Parallelly, Ayurveda describes the concept of Ojas, Bala and Vyadhikshyamtva, which can be maintained in its best state by dietary supplements and Rasayana. Acharya Kashyap has described Ojas as the yellowish-reddish-white matter present in the Hridaya, devoid of Sleshma. It flourishes by the food and herbs having Snidgha, Laghu Guna, Madhura rasa, and Madhura vipaka. In Kashyap Samhita, a limited description of Ojas is found compared to other ancient mainstream scriptures. Some special chapters devoted to Ojas and Bala (immunity in today’s scenario) are Lehana, Lasuna, Satapushpa and Satavarikalp. Lehana in the form of Swarnprashana is one of the best immunomodulators available in Ayurveda, followed by regular dietary intake of Milk (having all qualities of Ojas). In this review article, efforts have been made to highlight the de-scription of Ojas, Bala, Vyadhiskyamatva and Rasayan in Kashyap Samhita.

Excessive scratching and consistent friction between skin can damage the epidermis of skin leading to extracellular protein accumulation which creates papules and rashes. A case of 74-year male patient presented with\u0000blackish papules associated with itching in bilateral shin region with no relevant family history and was diagnosed\u0000as Lichen Amyloidosis. As per Ayurveda on basis of Dosha, Kaphavataja Kushta i.e., Kitibha Kusta can be\u0000corelated to Lichen Amyloidosis. In conventional treatment as there is no known cure for amyloidosis, in the present case, treatment was planned based on the principles of Kusta chikitsa depending on Dosha dominence.\u0000Snehana, Swedana, Virechana and Shamana treatment was followed. Nearly 70% of formulations include a combination of one or more metallic/minerals with several herbs which have a supporting role in treat-ing the disease. Gandhaka is a primary substance and a fundamental part of the Ayurvedic laboratory. Gandha-ka, being the first among the Uparasa Varga, plays a vital role in the preparation of Chaturvidha Rasa-Rasayanas; Sagandha Yogas are considered the most productive among all the herbo-mineral preparations and hence can be used for longer duration without any complications. Gandhaka Kalpa1 is a herbo mineral formula-tion explained in Rasayoga Sagara, which includes the bhavana (trituration) of shuddha Gandhaka with Amalaki Swarasa for seven days. The study aims to prepare Gandhaka Kalpa as per the standard manufacturing proce-dure mentioned in classical texts and to analyse the sample for purity and quality by utilising suitable Analytical parameters. Results -The analysis of Gandhaka Kalpa shows an increase in weight after seven days of Bhavana; the Presence of a low amount of moisture content of Gandhaka Kalpa (2.88%) leads to decreased decomposition and enhanced shelf life and therapeutic value. Low Acid insoluble Ash determines the presence of soft adherent dirt and sand particles. Heavy metal tests and microbial analysis showed results within limits, which refers to the samples' safety profile and the drug's stability. Retention factor values in HPTLC confirmed the multi-polarity index of the compounds and a wide range of active principles.

Toxins that have been slowly deposited in the GI tract make it difficult for nutrients to be\u0000absorbed. Nutritional deficiencies and toxin accumulation bring on more digestive issues. The finest options for\u0000purifying the body and mind and establishing a healthy state are Yoga and Marma therapy. Therefore, the most\u0000significant natural treatment for central digestive system issues is Yoga and Marma chikitsa. Estimates suggest that approximately one in every six people of reproductive age worldwide experience infertility in their lifetime. Conventional management need long term therapy and are not devoid of ADR’s. Vajikarana is one among Astanga Ayurveda that deals with the preservation and amplification of sexual potency of a healthy man and conception of healthy progeny. Vajikarana yogas helpful in management of Shukra dusti and Vandytava were documented in the classics. ‘TilaGokshura Sidda Dugdha’ is one such formulation explained by Chakradatta in Vajikarana chapter indicat-ed in Shandatva (Impotency). The ingredients of yoga are Tila and Gokshura processed in Aja ksheera (Gaot milk) which are having Shukrala and Vrishya karma. Thus, yoga was selected to evaluate the Vajikarana karma. Also, an additional attempt is made to evaluate the same yoga by changing the processing agent as Go-Dugda(Cow milk) in another group. MATERIAL AND METHODS : Wister rats were grouped in to 5 groups of 6 animals each. Experimental period was 28 days study. Oligospermia was induced by administrating Metroni-dazole for initial 14 days. Group one as Normal, Group 2 as Disease control, Group 3 was treated with Clomi-phene citrate, Group 4 and Group 5 were treated with Tila Gokshura Sidda Dugda (Aja Dugda Saditha) and Tila Gokshura Sidda Dug-da (Go-Dugda Saditha) respectively for next 14 days. Sexual Behaviour Pattern, Sperm count, Serum parameters, Tissue parameters and Histopathological changes in testis tissue were Observed. DIS-CUSSIONS AND CONCLUSION : Tila Gokshura Sidda Dugda (Aja Dugda Saditha) showed effective Vajika-rana karma in experimental rats when compared to standard drug. RESULTS : The results of the experimental study reveal that TilaGokshura Sidda Dugda has significant Vajikarana karma when compared with standard drug.

Shleshmala Yonivyapad is one of them,\u0000occurring due to vitiated Kapha Dosh having signs and symptoms like abnormal vaginal discharge, itching, coldness, and pain. Vulvovaginitis is the inflammation of the vulva and vagina due to several conditions like various\u0000infections, improper hygiene and dietary habits, etc. It is a frequently observed condition in gynaecological practice\u0000in today’s era. Its symptoms are more or less similar to that of Shleshmala Yonivyapad. The\u0000disorder is associated with a broad spectrum of presenting features, including breathlessness, oedema, nausea, loss\u0000of appetite, weight loss, etc. CKD is highly prevalent worldwide. The solution of choice for CKD is either kidney\u0000transplantation or blood purification treatments such as haemodialysis (HD). Such medical procedure involves an\u0000arduous journey for the patients. Hence, such patients often resort to alternative medicines to improve their quality of life. Ayurveda treatment modality not only offers a good solution for the same, providing parallel support to\u0000HD patients, thereby improving their quality of life, but in some instances, it depicts auspicious results, thereby\u0000substituting the official medicine.
