Ergonomics is an element of a complex system of \"labor protection\" which is connected by intra-system connections with other elements of this system. In turn, ergonomics is a system for a number of relevant elements, the main of which are man and means of labor. The main task of labor protection (and, of course, ergonomics) is to ensure healthy and safe working conditions that minimize cases of occupational injuries and diseases. Research of human-machine systems is conducted in many directions with the use of modern methods. But we must also recognize that there are still many problems in this area of human life. This is eloquently evidenced by the statistics of occupational injuries (including fatal) in agriculture of Ukraine.\u0000The aim of the research is to reduce the number of occupational injuries and occupational diseases of agricultural workers by studying the ergonomic principles of the human-machine system, identifying its basic elements, relationships, possible reactions to external and internal disturbances and developing adequate solutions to reduce possible risks to the life and health of workers.\u0000The relationship between man and machine is one of the many types of relationships that work. There are four types of such dependencies: \"man-machine\", \"man-man\", \"machine-machine\", \"operation-operation\". In ergonomic research, it is often important to determine how a worker uses the controls in his workplace - how often he uses each of these organs and, most importantly, in what sequence.\u0000In order to facilitate the solution of this problem, the concept of \"communication\" is introduced. In the process of evaluation it was shown that the most significant component of methodological error occurs due to changes in temperature and frequency of the information wave. Temperature-dependent values included in the mathematical model of the band asymmetric humidity sensor are: relative dielectric constant of the substrate dielectric and the object of control, length and width of the central conductor, substrate dielectric thickness. The dielectric constant of the dielectric of the object of control depends on the frequency of the information wave, and this parameter is directly included in the coefficients of the sensor conversion equation. The results of the research showed that in the process of measuring the conversion of humidity in the band asymmetric sensor there is a methodological component of the error associated with changes in temperature and instability of the frequency of the information wave. To ensure a frequency error at a level not exceeding 0.5%, the error of instability of the frequency of the information wave when converting humidity into the output amplitude of the information wave should not exceed ± 3 kHz, provided by existing RF generators. It is advisable to remove the temperature component of the error using the method of correction. The solution to this problem is possible through the use of powerful small-sized drives - namely hydraulic drives. These properties of the drive of this type have become crucial for its widespread use in agricultural machinery. Today, the hydraulic drive is used to drive the working bodies of machines, and as the drive of the main movement of self-propelled agricultural machines. The main hydraulic unit that drives a self-propelled agricultural machine is a hydrostatic transmission. Significant competition in the market of self-propelled agricultural machinery has led to an increase in the level of technical requirements for both agricultural machinery in general and hydrostatic transmissions operating in their composition. At the same time, further increase of energy saving and economic efficiency becomes especially important. The solution of the set tasks is greatly facilitated by further hydrofication of the drives and working bodies of agricultural machines. The most successful solution to this problem is the use of a hydrostatic drive, a typical representative of which are hydrostatic transmissions such as GST-90.\u0000The analysis of theoretical researches is carried out, the design of the stand for carrying out experimental researches for the purpose of confirmation of results of mathematical modeling is offered. Measuring and recording equipment for conducting a physical experiment is described. The coincidence of the results of experimental studies of hydrostatic transmissions with the results of computer simulation based on the developed mathematical model confirms its adequacy and correctness of the assumptions. In most cases this waste is poured out in nearest reservoirs or on ground and that leads to environment pollution. But after separation from the waste of the liquid phase (waste dehydration) its hard phase can be used as a valuable additive to agricultural fodders or as a high calorie fuel. By article’s authors notion the most prospective method of separation of the damp dispersive waste is mechanical dehydration, that provides high productivity of the working process, low consumption of energy (in 240 – 800 times lower then under realization of thermal methods) and necessary final humidity of the waste (20 – 25% in case of utilization by a method of vibro-blowing dehydration). One of the most prospective types of equipment for mechanical separation of the damp dispersive waste are presses with hydraulic drive that have relatively compact dimensions, high energy efficiency and reliability and provide a possibility for wide-range and infinitely variable control of main parameters of a loading regime of the waste processing. There is a scheme of an improved and high effective installation with hydraulic drive for separation of damp dispersive materials is presented in the article. Besides there are elaborated equations of its mathematic model that connect working parameters of separation, design parameters of the installation and physical-mechanical characteristics of the processed material. In the process of life, animals emit a large amount of heat, moisture, harmful gases, including carbon dioxide, ammonia and hydrogen sulfide. If the ventilation system does not work satisfactorily, the concentration of water vapor and harmful gases may exceed the standards, as a result of which animals drastically reduce productivity and may die. Currently, when creating livestock enterprises, it is necessary to resolve issues related to the reduction of investments, 40% of which is equipment. More than 20% of the cost of equipment falls on the heating and ventilation system; it is on it that they most often try to save money. Disagreements often arise between specialists on the deviation of microclimate parameters from optimal values for the productive qualities of farm animals.