There has been analyzed a structural scheme of processing plant and animal raw materials using modern technologies. The review of scientific, technical and patent literature was done, which allowed to define the main directions of further research in the field of complex processing of fish and vegetable raw materials. The stages of transition from traditional agro-food technologies to energy-saving ones have been formulated. Methods of enriching fish and vegetable products with protein hydrolysates obtained from low-value fish meat have been described. It is proposed to use CO2 extracts from spicy-aromatic and medicinal herbal raw materials as antioxidant enriching agents. To remove the excess moisture from fish and vegetable raw materials, it is recommended to use heated inert gases as drying agents under the influence of a low-frequency electromagnetic field. This fish is a subspecies of white salmon. It belongs to the genus of nelma of the whitefish family and is of great interest for researchers, as nelma is one of the most valuable commercial objects. According to the result of analysis and data systematization, nelma is found to migrate to all major rivers flowing into the Arctic Ocean. In the rivers and lakes under consideration it is represented by the semi-anadromous species, as well as non-migratory river and lake species. The hydrological description of the reservoir has a huge influence on nelma’s migrations and biotopes. Data on the anthropogenic factor influence on the migration of this subspecies are also given. It has been stated that the construction of hydroelectric power stations, building the reservoirs and regulation of river flows negatively affect this biological complex phenomenon. After blocking some large rivers by hydroelectric dams many populations of the Ob and Yenisei nelma were deprived of their natural habitat, the duration and extent of migrations were reduced, and non-migratory (residential) stocks developed in the upper reaches of the Ob, the Yenisei and the reservoirs. Due to the human intervention in the natural processes of fish development and reproduction, the stocks of valuable commercial species have been greatly reduced. Thus, this factor has brought in the significant changes in the life cycle of nelma. The proposed method for increasing catch volumes was based on \u0000a program of using LEDs with white, green and blue light and monitoring the reaction of the caught aquatic organisms developed by Japanese scientists. In the practice of Russian commercial fishing there are no data found on the response of aquatic organisms to the spectrum and the effectiveness of using white LEDs that were made on the basis \u0000of ultraviolet LEDs. There has been given the review of works investigating the reaction to the light spectrum of various hydrobionts living in different ecological niches. It has been found that all hydrobionts under study (herring, pollock, saury, etc.) actively react to the blue spectrum of color, which makes it possible to use blue LEDs as light sources in commercial fishing. Experiments were carried out in Peter the Great Bay (Primorsky Krai, Russia) using \u0000a submersible lamp with four blue LEDs. Hydrobionts living in different ecological niches (flounder and Pacific squid) were selected as the objects of study. The flounder has never been fished with light, and Pacific squid is traditionally caught by using light. The main objectives of this study are to establish the relationship between the tectonic structure of the AGCF and the porosity and reservoir properties of the reservoir rocks that make up this field, as well as the description of oil and gas potential based on the lithological and stratigraphic features of the field. The results \u0000of the calculation of the economic efficiency of the results of geological and technical measures are given. At the field in different periods of operation, various technologies were used to increase the productivity of wells. Geological and technical measures were carried out at the AGCF wells using a set of coiled tubing during development after drilling and during the development after a workover of wells from the machine at the wells of the existing well stock. Based on the results of the subsoil user's assessment, it was found that for all wells, as a result of geological and technical measures, a positive effect was obtained, expressed in an increase in production rate at the same working pressure. The results of the hydrochloric acid treatment were summed up; the average increase in production rate for complex treatments is indicated; the final average increase in debit is indicated. The efficiency of the hydrochloric acid treatment carried out for the first time is emphasized; the average increase in production rate based on the results of hydrochloric acid treatments is indicated. The agro-climatic conditions of the region make it possible to obtain the earliest, highest and most stable yields. Currently, in the southern regions, the problem of reducing the use of mineral fertilizers and pesticides in agriculture with their replacement by biological methods \u0000of plant protection is quite acute. Biological methods, in comparison with chemical means of protection, are distinguished by the selectivity of impact and by the environmental safety. Preliminary studies have shown that the studied laboratory sample of the agent based on Bacillus atrophaeus B‐11474 has pronounced fungistatic and growth-stimulating activities, which were confirmed by the field research results. The studied laboratory sample of the agent had a positive effect on the germination, development and biometric parameters of watermelon. The sample helped to increase productivity, reduce anthracnose, improve the qualitative and quantitative indicators of the cultivated crop. The prospects for using the triple treatment (spraying the bottom of the furrow and double spillage under the root of the plant with a laboratory sample of the agent have been established. The multiaspect studying the specificity of phraseological units is one