Approximately 20,000 people die per month as they give less importance in monitoring their own body. Because of their heavy workload people forgot to monitor their health. Science and technology together make everything possible and makes the human lives more and more comfortable. The significance of proposing this system is to prevent diseases and avoid going to hospitals especially in this recent pandemic situation. Therefore, the proposed health monitoring device is designed to measure the patients’ health parameters like temperature and heart rate (pulse rate), emotion detector using EMG electrode and blood pressure. Human body temperature and pulse rate are most important healthcare parameters which will conclude patient’s condition. The parameters detected from the sensors are displayed on LCD and in mobile application through IoT web server which is used to compare the obtained values with the normal values. If the obtained data is greater than the normal values, then preventive measures can be followed. This proposed health care monitoring system, ensures good medical assistance to doctors, and improves proper maintenance of patient’s health record which thereby reduces the risk of illness.","PeriodicalId":170905,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering and Medical Sciences (ICETEMS)","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121352974","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To get the PID controller’s ideal parameters, several tuning techniques have been devised. First PID is tuned with the Ziegler-Nichols method to obtain initial parameters and followed with an auto-tuning algorithm. However, the majority of PID auto-tuning techniques are created in ideal conditions. As a result, when noise is present, the control system will not operate at its best. Electrical movements, electronic components, or any other noise source may produce this noise.This work presents a self-tuning method based on the Kalman filter approach designed and put into practise on a DC-DC converter. The outcomes of the simulation show that the efficiency of the PID+ Kalman filter incorporated DC-DC converter is more optimal than the simple PID auto-tuning of the PID controller.","PeriodicalId":170905,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering and Medical Sciences (ICETEMS)","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116652274","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A migraine strike can be brought on by a stressful job, the effects of genetics on children from parents, changes in lifestyle, unusual dietary habits, weather changes, excessive caffeine consumption, overuse of medication, and the stress and tension of day to day life. To demonstrate the proposed work, a standard migraine dataset is taken to show how these processes are helpful in real. In order to learn, data set Kostecki-Dillon obtained from the UCI machine learning repository, which includes 4152 records on 133 participants for 9 attributes, headaches reports set down in a therapy program were separated from Tammy Kostecki-records Dillon’s on migraine handling. According to numerous experimental research, biofeedback therapy is quite beneficial for migraine headaches. Muscle discomfort is recorded by biofeedback devices, which then display those levels to the patient. Muscles are kept adequately relaxed because the patient learns to connect precise levels of tension with sensations from the muscles. This study focuses on the range of current migraine treatment methods as well as how biofeedback works to counteract the negative side effects of allopathic drugs. This work also focused on biofeedback processes for the general population depending on gender, age, and other characteristics.","PeriodicalId":170905,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering and Medical Sciences (ICETEMS)","volume":"222 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125961442","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Biofuel from waste oil can be emphasized as diesel engines fuel owing to tri-glycerides carboxylic acid. According to the characteristic of fuel efficiency analysis, this paper will analyze the engine power analysis, engine torque analysis, and specific fuel consumption analysis to understand the performance of biodiesel from waste oil compared with diesel. According to the characteristic of environmental impact analysis, this paper will analyze the carbon monoxide emission and hydrocarbon emission. Initially, a system simulation-domain GT-Power was selected to estimate both efficiency analysis and environmental impact analysis. A comparison between GT-POWER simulation software and actual experimental data has been analyzed to understand difference efficiency. Secondly, a 4-cylinder diesel engine has been chosen for the experiment mainly its efficiency, reliability, and availability. Finally, a speed range (1000-4000 rpm) has been selected to estimate the desired result in the described ranges. In this research, the result showed that methanol has slightly less performance than diesel because methanol was directly burned in diesel engines, and biofuel from waste oil has almost similar performance compared with diesel. A particular innovation on biofuel is from waste oil that may be used in the diesel engine considering the efficiency analysis and environmental impact analysis. The value of this research is to produce biofuel from waste oil. And it will be a renewable energy source with less fuel cost, although its overall performance is less than a diesel engine.","PeriodicalId":170905,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering and Medical Sciences (ICETEMS)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124804858","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
