There have been many studies that discuss the development of RED, but very few have focused on finding wq value, the weights for the optimal packet drop probability. In this study we tried to offer a different approach to the search wq values using genetic algorithms. In organizations, information becomes an important and must remain available, and its existence should be maintained from unauthorized access. The use of information by unauthorized parties could be used for negative purposes which would be detrimental to the organization. Therefore, information security must be implemented correctly in order to avoid the impact of loss to the organization. Information security must satisfy the elements of confidentiality, integrity and availability. The international standard ISO / IEC 27000: 2014, SNI ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 and SNI ISO / IEC 27002: 2013 are a standard for Information Security Management System that can be used for the organization. These standard are able to test the security of the information and to measure the effectiveness of an implemented Information Security Management System (ISMS) which has been adopted as SNI ISO / IEC 27004: 2013. The standardization of Information Security Management Systems need an adjustment, the version of ISO / IEC 27004. The latter has adopted the development of ISO / IEC 27000, ISO / IEC 27001 and ISO / IEC 27002 which is required the measurement design of Information Security Management System. This study results in the design of the size of the Information Security Management System in accordance with the rules of international standards and the latest ISO standards. So it can be a reference for various organizations. However, CSFQ consume bandwidth for each flow, so less fit when applied to peer-to-peer traffic. In this paper, the calculation and analysis of the implementation of CSFQ, which is performed until the packet flow is the 50th. The analysis shows that for the conditions of fair share rate of 2 Mbps and a constant arrival rate of 4 Mbps, then the output link speed up to 100 Mbps and there is no probability that the packet is discarded. In addition, the packet length and the rate of arrival, does not significantly affect the rate of arrival estimation. In the flow 1st until 32nd, while the size of the packet and the arrival rate is greater, has led to the estimated arrival rate increases. {"title":"A block-based image encryption algorithm in frequency domain using chaotic permutation","authors":"R. Most of the image encryption algorithms operate in spatial domain. Encryption in frequency domain has an advantage of being resistante to many image processing operations. This paper presents an image encryption algorithm in frequency domain using a chaotic permutation. Because of the images represented in JPEG format, then to increase robustness to the image processing operations, the plain images are encrypted in blocks 8 × 8. After an image is encrypted, the cipher-image was modified by some common image processings. DVB content on Android device will be captured and transmitted to a computer server by live streaming. On the computer server, the content will be processed to the basic standard of DVB -T before being distributed to the DVB-T network. From the research that has been done, it has successfully implemented a system and an application with a GUI that can prepare the content of DVB from IP network quickly and easily. The time required for processing the raw video into DVB-T standard is less than 10 seconds. In general, polling system or polling model is a system where single server is designed to handle many request from clients and then decision must be taken by the server to granted i.e. the most number of request. In this work, we develop a new platform that combines digital television and unicast mobile cellular network transmission for polling system inside campus or office area. We first develop content server which can manipulate the DVB broadcasts and then the content is passed to the re-stream computer in which it connects the DVB and the Ethernet technology. This system is able to perform trans-coding work to customize the content so it can be received and played back on a smart phone. Designed DVB Server is able to broadcast content using the DVB modulator board DTA-110 and DTA-115. A re-stream computer using VLC application that is able to trans-code up to 3 channels are also successfully built. UHF TV transmitter station is one of the electromagnetic wave sources. This is very potential to drive ultra low power devices at nodes of WSN. The Radio Frequency Energy Harvesting (RFEH) system efficiency is the main concerned issue beside voltage multiplication. By using commercial antenna log periodic gain 7 dBi this research focused on matching circuit and power harvester circuit. Designed matching circuit is open circuit single stub tuner built of coaxial cable. While power harvester circuit is combination circuit of Villard and Dickson voltage multipliers (2 stages Villard, 3 stages Dickson). Based on measurement of power receive level from UHF TV Stations in Pekanbaru, the highest result is 4.1 dBm radius 200 m from the station at 655.75 MHz. In laboratory works, by generated signal from SSG (frequency: 655.75 MHz, Tx Power: 4.1 dBm) the output of RFEH system is 2.1 V at no load condition and without single stub tuner. When single stub tuner inserted to the system (d1: 7.4 cm and d2: 15.1 cm) the output of system is 2.7 V at no load condition. System efficiency without matching circuit is 1.2%. While system efficiency with matching circuit is 0.4%. It caused by matching circuit loss. If SSG generates higher power level (frequency: 655.75 MHz, Tx Power: 13 dBm) the RFEH system output is 4V at no load condition without single stub tuner, efficiency is 3.9%. When single stub tuner inserted to the system, the output is 8.8 V at no load condition, efficiency become 14.6%. This paper explains the behaviour of LTE network in a situation, where the service is being provided by HAP and eNodeB in a disaster scenario. In the disaster scenario, a set of adjacent eNodeB in the middle of Bandung city has been disabled. A HAP station has been launched to the disaster location to provide LTE services. The possible effects between HAP and the terrestrial LTE network are assessed by analyzing the simulation results in the normal state, the moment the disaster occurs, and after HAP deployment. The results show that HAP is able to restore the throughput to the level of 92% from the original condition.
