Dewi","doi":"10.21776/UB.JPA.2020.008.04.6","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21776/UB.JPA.2020.008.04.6","url":null,"abstract":"Sabrang ( Coleus tuberosus ) merupakan umbi lokal pulau Lombok yang kandungan utamanya adalah karbohidrat/pati namun memiliki kandungan protein dan mineral yang cukup tinggi, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi bahan pembuatan kerupuk. Dalam penelitian digunakan lima variasi pemberian Sabrang mulai dari konsentrasi 0% hingga 60% pada formulasinya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menentukan formulasi kerupuk Sabrang yang menghasilkan karakteristik fisikokimia kerupuk yang terbaik. Parameter yang dianalisa yaitu kadar air, abu, protein, lemak, karbohidrat, nilai pH dan daya kembang dari kerupuk Sabrang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variasi konsentrasi Sabrang berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap karakteristik fisikokimia kerupuk. Kadar air, abu, protein, karbohidrat, dan daya kembang kerupuk cenderung meningkat dengan penambahan konsentrasi Sabrang hingga batas tertentu, sedangkan untuk nilai pH dan lemak sebaliknya. Variasi konsentrasi umbi Sabrang yang menghasilkan karakteristik fisikokimia terbaik adalah P 2 dengan konsentrasi Sabrang 30%. Penelitian disusun secara acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial. Faktor yang digunakan proporsi nangka muda: TBKT (25:75,50:50,75:25) dan persentase tapioka dari berat total (10,15 dan 20%) dengan 3 ulangan. ANOVA dan uji BNT dengan α=0.05 digunakan untuk analisis statistik data. Uji organoleptik menggunakan uji hedonik dan perlakuan terbaik menggunakan Zeleny. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perlakuan proporsi nangka muda: TBKT dengan penambahan konsentrasi tapioka memberikan pengaruh signifikan (α<0.05) pada kadar protein, pati, lemak, daya serap minyak dan tekstur dan tidak terjadi interaksi. Kombinasi perlakuan terbaik diperoleh dari proporsi nangka muda: TBKT 75:25 dengan penambahan tapioka 15%. Brushing teeth in children aged 4-5 years is not explained in detail in the curriculum and has an impact on the difficulties faced by teachers in selecting and designing learning media to brush their teeth, therefore researchers design learning media with approaches that are appropriate to the conditions of children in the field. Researchers developed the tooth puppet media into a Healthy Dental Box (HDB) medium to facilitate the brushing skills of children aged 4-5 years. The method used in this research is Design Based Research (DBR) developed by Reeves to design, develop, and test the feasibility of a product to overcome problems in learning. Data collection is done by observation, interview and validation of media experts. In general, the product is declared suitable for use as a learning medium regarding brushing teeth based on the results of media validation by experts in the health sector, experts in the field of learning media and pedagogical experts. Reflections on product development, namely producing Healthy Dental Box (HDB) media to facilitate tooth brushing skills in children aged 4-5 years. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada hasil studi pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti mengenai pentingnya menggosok gigi. Menggosok gigi pada anak usia 4-5 tahun tidak dijelaskan secara rinci dalam kurikulum dan berdampak pada kesulitan yang dihadapi guru dalam memilih dan merancang media pembelajaran menggosok gigi anak, untuk itu peneliti merancang media pembelajaran dengan pendekatan yang sesuai dengan kondisi anak di lapangan. Peneliti mengembangkan media boneka gigi menjadi media Healthy Dental Box (HDB) untuk memfasilitasi keterampilan menggosok gigi anak usia 4-5 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Design Based Research (DBR) yang dikembangkan oleh Reeves untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan menguji kelayakan suatu produk untuk mengatasi masalah dalam pembelajaran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan validasi ahli media. Secara umum produk dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran mengenai menggosok gigi berdasarkan hasil validasi media oleh ahli dalam bidang kesehatan, ahli bidang media pembelajaran dan ahli pedagogik. Preliminary study in TK Yayasab Islam in group A that learning media is used every day by teachers. The media that is often used to introduce letters of the alphabet to children is the poster attached to the classroom wall. Media used in kindergartens should be media that can be used or played directly by children, so that children have new experiences and can train the concentration of children. The results of identifying and analyzing the problem, the researchers followed up by designing the alphabet big book media as a solution to improve the ability to recognize the alphabet letters of children aged 4 s.d. 5 years. In this study using the Design Based Research (DBR) method developed by Amiel and Reeves to design, develop, and test the feasibility of a product to overcome problems in learning. The main ingredient of the product is designed using fiber measuring 50 x 37.5 cm, then the fiber is coated by blue, yellow and flannel motifs. A preliminary study of this research was conducted at the Islamic Foundation Kindergarten. Data collection was only done by interviews and expert validation, this was due to the Corona Virus Disease pandemic (COVID-19) so that researchers could not continue