\u0000The article presents the physical and mathematical apparatus and methods for simulating the process of heat and mass transfer in an indirect-evaporative type heat exchanger for livestock buildings. The description of the process of heat and mass transfer in the heat exchanger of the indirect evaporative type of the Maisotsenko cycle is complex and requires the solution of many important mathematical problems (for example, the algorithmic solution of the combined heat and mass transfer on the surface with existing walls). Of particular importance is the development of an efficient algorithm that allows one to calculate differential equations of heat and mass transfer in partial derivatives. Therefore, the aim of the research is to describe the physical and mathematical apparatus and simulation technique (numerical simulation) of the heat and mass transfer process in an indirect evaporative type heat exchanger. As a result of analytical studies, the physico-mathematical apparatus of the process of heat and mass transfer in the heat exchanger of the indirect evaporative type of the Maisotsenko cycle was compiled, including the energy balance equation, taking into account sensitive and latent heat transfer on the surface of the wall of the wet and dry channels. The initial and limiting conditions of the heat and mass transfer model in the working part of the evaporative cooler under study are determined, which form the basis of numerical simulation in the Star CCM+ software package. A simulation technique (numerical modeling) has been developed and preliminary studies of the heat and mass transfer process in the heat exchanger of the indirect evaporative type of the Maysocenka cycle have been carried out. Modern technologies and technical means of forage harvesting allow to perform high-quality work in agro-technical terms.\u0000It is noted that haymaking, as well as other fodder, provides a systematic, comprehensive approach to the organization of work, staffing a set of technical means, their preparation for work, the collection and subsequent storage of feed.\u0000The purpose of the research is to substantiate the peculiarities of the preparation of technical means for the procurement of leaf and stem materials for hay for the current state of technology in Ukraine and the world.\u0000In the scientific work the peculiarities of preparation of technical means for harvesting hay from legumes and legume-cereal mixtures are considered. It is noted that to obtain high-quality hay should be widely used technical means that accelerate the drying of grass in the field: conditioners, tedders, rakes, and for drying hay - ventilation systems with heated air. The basic measures, adjustment and preparation of mechanization means at mowing, flattening, agitation and harvesting of hay are substantiated.\u0000It is noted in the work that increasing the compression force of the rollers of the mower E-303 helps to accelerate the drying of the roller mass of the clover. It is established that the use of roller mower conditioner allows to get the weight for hay 2-3 days after mowing, which is less per day than mowing without weight conditioning. Concentration of puree is carried out in a rotary evaporator to a dry matter content of 50% at a temperature of 50… 56 ° C under vacuum. At the same time, the processing time was reduced by 1… 2 min, which is many times less compared to traditional single-hull vacuum evaporators (60… 90 min). Reducing the temperature effect of concentration helps to increase the organoleptic and physicochemical parameters of the resulting paste. To establish the effect of the contribution of each component on the structure of the paste, the structural and mechanical properties of the puree of each raw material and concentrated semi-finished products were studied. The developed paste has increased strength of the structure with a value of dynamic viscosity - 394 Pa ∙ s, which is 2.5 times more than the control sample. The developed blended fruit and vegetable paste has an increased content of physiological and functional ingredients and the best organoleptic characteristics in contrast to the control version (apple paste).\u0000It is established that partial replacement of apple puree (up to 75%) in the prescription composition of marshmallows with the developed multi-component fruit and vegetable paste gives the product original properties. An increase in the value of the dynamic viscosity of marshmallows with a content of 75% replacement of apple puree with the developed paste compared to the control sample (marshmallows without additives) from 408 Pa ∙ s to 908 Pa ∙ s. The color of the marshmallow mass with 75% replacement of apple puree is bright pink with a wavelength of 596.7 nm and a brightness of 62.3%. A physical and mathematical model of the process of operation of the hydraulic injector of the flushing system has been developed, which creates a jet of detergent solution of directed action for cleaning the inner surfaces of the milk system. As a result of theoretical researches dependences of radius of a site of blow of a stream Ra and its pressure on a surface of milk pipe system pa on internal diameter of a nozzle dn, distance to it Hj at various values of pressure on an exit of a nozzle pn are received. Using the element base of the milking equipment, a low-pressure centrifugal type milk pump (≈ 3 atm) was selected as the basic hydraulic pressure generator. The dn = 2.1 mm, Hj = 16.6 cm, Ra = 23.6 mm.\u0000\u0000As a result of experimental studies of the hydroinjector of the flushing system, the dependences of the value of the force of the cleaning solution jet on the surface Fa and the degree of cleaning of the surface from milk deposits after flushing χ from the nozzle outlet pressure pn, the distance between the nozzle and the surface Hj and its inner diameter dn. Visual and statistical (according to Fisher's criterion F = 1,68 <F0,05 (6,30) = 2,42 and correlation coefficient R = 0,97) comparison of theoretical and experimental results of researches allows to assert about adequacy and logic of the received dependences of force of action. jet of detergent solution on the surface of Fa from the research factors in the appropriate range of their values. In this case, the internal combustion engine of the YaMZ-238 family, as the object of diagnosis, is presented in the form of a «black box», the input and output parameters of which have a finite set of values. This technology allows you to get a fairly large harvest of fresh vegetables within large cities, including office and residential premises.\u0000Entrepreneurs and researchers are paying close attention to developing more efficient hydroponics methods and equipment to implement them in order to reduce usable space, save water, nutrients and increase air supply and plant capacity.\u0000Several hydroponics systems are known: static solution culture, continuous flow solution (NFT) culture, deep water culture, passive irrigation, underwater and drainage irrigation systems, wastewater drainage system, deep-water fertilized culture, rotary system, aeroponics, wick system. The first three of the above methods were used commercially and industrially. The system of static culture solution does not provide the necessary saturation of plant roots with air. With the implementation of the method of continuous solution culture, minor buffering is possible due to interruptions in the flow (power outage), flooding of water in some canals, in addition, there are restrictions on the maximum length of canals (12 - 15 m). The system of deep-water culture on an industrial scale is used mainly for growing lettuce. Other mentioned systems are not efficient enough in terms of commercial use.\u0000The improved hydroponic installations presented in the article were developed taking into account the following requirements: universality of use (possibility of growing different types of plants); harmonization of optimal supply of crops with water, nutrients, light and air; maximum use of space; increasing the area for each plant and maintaining its stems and shoots.
