During recent years, Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is used for multimedia data transmission. Such a kind of data transmission, requires path in WSN, which will offer required Quality of Service (QoS). Ant Colony Optimization is one of the proven swarm intelligence technique which can be used to find path from source node to destination node in WSN. In this paper, an Energy Efficient and QoS based Routing Algorithm (EEQRA) is discussed which is used to find application specific path which also satisfies required QoS. EEQRA is cluster-based routing algorithm in which cluster head is selected on the basis of residual energy and intra cluster communication is based on carrier sense multiple access with collision avoidance. Along with this, congestion control technique is discussed which involves buffer monitoring of sensor node and it is used to increase network lifetime. When compared to contemporary protocols, EEQRA gives an energy efficient path which offers QoS and deals with congestion leading to increased network lifetime.","PeriodicalId":170546,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Technology, Engineering, Management for Societal impact using Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Talent (TEMSMET)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125830371","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An average day of an employee working in an organization includes cramming the inbox, to find and reply to important emails, sort them, organize them. All this is extremely stressful if the user has a deadline to meet. As they say, \"A cluttered inbox, like the cluttered desk, hampers productivity\". Hence, to address this problem, we have proposed a system, to organize the mails according to their priority based on the context and communication history between the clients. An algorithm was designed using machine learning and natural language processing to recommend Top ‘N’ emails from bulk so that the person can focus on important tasks at hand and get them done as fast as possible. The model was trained using Enron Email Dataset. For discovering topics from the document, LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) Topic Modeling was used. During model training, a maximum coherence score of 0.53987 was observed and the minimum perplexity score was -13.985 for the Number of Topics equal to 20. For the experimentation purpose, a proportional slice was selected from the main dataset. The final email ranking was done using the LDA topic modelling and the communication frequency between users.","PeriodicalId":170546,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Technology, Engineering, Management for Societal impact using Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Talent (TEMSMET)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131153436","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many startups are aware of only a tiny fraction of available incubation opportunities. This uneven visibility of incubators creates a self-reinforcing cycle of geographical imbalance, restricting significant opportunities in select incubators (mainly in metropolitan areas). As a result, startups have less visible incubation choices, and incubators receive subpar applicants, hindering the growth of startup ecosystems. The web application INQB8R parses a dataset of over 100 Indian startup accelerators and incubators to develop a matching algorithm that can help startups identify the perfect incubator match per their needs (location and facilities) and enables incubators to compete for attracting high-quality ideas.","PeriodicalId":170546,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Technology, Engineering, Management for Societal impact using Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Talent (TEMSMET)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126384293","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The annual crop yield is largely dependent on a number of climatic and geographical conditions that include temperature, pressure, location, and humidity. Completely relying on the traditional system to predict the crop yield is not a viable option due to the uncertainties in these conditions. Thus, the main aim of this research is to implement data mining and machine learning algorithms to create a model that accurately predicts crop yield. For this, the data is acquired, processed and feature scaling is used. Then the machine learning algorithm XGBoost is implemented. The accuracy obtained was as high as 99.99706%.","PeriodicalId":170546,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Technology, Engineering, Management for Societal impact using Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Talent (TEMSMET)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116722539","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Such responsible contribution to the broader social and ecological resilience in response to climate change and the Covid-19 pandemic needs to be both substantial and explicit. To formulate a research and education agenda across relevant disciplines, the paper presents findings of a bibliometric analysis of 1391 articles from the Web of Science database, revealing the intellectual and disciplinary compositions of the state-of-art research. Several disciplinary developments have been identified, along with the existing and emerging cross-disciplinary collaboration. Future work must be advanced across disciplines such as accounting, management, public relations, communications, public administration, and social data science, to leverage the information and communication technologies to account for ESG data and records as the essential groundwork for a carbon-neutral or net-zero future. A preliminary research and education agenda is then proposed to improve the CSR and ESG practices, as the groundwork for organizations to engage stakeholders such as consumers, clients, investors, professionals, and