In the historical development process, legitimacy has been shaped according to different social, economic and political phenomena. Legitimacy is still an important problem area for both politics and the administration of organizations. The main purpose of the study is to discuss the problems and sources of legitimacy in the context of management philosophy and politics according to different philosophies. For this purpose, the interpretation and problems of and approach to the sources of legitimacy of politics and educational administration in the literature were studied based on the literature review. This study is a literature review; it is designed based on systematic review and document analysis. Literature review is an academic process based on the review of related literature based on certain limitations. Literature review, as a research process, is enriched with critical review. Sources of legitimacy in the context of political philosophy are traditional, modern and political science sources of legitimacy. In this context, traditional sources of legitimacy are divided into three groups: religious, monarchic and oligarchic idealism. Modern legitimacy types, on the other hand, are grouped under three subtitles as republic, democratic republic and socialist republic. Legitimacy in terms of political science is in the form of state sovereignty, democratic state and realist state conceptions. In the study, the need for the state or the ruler, the question of who rules in politics and administration and the problem of legitimacy are discussed in terms of quality in the context of society (politics) and organizational management. In this context, it is determined that there is a need for a ruler; the ruling power differs according to the philosophical point of view and that politics and educational organizations differ in terms of legitimacy. {"title":"Ortaöğretim Fransızca Dersi Öğretim Programının A1.1 ve A1.2 Dil Düzeyi Hedeflerinin Yenilenmiş Bloom Taksonomisine Göre Değerlendirilmesi","authors":"Arzu Karagül, Behçet Oral","doi":"10.14582/duzgef.2021.156","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14582/duzgef.2021.156","url":null,"abstract":"The study aims to analyse the A1.1 and A1.2 language level objectives of the 2018 Secondary School French Teaching Program, from the perspective of revised Bloom taxonomy’s the cognitive process and the knowledge dimensions. Besides it aims to detect distribution of cognitive, affective and psychomotor skills learning domains. Within this scope, in this study, document analysis technique was used. Developed by Anderson and Krathwohl (2010), the two-dimensional matrix was used in analysing the data. The reliability of the study was determined .89 by using Miles and Huberman coding reliability formula. The outcomes of study were detected that 213 objectives of A1.1 and A1.2 language level were in the cognitive domain and 26 objectives in the affective learning domain. However, the distribution of objectives in the cognitive process dimenson of taxonomy was mostly involved low-order thinking skills and at least high-order thinking skills. The knowledge dimension results were observed respectively in the conceptual knowledge, metacognitive knowledge and procedural knowledge dimensions. To conclude, the outcomes of the study revealed that the distribution of objectives are not homogenous from the perspective of the Bloom’s revised taxonomy’s dimensions, and are mostly in lower-level thinking and lower-level knowledge dimensions. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, 2018-\u00002019 eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul ili Kadıköy ilçesinde bulunan ortaokullarda görev yapmakta olan toplam 439\u0000öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verilerinin toplanmasında Örgütsel Politika Algısı, Örgütsel Yalnızlık ve İşten\u0000Ayrılma Niyeti ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. Yapısal eşitlik modellemesi sonuçlarına göre; örgütsel politika algısı, örgütsel\u0000yalnızlığı oluşturan boyutlardan sosyal arkadaşlığı negatif yönde, duygusal yoksunluğu ise pozitif yönde etkilemektedir.\u0000Örgütsel politika algısı, aynı zamanda öğretmenlerin işten ayrılma niyetlerini de olumlu yönde etkilemektedir. The study group of the research consists of 81 students studying at the 8th grade level of a secondary school located in Şahinbey District of Gaziantep Province in the 2019-2020 academic year. In the study, semi-experimental pattern with pretest-posttest control group was used. Two classes at the 8th grade were randomly assigned, one as the control group and the other as the experimental group. In the control group of the study, the current MEB Science course was taught according to the curriculum, as for in the experimental group, the lessons were taught according to the curriculum supported by concept cartoons. In the research, “Simple Machines Unit Achievement Test” and “Simple Machines Conceptual Understanding Test” were used as data collection tools. As a result of the analysis of the data, it was determined that there was a statistically significant difference in favor of the experimental group in both the post-test success scores and conceptual understanding scores of the experimental and control groups.
