The study group of the research consists of 81 students studying at the 8th grade level of a secondary school located in Şahinbey District of Gaziantep Province in the 2019-2020 academic year. In the study, semi-experimental pattern with pretest-posttest control group was used. Two classes at the 8th grade were randomly assigned, one as the control group and the other as the experimental group. In the control group of the study, the current MEB Science course was taught according to the curriculum, as for in the experimental group, the lessons were taught according to the curriculum supported by concept cartoons. In the research, “Simple Machines Unit Achievement Test” and “Simple Machines Conceptual Understanding Test” were used as data collection tools. As a result of the analysis of the data, it was determined that there was a statistically significant difference in favor of the experimental group in both the post-test success scores and conceptual understanding scores of the experimental and control groups. 摘要本研究旨在探讨概念漫画在小学八年级科学课程“简单机械”单元教学中对学生学习成绩和概念理解水平的影响。该研究的研究小组包括2019-2020学年加济安泰普省Şahinbey地区一所中学八年级的81名学生。本研究采用半实验模式,前测后测对照组。八年级的两个班被随机分配,一个作为对照组,另一个作为实验组。在本研究的对照组中,目前的MEB Science课程按照课程进行教学,而在实验组中,课程按照概念漫画支持的课程进行教学。本研究采用“简单机械单元成就测试”和“简单机械概念理解测试”作为数据收集工具。通过对数据的分析,可以确定实验组和对照组在测试后成功得分和概念理解得分上都有统计学上显著的差异。从这个结果可以看出,概念漫画支持的教学对学生的学习成绩和对简单机械的概念理解有积极的影响。
