in our proposed algorithm, GPU does not have to inspect the entire payload of a packet, but instead can bypass the partial packet payload that has been inspected by CPU. Through the cooperation between CPU and GPU, our proposed algorithm can achieve higher pattern mating speeds than other algorithms. Simulation results show that even in the case that all packets contain malicious patterns, our proposed algorithm can achieve a matching speed of 15 Gbps.","PeriodicalId":173819,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The 7th IIAE International Conference on Industrial Application Engineering 2019","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116054244","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the development of various sensors, lots of driving assistant device are applied in the vehicle, such as sonar sensing and inertial navigation Other than terms listed above, machine vision is also a momentous technology in the automatic guided vehicle. Automatic guided vehicle integrates technologies such as machine vision and automatic control, and expects to use computer-assisted driving to enhance the safety of driving. However, the location of the camera installation limited by car structures could cause the camera cannot properly record the road situation at the optimal observation point. Consequently, the image could be significantly distorted. Therefore, the image recorded by camera have to be corrected in order to reduce the image distortion. This study utilizes a webcam to obtain image of the surrounding, and process the image with LabVIEW for promote the precision of geometric matching via homography transformation. Meanwhile, for testing the effectiveness of the method, an automatic guided vehicle is also realized by hiring IG-42 motors and using a MyRIO board and LabVIEW as the program control and the central information hub. After integrating the perspective calibration for geometric matching and automatic guided vehicle , we conducted an experiment of tracking a mark line, which is commonly used in manufacturing factories. In addition, we also tested the geometric matching of the image after correction. The distinguish rates rose from 0.63 to 0.93, represents uncorrected and corrected respectively. Finally, we finish an automatic guided vehicle by machine vision. A more complete vision automatic guided vehicle system will go on in the future.","PeriodicalId":173819,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of The 7th IIAE International Conference on Industrial Application Engineering 2019","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128968401","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