product trials in the field. The product design was declared feasible by the three expert validators, then revised according to the suggestions and recommendations of the expert validators. In general, the product is declared suitable for use as a learning medium about the ability to recognize letters of the alphabet of children aged 4 to 5 years. Media sangat penting dalam berlangsungnya kegiatan pembelajaran, apalagi dalam pendidikan anak usia dini, pendidik dituntut untuk menggunakan media pada saat menyampaikan materi atau pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Studi pendahuluan di TK Yayasan Islam pada kelompok A bahwa media pembelajaran digunakan setiap hari oleh guru. Media yang sering digunakan untuk mengenalkan huruf alfabet kepada anak yakni poster yang menempel didinding kelas. Media yang digunakan di taman kanak-kanak sebaiknya media yang bisa digunakan atau dimainakan langsung oleh anak, agar anak memiliki pengalaman baru serta dapat melatih konsentrasi anak. Hasil identifikasi dan menganalisis masalah tersebut, peneliti menindak lanjuti dengan merancang media big book alfabet sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf alfabet anak usia 4 s.d. 5 tahun. PAUD has a specificity in the assessment process. The assessment process is an integral part of the learning process. The assessment is holistic and includes all aspects of early childhood development. For the purpose of assessment to be achieved, educators should have knowledge of various assessment techniques. Assessment techniques in PAUD include observation, performance, work, and anecdotes. Assessment of early childhood covers all aspects of development tailored to the objectives, learning process, and learning experience of children. Assessment can be used as a tool to detect early when there are children who have problems in progress, so that will get a handlers early. Based on the underlying problem of the research, researchers chose the Educational Design Research (EDR) method that is considered to be related to the needs. The EDR method used refers to the MCKenney model Reeves, consisting of three stages of research i.e. analysis and exploration phase, design and construction phase and evaluation and reflection stages. As mentioned earlier, the required assessment should be in accordance with the needs of the field. So these needs are the basic idea of development. The products developed are further validated by the expert validator and are deemed worthy to be used in learning activities, especially in educational institutions that become research venues. Pendidikan anak usia dini memiliki prinsip dalam pembelajaran yaitu bermain sambil belajar. PAUD memiliki kekhususan dalam proses asesmen. Proses asesmen merupakan bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari proses pembelajaran. Asesmen bersifat menyeluruh (holistik) yang mencakup semua aspek perkembangan anak usia dini. Agar tujuan asesmen dapat tercapai, hendaknya pendidik memiliki pengetahuan tentang berbagai teknik penilaian. Teknik asesmen di PAUD antara lain observasi, unjuk kerja, hasil kerja, dan anekdot. Asesmen pada anak usia dini mencakup semua aspek perkembangan yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan, proses pembelajaran, serta pengalaman belajar anak. Asesmen dapat dijadikan sebagai alat untuk mendeteksi sejak dini ketika ada anak yang mengalami permasalahan dalam perkembangan, sehingga akan memperoleh penangan sejak dini. Berdasaarkan pokok permasalahan yang menjadi dasar penelitian, peneliti memilih metode Educational Design Research (EDR) yang dianggap relavan dengan kebutuhan. This article only explains the Educational Design Research engineering research in the first stage, namely the exploration and analysis of research problems. Data collection was carried out with preliminary studies, namely field studies with initial observations and literature studies. The field study was conducted at Raudhatul Athfal AT-Taufiq which is located in Cibeureum Sub-district, Tasikmalaya City. Literature study is carried out by examining the journals and the results of previous research related to problems and science-oriented books in early childhood. Thus, the results of the study indicate various basic needs for developing science-oriented learning activity plans to optimize observational skills, which will later be used as a reference or guideline for designing research development products in the form of learning activity plans. But actually worksheets are used to facilitate children to do learning activities in understanding a concept/ knowledge. The 2013 curriculum is present as a guide in determining learning and requires teachers to educate students through various activities in order to have scientific skills. Whit the 2013 curriculum, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic) learning is expected to facilitate integrative learning activities that apply to early childhood education. This study aims to develop worksheets for STEM child models to facilitate children’s scientific skills. In this stufy, the researcher will explain the basic needs and design the development of STEM model worksheets for floating concept of drowning to facilitate children’s scientific skills after early age. The method used in this research is the development of Educational Design Research. Then based on the needs and findings in the field, the researcher will develop the STEM Model Worksheet for the Drowning Floating Concept to Facilitate