In Vietnam, there is not much research on menstrual hygiene management. The study aims to describe the knowledge and attitude of menstrual hygiene management among 10–18-year-old female students. Methods: a cross-sectional study design, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative study was conducted with 494 female students using self administration questionaires. Qualitative study was applied with 7 group discussions with female students and 14 indepth interviews with teachers. The study was conducted in Hanoi and Quang Binh in 2021. Results: the study results showed that about two thirds of students (64.6%) had good knowledge about menstrual hygiene, of which the average knowledge was 40.9% and good was 23.7%. Only 1.6% of primary school students have good knowledge of menstrual hygiene management. Most of students had poor and moderate attitude of menstrual hygiene management (98.2%). The percentage of students who are confident at school when menstruating is very low (1.6%).There were significant differences in knowledge and attitude of menstrual hygiene management by educational level and by areas. Female students also have the notion that the female body during menstruation was 'dirty' and they should follow some negative traditional practices during their period. Conclusion and Recommendations: The study recommends that knowledge and attitude of menstrual hygiene management should be improved among students. We obtained all patients admissioned to DienBien general hospital from 2012 to 2019 due to respiratory diseases (ICD 10). Daily mean weather factors in the same period were also collected. Results: We recorded a total of 28189 hospital admissions for respiratory diseases, 9971 admissions for upper respiratory tract infection, 15190 for pneumonia, 3028 for COPD and asthma. The study found negative significant associttion between temparature and daily admissions for upper respiratory infection, with RR = 0,48, (95%CI: 0.32-0,99) per 10°C increament of the 21-day moving average temperature. In contrast, admissions for COPD and asthma were positive associcated with minimum temperature, RR = 3,98 (95% CI: 1,01-5,87) per 10°C increament of the 21-day average minimum temperature. Burnout directly affects the health of healthcare workers and the patients’ care effectiveness. Therefore, the study was conducted with the aim of determining some factors affecting burnout in doctors and nurses at a central hospital in Vietnam. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 226 doctors and nurses at a central hospital in Vietnam from February 2020 to September 2020. Results: Female health workers had a higher rate of burnout than men (OR=1.29, p = 0.021). Health workers who were Catholic (OR=1.25) and had Intermediate level (OR=1.43) had a higher burnout rate than the other groups. Emergency-resuscitation staff had a higher burnout rate than surgical staff (OR= 1.27). Health workers must work overtime (OR=1.27), 16-hour shift (OR=1.24), night duty 2-3 times/week (OR=1.41), contact outside work working hours (OR=1.35) and making medical records (OR=1.41) had higher burnout rates compared to other groups.
