The results of transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) showed that multilayer ZrN/SiNx coatings formed by reactive magnetron deposition are alternating layers of ZrN and SiNx. The X-ray reflectometry (XRR) method made it possible to determine the density, thickness, and surface roughness of individual ZrN and SiNx layers. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that ZrN and SiNx layers have a crystalline and amorphous structure, respectively. The phase composition of mononitride ZrN coatings is characterized by the presence ZrN phase with preferential orientation (111). Phase composition results indicate a change in the preferential orientation from (111) observed for the mononitride ZrN films, to (200) forming in the multilayered ZrN/SiNx coatings.","PeriodicalId":17264,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Belarusian State University. Studies of the substrate influence on graphene properties are relevant due to the high sensitivity of this two-dimensional material to the smallest effects. At the same time, studies dedicated to the separation of direct substrate influence and residual synthesis effects on graphene properties are not described in the literature in sufficient detail. Materials and methods. This paper presents the results of a study of the structural properties of as-grown and transferred graphene on copper substrates by Raman spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy. Results and discussion. Using Raman spectroscopy, we found that the mechanical strain in the as-grown grapheme is increased, while negligibly small in transferred graphene, the strain coefficients being of 0.22– 0.33 and ∼ 0 %, respectively. Using atomic force microscopy, we showed that this effect does not relate to the copper surface irregularities: the average roughness of the substrate surface for as-grown graphene was of 20.4 nm, while for the transferred graphene it was of 62.0 nm, the height difference being of almost an order of magnitude greater for the latter. This contradiction was explained in terms of residual synthesis effects present in case of as-grown graphene. Conclusion. Taking into account the analyzed substrate effects is important both for the refinement of methods for the initial characterization of as-grown graphene, and for practical applications requiring graphene transfer to corrugated and perforated substrates, membranes and objects of complex shape.","PeriodicalId":17264,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Belarusian State University. Our model includesa dipole pomeron, odderon and secondary reggeon exchanges. It accommodetes forthe low- |t| «break» (departure from the exponential behavior of the diffraction cone), the accelerating rise with energy of the forward slope B(s, t = 0) and absence of secondary dips and bumps. Contrary to the majority of Regge-pole models, our approach is based on he use of a dipole (double pole) pomeron (DP). It has a number of advantages over the conventional simple pole pomeron: DP generates rising cross sections even at unit pomeron intercept and, what is even more important, it produces a single diffraction minimum and maximum in the differential cross section, in accord with the experimental data. Relative contributions from different components to the scattering amplitude are evaluated from the fitted model.","PeriodicalId":17264,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Belarusian State University. An analysis of the transmission and photoluminescence spectra, as well as kinetics of photoluminescence band intensity and mass center under continuous illumination showed that the effect of pyridine on organic-inorganic perovskites is ambiguous, because along with photostabilization (decrease in the rate of change of photoluminescence band parameters under illumination), the substantial decrease of dark stability takes place, which manifests itself in the change of phase composition during storage.","PeriodicalId":17264,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Belarusian State University.
