It is also obvious that most types of innovations, both traditional and digital, are developed not within the framework of one organization, but in digital innovation ecosystems that unite several organizations and various stakeholders related to entrepreneurship, such as universities, research centers, business associations, industrial and infrastructure institutions. The data obtained in the process of studying the features of the formation and development of leading Russian innovation centers was used as a practical basis for the study. As a result of the study, the authors were able to identify four groups of factors influencing the transformation of innovation management within the digital innovation ecosystems of Russian companies.","PeriodicalId":170341,"journal":{"name":"Int. These datasets allow the creation of applications for helping citizens in different ways, allowing them to actively participate in government processes such as decision-making and policymaking. However, researchers have identified several drawbacks regarding the data they provide. One of the recurring problems cited in literature is related to the metadata associated with each dataset, which may lead to inadequate descriptions or classifications of datasets, affecting open data usability. As completeness is an important metadata quality metric, in this work, the authors propose an approach based on the alignment of metadata schemes to assess the degree of metadata completeness associated to datasets available in ODPs. To evaluate the proposed approach, they conducted two case studies, leading them to observe that the larger the number of metadata schemes, the lower the completeness of the datasets, although not linear.","PeriodicalId":170341,"journal":{"name":"Int. As a added value, paper is examining the structure of needs for different levels of public e-participation services. As for the methodology, this paper provides an empirical evaluation of Davis's Technology Acceptance Model extended with non-technical constructs of the Planned Behavior Theory and Trust Model. Validity and hypotheses of the newly proposed multidimensional structural model were tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. PLS-SEM research results significantly confirmed three out of seven hypotheses. There is a positive and statistically significant correlation between “Expected usefulness”, “Expected behaviour control” and “Trust in the Internet” with the intention to use public e-participation services (p<0.05). Concerning demand-side, research results demonstrate that the majority of the respondents prefers public e-participation services of a higher level of complexity.","PeriodicalId":170341,"journal":{"name":"Int. Many of the constraints could be mitigated with the help of proper governance in the SMEs. Many articles have explored the challenges faced by SMEs and how this challenge could be mitigated with the help of proper governance. However, very few studies have summarized the influence of governance in solving the problems of SMEs in one place. So, a systematic literature review has been made to find the role of governance in solving the problems of SMEs. As SMEs are the pillar of economic development for a country, their problems and solutions in one document could help practitioners and academician research and development further in this area. Our findings suggest that governance may influence the problems associated with corporate networking, finance, cross-cultural interactions of SMEs.","PeriodicalId":170341,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Results show that social media directly affects young females' political participation and does not directly impact young males' political participation. In both groups, political knowledge and political participation have a mediating chain role in social media and government trust. These results implicate that the government should pay attention to the development of social media, make good use of the indirect effect of social media on youths' government trust, focus on promoting correct and healthy political knowledge on social media, cultivate youth political consciousness, create more opportunities for youth political participation, and let the youth understand the significance of political activities, so as to improve their government trust.","PeriodicalId":170341,"journal":{"name":"Int. Therefore, this research aims to understand the factors that influence instructors' intentions to adopt digital learning during and post COVID-19 time period. For this, the paper proposed a model based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology extended with additional construct such as self-efficacy and moderators such as staff IT-training and institutional support. The workable data were collected from 274 instructors across 10 public universities that have implemented digital learning in their curriculum relatively lately after 2010, and they are still experimenting its implementation using their resources. The data were analysed using PLS SEM. The results supported the influence of antecedents on instructors' intentions to adopt digital learning, and moderators were also found to support the relationships significantly.","PeriodicalId":170341,"journal":{"name":"Int. It is also an effective channel for providing government services. However, for effective implementation and its success, it is critical to understand the citizens' perceptions towards the government's use of SM and its impact on mobile government (MG) adoption. Consequently, the study focuses on assessing the impact of SM influence and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on MG service parameters such as MG Awareness, MG Transparency, and MG Trust. The results of structural equation modelling revealed the significance of e-WOM on improving MG awareness and trust and SM Influence. Further, SM Influence had a direct impact only on MG Transparency. However, results revealed the importance of SM Influence and MG Transparency as a mediator for MG Trust. Besides, gender and age as moderators are investigated and discussed in detail.","PeriodicalId":170341,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Electron. Gov. The purpose of this research is to examine the threats to the e-governance framework, end users' trust in the security of e-governance applications, and end users' security behaviour on the Internet. Additionally, the research forecasts future trends in various types of security attacks in India. To forecast future trends in various types of security attacks in India, historical data from the CERT-in annual report is gathered (2006 to 2020). To forecast future trends, the AutoRegressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) is applied to the collected data. Additionally, an anonymous survey of 1,000 end users was conducted to ascertain end users' trust in the security of e-governance applications and some end users' security behaviour on the Internet. The research concludes that five of the six attack categories identified by CERT-in will see a consistent increase in the next five years.","PeriodicalId":170341,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Electron. But there is limited research that empirically validates this claim. This study thus examines the moderating effect of leadership commitment on the impact of infrastructure availability, financial capacity, literacy, and government policy and regulation toward the adoption of e-government. Data was obtained through a convenient sampling of Ghanaian citizens. The theory of the technology acceptance model (TAM) was applied, and the structural equation model technique was used to undertake the data analysis. The results showed that while leadership commitment significantly moderated the impact of infrastructure availability, finance capacity, and government policy and regulations on the perceived usefulness of e-government, its moderating effect on education/literacy on the perceived usefulness of e-government was not significant. Infrastructure, finance capacity, literacy, and government policy and regulations were significant predictors of e-government usefulness. Managerial and practical implications are discussed.","PeriodicalId":170341,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Electron. Gov. The study also analyzed the start-ups' adoption intention for digitalization by testing the significance of benefits and sacrifices associated with the digital platforms of e-governance. The current study also analyzed the moderating effect of digital support and awareness on digital adoption. The study's findings will also help the government in drafting policies to address the factors that positively impact the perceived value of digital adoption by developing a digital support system and further scaling up digital literacy, especially for start-ups. Overall, the study's findings will help the government understand the present status of start-ups' digitalization growth in India and the success rate of the Digital India mission. So, the e-governance system can be further strengthened accordingly.","PeriodicalId":170341,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Electron. Gov.
