Initially, linguistic and regional studies as a direction of sociolinguistic research set only the didactic tasks, namely, mastering the language in the light of regional aspects, such as: speech etiquette, traditions, customs, historical facts expressed in the language. Recently, linguists have been actively studying the linguistic aspect on the basis of regional knowledge about the language, since regional knowledge tends to accumulate precisely in linguistic units. Teaching Russian as a foreign language based on the didactic side of linguistic and regional studies becomes the key to the successful application of modern methods \u0000of language learning. The linguistic and cultural aspect of the study of Russian phraseology in a foreign audience is updated in connection with the need to form a systemic idea of the Russian language and wider culture among foreigners. Phraseological units, being a special layer of the vocabulary of the Russian language, need a special presentation in the lessons of Russian as a foreign language, since they are a reflection of the linguistic picture of the world \u0000of the Russian people. The phraseology of the Russian language is a source of regional knowledge. The need to include phraseological units in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language can hardly be overestimated, since a foreign student must become a full-fledged participant in the communicative situation. These data are \u0000of interest to the developers of the new types of fish culinary products. The study was carried out in stages: segmentation of the fish culinary products market, development of a questionnaire and conducting a survey, analysis of the data obtained. The majority of respondents prefer fish culinary products formed from the cutlet mass, fish pies - 14%; fried and baked fish - 12%; steamed fish - 8%; fish dumplings - 5%; fish pastes - 5%; fish sausage and frankfurters - 3%. The majority of respondents (52.5%) are dissatisfied with the assortment, 62% of respondents have a positive attitude about the new types of products entering the market. The most significant characteristics of the quality of fish culinary products in descending order are the following: taste, aroma, texture, nutritional value, lack of intermuscular bones, acceptable price and looking. It has been stated that consumption of fish resources per capita in Sierra Leone reached a high level (36.5 kg per capita) in 2008, while in 1961 the lowest level was observed - 11.4 kg. At the moment, the amount of fish consumed is gradually decreasing. According to a 2019 FAO study in Sierra Leone, fish accounts for 80% of the total animal protein consumed by the population. In the diet of the population of Sierra Leone, there is a deficiency of protein, vitamins and trace elements, which leads to an increase in a number of diseases. Fish is an excellent protein supplement to the grain-rich diet of the population and contains polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals necessary for humans. Ethmalosa fimbriata and Sardinella are the commercially important fish species in Sierra Leone, accounting for 46.54% and 16.42% of the population's consumption of commercial fish species, respectively. It is stated that the efficiency of a quadcopter directly depends on its frame design and the structural materials used. The approaches to designing the aircraft frame using computer-aided design tools (SolidWorks package) are described. The stress maps obtained during the strength study for the frame beam made of carbon fiber allow asserting a large margin of structural strength. The strength calculation carried out predetermined the need to take into account the influence of additional factors (the air flow created by the traction screws). The existing restrictions on the maximum size of the rotating propellers predetermined the design of the quadcopter frame taking into account the maximum number of possible aerodynamic effects that determine the stability of flight characteristics by minimizing interference from air turbulence, as well as from possible natural phenomena. The designed quadcopter frame has special aerodynamic surfaces that allow for a stable flight path in a volatile air environment. The generated torque is determined by the characteristics of the traction screw motors. The regional specific features and conditions impact the theory of ethnos and ethnicity, the doctrine of tradition, the concept of identity. A new (since 2015) global discussion on “multiculturalism” and “interculturalism”, “ethnospecificity” and “interethnicity”), as well as the provision on “ethnonics” as “applied ethnology” are added to the list. There have been analyzed the latest works, in which the uncoordinated actions, shortcomings in the conceptual apparatus and haste of conclusions are stated. The development of ethnic issues in the region has entered a new stage. A new level of research support will be required by involving both heterogeneous sources and young researchers of different nationalities. Today the Astrakhan scholars need to declare themselves more actively at the all-Russian level revealing the peculiarities of their native region and the experience of practical work on its territory. There has been found a deficiency in the basic version of the scheme. A variant of the circuit was proposed, which helps to get rid of the drawback in the basic version: if a condenser with relatively large capacity (C ≥ 100 μF) is present in the protected circuit (in the load circuit), the circuit may not reach the operating mode, because, when the condenser is on, its large charging current triggers the electronic fuse and the load remains unconnected. This situation can be avoided only if the charging current of the condenser is greatly reduced, for which a current source on a field-effect transistor VT3 and a timing circuit R10R11C1 were introduced into the circuit. As C1 is being charged, through the current source VT3 there is a smooth increase in the bias voltage at the emitter junctions of the composite transistor switch VT1VT2 with a gradual increase in its conductivity. As a result, the starting current through the capacitive load at the first moment of time turns out to be much less, and the electronic fuse enters the operating mode. The optimal relationships were found between individual elements of the circuit, their values and modes of operation, depending on the size and nature of the load, while, thanks to the use of the domestic element base, the cost of the device turned out to be minimal compared to other circuits of a similar type. Torsional vibrations inevitably occur in the ship plants. It can be explained by the uneven torque of the engine and the torque on the propeller (exposure of the propeller, uneven movement of the water flow, stormy weather, etc.), which leads to alternating twisting of the shaft. To reduce torsional vibrations, dampers are used, which require periodic performance testing by using the torsiography procedure. In contrast to the existing monitoring systems of the technical condition of the damper, it is planned to install an information processing unit for the software and hardware complex for monitoring torsional vibrations of the ship's shaft line and the parameters associated with them (vibration and temperature changes of the flexible elements of the connecting couplings).
