This work proposes a frequency and phase measurement system by using Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) and micro control unit (MCU). The proposed system consists of three modules: 1. Signal conditioning circuit module which is composed of a wide-band channel amplifier and a high-speed comparator; 2. Parameter measurement module; 3. Data display and control module. In addition, we implemented FPGA and MCU to realize duplex transmission of data through SPI communication interface.
