DVB content on Android device will be captured and transmitted to a computer server by live streaming. On the computer server, the content will be processed to the basic standard of DVB -T before being distributed to the DVB-T network. From the research that has been done, it has successfully implemented a system and an application with a GUI that can prepare the content of DVB from IP network quickly and easily. The time required for processing the raw video into DVB-T standard is less than 10 seconds.
