Given the level of the proposed technological changes in the manufacture of threads in through holes, these innovations cover the field of combinatorial and partial.\u0000Today mechanical engineering is characterized by mechanization and automation of technological processes, a wide range of products of various parts. Among the non-detachable and detachable joints of parts, the threaded connection is the most common. Simplicity, reliability, the ability to adjust the force with which the conjugate surfaces come into contact, the possibility of repeated cycles of disassembly and assembly, etc., make this type of connection the most commonly used in mechanisms and machines of modern engineering. With the simplicity of the contact pair of threaded joints, where one of them contains the outer and the other the inner screw surface, during their manufacture there are problems that significantly inhibit production.\u0000The subject of research of this article is the solution of difficulties of manufacturing of an internal cut in through openings of small diameter by means of a tap. According to various sources, up to 80% of marriage is due to breaking taps. Based on the analysis of deformation kinematics, stress-strain state, microstructure and evaluation of deformability of workpiece material, ways to increase geometric accuracy, vacuum tightness, electrolytic stability and mechanical characteristics of product material, as well as ways to improve the material of workpieces for their subsequent processing. The influence of active friction forces on the nature of the material flow during SHO was established, which contributed to the development of new processes that allow to bring the shape and dimensions of the workpiece as close as possible to the finished part. Thus accuracy of the sizes of details corresponds to 7-11th qualities of accuracy, and roughness of the processed surfaces makes Ra = 2,5… 0,63 microns.\u0000The process of reshaping the square billets into round ones by the method of SHO is effective, which increases the utilization factor of the metal and reduces the anisotropy of its mechanical properties. The characteristic of flat anisotropy λr, adopted in sheet metal stamping as a characteristic of the ability of the material to form scallops, decreases as a result of reshaping by 70-80%. The relative difference in yield strength in the plane of the sheet decreases from 0.10-0.15 to 0.03-0.05. The ultimate tensile strain increases by 8-10%, and the uniform uniform strain - by 5-8%.\u0000This improvement in the characteristics of the material reshaped by rolling blanks leads to the fact that when drawing cylindrical products, the value of scallops decreases by 2-2.5 times, and the value of the maximum degree of drawing increases by 10-15%. This reduces the relative difference in wall thickness along the perimeter of the elongated workpiece, and the change in wall thickness along its height becomes linear. Due to the fact that the quality of automotive equipment is characterized by its reliability and performance, increasing the level of reliability is an urgent task at the present stage of development of the technical operation of agricultural equipment.\u0000In addition, increasing the reliability of automotive vehicles is a promising way to reduce production costs, since the operation of more reliable equipment requires less labor and material costs.\u0000In the restored FS, the stabilization of the initial parameters during operation depends on many technological factors. The main reasons are those that greatly affect the reliability and have a wide range of characteristics under repair conditions. \u0000Changes in the technical condition of diesel engines during operation have a great impact on the indicators of fuel efficiency and toxicity of exhaust gases, with the former accounting for half of the resource consumption in agriculture. In order to achieve the necessary environmental and economic performance indicators of an autotractor diesel engine, its characteristics and fuel supply parameters should be adjusted in accordance with the operation and operating mode of the engine. Such a solution will make it possible to change the required parameters and characteristics, thereby ensuring the required nature of the flow of such fuel supply processes as spraying, mixture formation and combustion in each mode of operation.\u0000For efficient fuel injection into a diesel cylinder, it is necessary to have a significant reserve of fuel pump performance.\u0000Accordingly, a decrease in productivity can lead to a decrease in the amount of cycle feed. The analysis of known designs of wide-cutting tools and agricultural units is carried out. It is noted that one of the tendencies in the development of domestic agricultural engineering is an increase in the width of coverage of tillage machines. In this regard, hydraulic drives for decomposition and assembly of sections of these machines are widely used. The use of this type of drive is due to its compactness, speed and power. The basic schematic diagrams of hydraulic drives for decomposition of wide-cut tillage machines are considered. On the basis of the analysis, a schematic diagram of the hydraulic drive for assembling (decomposing) sections of a wide-grip cultivator with sequential actuation of hydraulic cylinders is proposed and the principle of its operation is described. A mathematical model has been developed for the hydraulic drive of the wide-grip cultivator sections in the working and transport position. The mathematical model consists of the equations of the continuity of the flows of the working fluid, which describe the processes occurring in the hydraulic drive, and the equations of moments and forces, from which it is possible to determine the force factors acting on the elements of the system. It is difficult to obtain an analytical solution to the resulting system of equations, therefore, to find solutions, numerous methods were applied, namely the Runge-Kutta-Feldberg method with an automatic change in the integration step. Shtuts, Oleksandr Naavhust","doi":"10.37128/2520-6168-2021-4-18","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37128/2520-6168-2021-4-18","url":null,"abstract":"The main task of Ukraine's energy strategy until 2030 is to bring the country's electricity complex in line with international requirements for efficiency and reliability of energy supply, which requires improvement of the regulatory framework of Ukraine's electricity.\u0000The introduction of international standards as national standards of Ukraine will remove many controversial issues in the modernization of energy facilities, promote domestic energy equipment in the Western market, create conditions for parallel operation of Ukraine's energy system with European energy associations, improve the quality of energy. But updating the regulatory framework of the industry requires significant time and money, so it is necessary to properly organize this process in order to improve the technical and economic efficiency (EE) of energy in the shortest possible time with minimal costs. One of the methods of solving this problem is complex standardization (CS), the methodological foundations of which were laid in Soviet times, but are outdated due to changing economic conditions and basic criteria for assessing the efficiency of energy facilities, especially their impact on humans and the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new approach to the COP in the field of electricity in modern conditions, in particular, to develop a model of the COP, methods, classification of tasks and determine the priority of standardization in the field of electricity.