Early detection and treatment of heart disease will reduce the patient mortality rate. Therefore, implementation of artificial neural networks (ANN) technique in diagnosing heart disease have been widely used and reached good accuracy. Beside of that, there are disadvantages in implementation of ANN technique, such as a long training process, many parameters have to be tuned, the obtained solution potentially get stuck in local minima, and activation function must be differentiable. We implemented Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) which is fast, simple tuning, and better generalization model learning algorithm. It has better performance than backpropagation ANN, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and decision tree. Conceptually we use Jia et al. methods, but we perform the attacks with smaller input modification. Using smaller input modification, the results are relatively same. For distinguishing attack, there is no collision in the structure. So, it is Mini-AES CBC-MAC. For second preimage attack, there are collisions in the structure, it means that the structure not fulfill second pre-image resistance. Thus, the development of the measurement will use four business transformational dimensions: Economy, Technology, Process, and People developed by Unhelkar. The assessment on this research is divided into two. First, there is a matrix to help managers determine whether the organization has used the right approach to implement green IT based on types of organization. However, this technique has not been well applied in time-series data. This paper proposes ranking model for time-series data using learning to rank which uses top mobile games as our case study to develop top mobile games prediction system. We employ learning to rank algorithm using mobile games and time-series attributes such as complete date, date index per year, and day index and year in our prediction system, MGPrediction+. Experiment has been performed to identify the best learning model for top mobile games prediction. Result shows that LambdaMART has the best NDCG@100 at 0.6985 using original dataset. Our best feature set contains original attributes with additions of day index and year which give NDCG@100 score at 0.7375. We proposed an automatic authority classification for Twitter text in Indonesian as part of the complaint management system. Our analysis showed that there are several Twitter message types raised in official account Twitter of the city government. The classification employed a statistical based multi-label text classification. Here, we compared several techniques in the classification such as the features, the algorithms and the classification schemes. In the features comparison, we examined several features such as the complaint word feature, n-gram feature, and the @username feature. In the algorithms comparison, we employed Decision Tree algorithm, Naïve Bayes algorithm, and Support Vector Machine algorithm with multi-label classification techniques of Binary Relevance and Label Power Set. In the complaint classification schemes, we compared the direct classification and two steps classification. Instead of capturing a full excitation-emission data matrix at all wavelengths, samples were excited by a light source filtered at a definite wavelength and the emission was then captured using a visible and near infrared (NIR) spectrometer. A standard calibration model was then developed using partial least square regression (PLSR) on the acquired EEM data. The model was then tested in an independent validation data set and showed higher estimation accuracy compared with the filter pairs suggested in our earlier study. One technique of news articles summarization is guided summarization where the summary should contain important aspect information. Guided summarization techniques have been developed in the Text Analysis Conference (TAC) 2011 and one of the best methods is SWING by Jun-ping, et al. The purpose of this study is to adapt the methods of SWING system to Indonesian news articles as well as integrating with News Aggregator system. In this research, the experiments have purpose to determine the best features and system configuration when adapted to Indonesian news articles. ROUGE-2 and ROUGE-SU4 is used to evaluate the results of the summary where a summary of the system results compared to the human-made summaries. The best system configuration produces summary with evaluation of ROUGE-2 0,31 and ROUGE-SU4 0,22 which is very close to the human-made summaries with a value of ROUGE-2 0,32 and ROUGE-SU4 0.24. In addition, the update summarization component can be run by giving a summary of updates without repeating the information. The IRM is a music theory, which was proposed by Eugene Narmour. The IRM abstracts music. It then expresses music according to symbol sequences based on information constituting the music pitch, rhythm, and rests. Previous melody generation systems are mostly based on tone transition models, which do not have function of abstracting melodies observed in training data. In those previous systems, generated melodies do not reflect tone sequences that do not exist in training data. However, it is obviously required that a melody generation system is able to abstract melodies in training data and to output certain melody, which is rarely observed in the training data. Our melody generation approach properly abstracts melodies in training data based on the IRM. The IRM expresses contexts of melodies using symbol sequences. Our melody generation system consists of two models; that of symbol sequence transition and that of generating tones from symbols. With the former model, the symbol transition probability model is trained with the results of the IRM analysis. The system then generates an optimal symbol sequence according to the probability model. Then, from a set of tones, each symbol sequence generates a melody. Personal data of card holder are stored inside the card. These data can be viewed or taken by unauthorized party. Therefore, in this paper, we discuss about possible threats to the physical of KTP-el reader and the data reading process by KTP-el reader, to consolidate security of data reading process by KTP-el reader. Then, we generate Protection Profile (PP) and Security Target (ST) for KTP-el reader based on the Common Criteria (CC). We have shown how the development process of an IT product with security features that follows the international agreement, by generating the PP and ST document. This paper also conducted a gap analysis between the list of security requirements defined in PP/ST and security features of KTP-el reader prototype owned by Indonesia Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT).