Scientific Skills of Early Childhood, so that it can be implemented in early childhood. Bentuk lembar kerja anak pada umumnya berisi mengenai soal evaluasi yang dijadikan sebagai penilaian kognitif anak. Namun sebenarnya lembar kerja digunakan untuk memfasilitasi anak melakukan kegiatan belajar dalam memahami suatu konsep/pengetahuan. Kurikulum 2013 hadir sebagai pedoman dalam menentukan pembelajaran dan mengharuskan guru untuk mendidik siswa melalui berbagai aktivitas agar memiliki keterampilan saintifik. Dengan adanya kurikulum 2013 tersebut pembelajaran STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic) diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi kegiatan pembelajaran integratif yang berlaku pada pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dasar kebutuahn penggunaan lembar kerja anak dan mengembangkan lembar kerja anak model STEM untuk memfasilitasi keterampilan saintifik anak. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti akan menjelaskan mengenai dasar kebutuhan dan membuat rancangan pengembangan lembar kerja anak model STEM pada konsep terapung melayang tenggelam untuk memfasilitasi keterampilan saintifik anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan Educational Design Research. Penerapan pembelajaran STEM dengan menggunakan LKS akan menjembatani pembelajaran tematik integratif yang menerapkan pada 4 bidang keilmuan, kemudian akan menghasilkan suatu produk memfasilitasi keterampilan saintifik anak. Pembelajaran sains pada usia dini masih dirasa cukup sulit, namun dengan media dan bahn ajar yang memadai, maka hal tersebut dapat diatasi. Berdasarkan studi literatur ditemukan bahwa banyak lembar kerja anak yang tidak sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak. One of the media to stimulate the development of children's interpersonal intelligence is by using the game treasure hunt. This is the background of the study. The research aims to determine the effect of games treasure hunt on interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years. The research method used is the study of literature. The types and sources of data used by researchers are using secondary data and sources. Data collection techniques carried out are from some of the results of previous books and journal data relevant to the topic of the problem raised by the researcher. Based on the results of data from several findings that have been made by previous researchers, it can be concluded that by applying the game treasure hunt can affect the interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang ditemui di Lembaga Taman Kanak-kanak berkaitan dengan kegiatan pembelajaran yang masih bersifat akademis. Idealnya pelaksanaan pembelajaran di sekolah dapat menstimulus dan mengoptimalkan seluruh kecerdasan jamak pada anak usia dini. Namun kenyataan di lapangan terdapat permasalahan dalam perkembangan kecerdasan interpersonal karena pembelajaran masih bersifat akademis dan kurangnya variasi khusus seperti media permainan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kecerdasan interpersonal anak. Media untuk menstimulus perkembangan kecerdasan interpersonal anak salah satunya dengan menggunakan permainan treasure hunt. Hal tersebut menjadi latar belakang dilaksanakannya penelitian. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan treasure hunt terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu dengan menggunakan data dan sumber sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dari beberapa hasil data buku dan jurnal terdahulu yang relevan sesuai dengan topik permasalahan yang diangkat oleh peneliti. Letter cards are the use of a number of cards as a tool for learning to read by seeing and remembering the shape of letters. This research was conducted in RA Ath Thoha Cipedes Subdistrict, Panglayungan Village which aims to describe differences in the ability to write hijaiyyah letters in the control class and in the experimental class in children aged 5-6 years using hijaiyyah letter cards. Subjects in this study were children aged 5-6 years. This research uses a quantitative approach with the research method in Experimental Design. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires. The research findings show that from the results of data analysis the influence of the use of hijaiyyah letter media on early childhood writing skills in RA Ath Thoha Tasikmalaya. Permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kemampuan anak menulis huruf hijaiyah sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media kartu huruf hijaiyah, adakah kendala penggunakan media kartu huruf hijaiyah dalam menulis huruf hijaiyah, adakah pengaruh media kartu huruf hijaiyah terhadap kemampuan anak menulis huruf hijaiyah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan anak menuli huruf hijaiyah sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media kartu huruf hijaiyah, untuk mengetahui kendala dalam penggunaan media kartu hurufu hijaiyah dalam menulis huruf hijaiyah, adanya pengaruh media kartu huruf hijaiyah terhadap kemampuan anak menulis huruf hijaiyah. Kartu huruf adalah penggunaan sejumlah kartu sebagai alat bantu untuk belajar membaca dengan cara melihat dan mengingat bentuk huruf. Penelitian ini dilakuka di RA Ath Thoha Kecamatan Cipedes, Kelurahan Panglayungan yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan kemampuan menulis huruf hijaiyyah di kelas kontrol dan dikelas eksperimen pada anak usia 5-6 tahun dengan menggunakan kartu huruf hijaiyyah.