of the main tasks of modern phraseology. Phraseological units are the prism of the language picture of the world of any nation and reflect both its spiritual and material components. Phraseological units, being nationally oriented units, are spe-cific. Both in Russian and in Chinese, phraseological units have their own cultural, linguistic and social characteristics. There are submitted for consideration the phraseological units that characterize the concepts of home, family in Russian and Chinese as a completely special cultural code through which specific meanings are transmitted. The connection of phraseology and cultural code is obvious, because culture, language and society are the main “spokesmen”, components of the national spirit. The cultural code is a key link in the interpretation of a phraseological unit, taking into account the national, cultural and linguistic features of the concept. On the material of the Russian and Chinese languages, we note the national and cultural specifics, in the selected phraseological units, we find such cultural settings that are initially present in the internal content of the form, Russian and Chinese phraseological turns, we determine their value content, we also give examples of the explication of cultural meanings, phraseological units in the process their perception by carriers. Despite the incompatibility of the language pictures of the world in Russian and Chinese languages, there can be found correspondences in the internal content of a phraseological unit based on linguocultural, comparative analysis or, on the contrary, its complete non-equivalence. To overcome such problems, it is important to develop a decision support system, a team deci-sion support tool and an information system for managers. The information security of the decision-making system is carried out by modeling the security elements of the system that analyze the integrity of information in the process of its operation. Information security modeling is based on information security methods based on ungrouping and creating subsystems with heterogeneous data. This method is provided by a graph and hypograph implementation, which can be converted to a matrix form. For the conceptual apparatus there are used the rules in the form \u0000“If A, then B” and their analogues. The model of functioning the decision-making system based on the multi-agent approach is described. The results obtained can be used in the creation of simulators and decision-making systems themselves in various subject areas. By separating data flows into computational and executive ones, data types are distinguished and better modeling of the entire system is carried out. The fitness pro-gram Healthy Back for middle-aged women has been theoretically justified and developed; the effectiveness of the program has been evaluated. There were used the following research methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, testing women’s functional and psychological state, level of their physical fitness, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical and statistical data processing. Healthy Back is a fitness program designed for rehabilitation and prevention of spinal diseases. A set of special physical exercises for developing the mobility of the spine and strengthening the back and abdomen muscles were selected individually depending on the diagnosis and are recommended for men and women regardless of age and physical development. The main objectives of the fitness program are: strengthening the muscular corset of the spine, muscles of the buttocks, developing the spine flexibility, forming correct posture, strengthening the deep muscles of the back, developing coordination. Training sessions on the developed complex are conducted in several stages in accordance with the principles of physical culture. At the first stage (from 3 to 10 classes depending on the disease) the Healthy Back program proposes stretching exercises for the back and abdomen muscles, which help prepare the body for the upcoming work, relieve excessive tension and relax the sedentary areas of the back. At the second stage muscle-strengthening exercises with yoga elements are recommended. And at the third, “supporting” stage the musculoskeletal system and the ligamentous apparatus of the spine undergo the complex impact of the program. The study was conducted as practical training in the form of recreational activities in leisure business. The developed complex including both generally adopted and newly developed exercises, can be recommended to the trainers and instructors of fitness clubs for structuring the coach activities. Initially, linguistic and regional studies as a direction of sociolinguistic research set only the didactic tasks, namely, mastering the language in the light of regional aspects, such as: speech etiquette, traditions, customs, historical facts expressed in the language. Recently, linguists have been actively studying the linguistic aspect on the basis of regional knowledge about the language, since regional knowledge tends to accumulate precisely in linguistic units. Teaching Russian as a foreign language based on the didactic side of linguistic and regional studies becomes the key to the successful application of modern methods \u0000of language learning. The linguistic and cultural aspect of the study of Russian phraseology in a foreign audience is updated in connection with the need to form a systemic idea of the Russian language and wider culture among foreigners. Phraseological units, being a special layer of the vocabulary of the Russian language, need a special presentation in the lessons of Russian as a foreign language, since they are a reflection of the linguistic picture of the world \u0000of the Russian people. The phraseology of the Russian language is a source of regional knowledge. The need to include phraseological units in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language can hardly be overestimated, since a foreign student must become a full-fledged participant in the communicative situation.
