Abstract

Frequency and phase are the most basic physical quantity for the instrumentation of electrical signal characteristics. This work proposes a frequency and phase measurement system by using Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) and micro control unit (MCU). The proposed system consists of three modules: 1.