regulators.","PeriodicalId":170546,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Technology, Engineering, Management for Societal impact using Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Talent (TEMSMET)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121913659","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It considers security and privacy as the degree of resistance to information and different transaction details from threats and vulnerabilities. The primary concern in online banking is user authentication, information confidentiality, and the channel/media through which the information is shared. Towards this purpose, the paper majorly focuses on the security techniques under classical and quantum cryptography used in online banking to address the issues and different attacks during service utilization. Paper presents a model used to authenticate a client through quantum-safe channel technique in conjunction with one-time pad (OTP) concept to increase security and avoid reply attacks. The idea of introducing quantum cryptography aims to analyze the performance for the operational feasibility of the proposed solution. Combining quantum computing and classical algorithms can boost fraud detection performance and processing speed in financial transactions. Hence, the proposed scheme considers implementing a hybrid technique and QKD for secure online banking in a quantum cryptography environment.","PeriodicalId":170546,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Technology, Engineering, Management for Societal impact using Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Talent (TEMSMET)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130642385","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The general symptoms of dengue are fever which include joint pain, headache, vomiting etc.; however, if Dengue is not detected at an early stage and treated as normal fever then in severe cases, a patient may experience severe bleeding and shock, which may even lead to death. Thus, increasing Dengue Fever (DF) can be very severe and critical, turning out to be a global treat. So, considering the severity of DF, an intelligent expert system can be developed, named Expert System for Dengue Fever Prediction (ESDFP), based on symptomatic features to ascertain Dengue fever with high possibility before pathological test; thereby, ESDFP saves time and money for pathological diagnosis, and reduces life threatening risk by treating Dengue at an early stage. ESDFP takes physical symptoms, prepares the data in convenient form to process effectively and finally uses a condensed Decision Tree (DT) for DF classification. The performance of ESDFP is compared on basis of classification accuracy, precision, recall and F- measures with simple DT.","PeriodicalId":170546,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Technology, Engineering, Management for Societal impact using Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Talent (TEMSMET)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129238421","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Owing to overcrowded hospitals and inadequate medical infrastructure, traditional ways of examining and monitoring patients are ineffective. For the treatment of Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPDs) like COVID-19, monitoring a patient's SpO2 level along with the pulse rate is vital. This paper focuses on using IoT devices for documenting essential patient characteristics and performing data analytics on them for future predictions. Pulse oximeter sensor is used to obtain the patient's SpO2 level and pulse rate measurements. This sensor output is processed by Wi-Fi SoC NodeMCU. By unique identification of each patient, this data is displayed via a Mobile application to healthcare workers nearby. By analysing a patient's symptoms, a doctor can remotely regulate the supply of oxygen to the patient with the same mobile application. Machine learning algorithm is trained to analyse and predict a patient's future health conditions. With the adoption of such systems, the existing medical structure could improve vastly in its efficiency and capabilities during a healthcare crisis such as COVID-19.","PeriodicalId":170546,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Technology, Engineering, Management for Societal impact using Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Talent (TEMSMET)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116810599","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Agriculture provides a livelihood for more than 50% of the population of India. Due to the increase in population, the demand for food has also increased and in order to meet this demand, there is a strong need to grow the crops in the particular area where they are best suited considering various factors that affect the crop growth. Aim of the study is to provide scientific support to farmers to grow a suitable crop by analysing the soil/land characteristics using Geospatial techniques. To analyse the appropriate crops in the study area various factors were considered, these are soil texture, soil drainage, soil depth, soil moisture, the slope of the land, and other nutrient checks for pH, organic carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. By studying the importance of each factor on crop growth, suitability is calculated. The web-based model is created to work on dynamic data and provide results accordingly. With the help of this result, we can do better and planned farming as we get to know the suitable crop and with all the right conditions and this in turn will help to get an increase in production per hectare.","PeriodicalId":170546,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Technology, Engineering, Management for Societal impact using Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Talent (TEMSMET)","volume":"56 3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116572132","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