\u0000Standardization in the electricity sector should cover all major areas of industry development and contribute to the creation of conditions for safe operation of electricity facilities, ensuring rational energy consumption, improving the technical level and environmental safety of energy facilities, ensuring reliable and efficient operation of Ukraine's integrated energy system. Therefore, the development of the COP model should be based on the structural model of the power industry, which corresponds to the real conditions of the industry. The most promising for the implementation of the method of shear cutting are dies with a differentiated clamping of rolled products. The aim of the work is to develop a new die design with a differentiated clamping of rolled products with high technical and economic characteristics and recommendations for the design of such equipment. On the basis of the developed graph of constructions of dies with a differentiated clamping of rolled products, design features have been identified, which made it possible to create a new die design. Compared with the known structures, in the stamp of the DSEA structure, the transverse dimensions and weight are reduced by an average of 25%, and the height of the open stamped space – by 10%. In the process of dividing in the vertical plane, a constant position of the rolling axis is ensured. The transfer of force to the clamp through the rolling is excluded. The stamp has high rigidity. The stamps of the DSEA design have been introduced at the Odessa PJSC \"Stroygidravlika\". The economic effect of the implementation was 100000 UAH. \u0000Acceptance test results showed that the dies of the new design are efficient and reliable in operation. The quality of the cut workpieces corresponds to the quality indicators of the workpieces cut on modern similar equipment. On the basis of theoretical analysis, experimental studies and operating experience of dies with differential clamping of rolled products, known and formulated new recommendations for the design of such dies. This is due to the significant volumes and wide variety of these raw materials, as well as a wide range of semi-finished products and finished products that are obtained from them. In particular, the country's enterprises process such types of grain crops as wheat, barley, rye, corn, oats, rice, sorghum, millet, chumiza, mogar, paiza, buckwheat (buckwheat family), mealy amaranth (amaranth family). Peas, beans, lentils, soybeans and other legumes are also grown in large volumes. All these raw materials come from different farms, in different conditions, in a wide range of varieties and quality, thus, even for the same type of grain raw materials such parameters as the shape and size of grains, their weight, moisture, glassiness, hardness, degree of damage and many others may differ significantly. Depending on the type of products obtained from grain raw materials (flour, cereals, malt, bran, starch, gluten, molasses, alcohol grains, vegetable oil, oilcakes, meal), the technologies for its preliminary processing may have significant differences. The purpose of this work is to develop a methodology for choosing a rational sequence for processing grain raw materials, taking into account the initial quality parameters, conditions of a specific production and criteria for the efficiency of working processes (productivity, energy intensity and quality of finished products). The article also provides options for technological schemes for the preliminary processing of the main types of dry grain raw materials. The use of optoelectronic elements for information processing has been considered, namely discrete optoelectronic digital systems, analog systems, optical memory systems, optical systems of input-output of information in computers, systems based on fiber devices of neuristor type. It is emphasized that modern logistics is impossible without the active use of information technology.\u0000The functions of information support of managerial influences can be performed by information technologies used today in logistics. To perform the tasks of financial flow management, these technologies can be supplemented by modules of eye-processing of the information. Logic-clock quantron automatic devices based on optocouplers are suitable for creating parallel information operating environments, which is a universal means of converting and presenting information. This approach leads to the creation of matrix-type devices that are able not only to receive information but also to process it. This situation is unacceptable for countries that do not have their own oil reserves and want a stable economy and energy independence. Communities in many countries recognize that these problems continue to accompany the use of road transport and have long paid serious attention to the use of alternative fuels for vehicles, including biofuels, natural gas and hydrogen. However, in the current increase in the number of food industry facilities, it is necessary to deal with food products that have a negative impact on the environment (food fats). According to some data, the amount of garbage per day can range from a few kilograms to tens of tons.\u0000Approximately 90% of diesel biofuels (DBs) are mainly derived from processed oils and raw materials, including fats and oils of animal or vegetable origin that are recyclable. Biofuel is a biologically harmless product. In contact with water, the wine does not harm aquatic flora and fauna. In water or soil, it undergoes almost complete biological decomposition. Combustion of diesel biofuels emits much less carbon dioxide (CO2) than combustion of conventional fuels. Of course, there are drawbacks. First, biofuels have low frost resistance. Undiluted biofuel damages rubber hoses and gaskets. Biofuels have a certain shelf life. Due to increased maintenance costs, deposits can contaminate fuel equipment and filters during operation. Particular attention should be paid to the free glycerin that remains during production.\u0000The article considers biofuel production technologies and methods of glycerin removal. The focus is on devices that allow you to remove glycerin mobile. As a result, a faucet was proposed in which a filter was installed to remove residual glycerin and a study of its operation using the FlowVision program was performed. Displacing traditional materials, polymer products began to be used in agriculture. Polymers are used to make films for soil cover (mulching), anti-hail nets, shaft bushings, gears, body parts, tanks for storage and transportation of fertilizers and working fluids and many other parts.\u0000The operational properties of polymer products are becoming more and more perfect, but at the same time the methods of polymer waste management and their utilization are being developed and complicated. Over time, they can no longer be used for their intended purpose, so they are discarded and sent to landfills, while polymers are valuable structural materials and their reuse will not only be positive for the environment, but can also become a profitable branch of the agro-industrial complex.\u0000Pellet production is one of the methods of recycling polymer waste, which in the future can be used for the production of new parts, as well as added to the composition of composite materials based on organic or mineral fillers.\u0000This article examines the problem of recycling polymer waste by improving their processing technologies. The analysis of existing methods of utilization and processing of polymeric waste generated in agriculture is carried out. Determination of physical and mechanical properties of polymer waste, in particular thermoplastics.
