The shift to full-online learning in pandemics reduces student-\u0000lecturer attachments during formative assessment. Therefore, we developed the Online\u0000\u0000Formative Assessment system (OFAs) based on a self-regulatory learning framework. This\u0000study aimed to explore the learning impact of OFAs, such as learning preparation, feedback\u0000perception, and self-reflection. We used the mixed method with an exploratory approach. We\u0000collected quantitative data from 150 students who experienced OFAs, using 26 questions\u0000adapted from AEQ (Assessment Experience Questionnaire) and analyzed by pre-post design\u0000(paired-T test). To explore a deeper understanding, we conducted 6 FGDs (N=28). Finally, we\u0000analyzed the quantitative and qualitative data sequentially. We found the difference in students’\u0000preparation (p<0.5), feedback perception (p<0.5), and no difference in self-reflection (p>0.5).\u0000In Qualitative data, we found three themes as follows: (1) OFAs improve student preparation\u0000in learning; 2) Students are aware of being assessed during tutorials; 3) Require more specific\u0000and individual written feedback; 4) Lack of self-reflection due to unspecific feedback. These\u0000findings represent that learning impact is a complex pathway that online assessment systems\u0000\u0000can drive. It needs externally driven feedback quality and internally driven factors such as self-\u0000reflection skills. However, we found the challenges to improving students' quality feedback and\u0000\u0000self-reflection skills. This study brings further research on student-lecturer engagement in\u0000online formative assessment.

This study was designed as a\u0000descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. The characteristics assesses in this study\u0000were: age, gender, and a confirmed history of COVID-19. Data was collected in June 2021-\u0000September 2022 using google form to fill out a questionnaire. The questionnaire was filled out\u0000by 105 eligible respondents. Respondents have received at least 2 doses of the COVID-19\u0000vaccine and are aged between 22-23 years. The characteristics of respondents were 71 females\u0000(68.57%) and 33 males (31.43%). As a chronicsequela, this condition may\u0000result in cardiomyopathy. We report acase of an adolescent COVID-19 survivor with dilated\u0000cardiomyopathy with no underlying heart disease. A male patient aged 16 years old was\u0000admitted to our outpatient clinic with the primary symptom of exhaustion and had recovered\u0000frommild to moderate COVID-19 one month prior to the visit. No previous history of heart\u0000disease was documented. Physical examination showed no abnormalities. Laboratory results\u0000revealed substantially elevated NT-proBNP (7705 pg/mL) and D-dimer (1850 ng/mL). ECG\u0000presented normal sinus rhythm with poorR wave progression. Echocardiography revealed all\u0000chamber dilatation, eccentric left ventricular hypertrophy, globalhypokinetic, moderate mitral\u0000regurgitation, and reduced ejection fraction (22%). We diagnosed the patient with new-onset\u0000dilated cardiomyopathy and began treatment with candesartan, bisoprolol, furosemide,\u0000spironolactone, rivaroxaban, and trimetazidine. Red guava fruitghurt contains\u0000flavonoid phytochemical compound. This research aims to determine the effect of red guava\u0000fruitghurt on reducing blood glucose levels in rats. The study was laboratory experiment. The\u0000subjects of this study were white rats (Rattus norvegicus) with wistar lines, where each group\u0000needed 5 rats, therefore the total was 25 rats. The sampling technique used is simple random\u0000sampling, The experimental animals are grouped into 5 groups, negative control, positive\u0000control, treatment 1 (administration of fruitghurt), treatment 2 (administration of\u0000glibenclamide), and treatment 3 (combination of fruitghurt and glibenclamide). The data\u0000analysis was performed with paired t test, one way anova, pairwise comparison test and post\u0000hoc duncan. The study found that red guava fruitghurt can reduce blood glucose levels in rats\u0000induced by streptozotocin and show a probability value or p value of 0.000 (p value < 0.05),\u0000meaning that there is a significant difference between Treatment 1, 2, and 3. The blood glucose\u0000level of rats after administration of fruitghurt was 75.4mg/dl, after administration of\u0000glibenclamide was 48.4mg/dl and the combination of fruitghurt and glibenclamide was\u000044.0mg/dl. From these data, it can be seen that the most influential treatment in reducing blood\u0000glucose levels is the combination of fruitghurt and glibenclamide. Excessive\u0000inflammatory reactions can be induced by lipopolysaccharides (LPS) which are the most\u0000immunogenic components of a bacterial capsule or cell wall, which will result in damaging\u0000effects on the body. Black rice (Oryza sativa L.indica) is one of the natural ingredients\u0000that contains phenols, flavonoids, and antioxidant anthocyanin as immunomodulator. This\u0000study aims to find out the effect of giving black rice ethanol extract as an antiinflammatory to the proliferation of polymorphonuclear cells (PMN) in the spleen of rats\u0000induced on lipopolysaccharides. This study was conducted using 27 mice who were given\u0000black rice ethanol extract as much as 400 mg/kg BW in 14 days and then rats induced by LPS\u00000.3 mg/kg BW at 24 hours intraperitoneally before being CO2 euthanized and taken the spleen\u0000to be checked for measuring the size of the germinal center diameter. The observations showed\u0000the results of the germinal center diameter size in the treatment group with a value of\u00001,311 ± 0.226 μm (p<0.05 compared to positive control group which showed that LPS\u0000administration led to the disorganization of the white pulp and the reduction of lymphocyte\u0000cells and PMN in the germinal center. In conclusion, black rice ethanol extract at a dose\u0000of 400 mg/kgBB can affect the proliferation of PMN indicated by changes in the\u0000morphology of the white pulp in the germinal center in the spleen of rats.
