Because most of the man-made buildings look like the right prism, we just need to concentrate on the work that how to perfectly reconstruct the right prism. Here we use a calibrated camera and don't concern the lens distortion. In our system, first we build the world coordinate system based on the marker. Second, we get the projection matrix between the scene and the image. Finally, the 3D points can be obtained in three steps: reconstructing the visible points, optimizing the model and recovering the invisible points. Extensive experiments on the cube and the pentagonal prism demonstrate our approach.","PeriodicalId":167631,"journal":{"name":"2015 8th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing (CISP)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114997822","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It provides estimates of motion state of multi-group target centers as well as its components. The algorithm models multi-group centers as parent process, components as daughter processes related to centers. With separation of the two interacting point processes, the huge computational complexity arising from high-dimensional joint estimation is decreased. In the simulation scenario, we set a typical complicated multi-group target scene with target appearance and disappearance and tracks crossing to test the performance of the proposed algorithm.","PeriodicalId":167631,"journal":{"name":"2015 8th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing (CISP)","volume":"78 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115237094","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, two trackers are made in cooperation. The main tracker is based on particle filter and uses a visual model combining color and gradient orientations as the target representation, along with a conditional updating strategy. By using a probabilistic search, this tracker has the advantage of reducing the search space by only generating target hypothesis around the last estimated location. However, it may drift due to unexpected motion, occlusions and out of view problems. For this, covariance matching is used as an auxiliary tracker to assist the former search mechanism. By adopting an exhaustive search, covariance matching takes the control when the main tracker fails in locating the target. Once the target is re-detected, the tracking control is returned back to the probabilistic search based tracker. Many experiments show that the proposed tracker exhibits competitive tracking results when compared with other approaches. In addition, it allows tracking through occlusions and has the capability of re-detecting a target after disappearing and appearing again in a video sequence.","PeriodicalId":167631,"journal":{"name":"2015 8th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing (CISP)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124521794","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The innovative preamble is based on the combination of a single tone signal and a unique CPM signal. Like the preamble adopted in MIL-188-181B standard, the proposed preamble can estimate the carrier frequency and phase offset, and acquire the symbol timing and frame synchronization. The performance of the designed preamble is assessed by computer simulation. The experimental results is that their carrier frequency, phase and symbol timing gaps with their own Modified Cramer-Rao Bound (MCRB) are very small. We selected a type of the MODIS global land cover products, the IGBP product, through compare the MODIS global land cover products on the accuracy from the aspect of quantity precision products, taking the 30-m Global Land Cover Dataset as reference data. The spatial and temporal characteristics of the Mongolian Plateau were revealed by analyzing the changing process. The results indicated that the structure of land use in the Mongolian Plateau has an obvious change over that period. In particular, the area of cultivated land and desert decreased while the grassland and forest expanded significantly. The spatial pattern of the land cover change, which is from 2001 to 2011 was gained and we found that the intensity of variation ranged with locations. The northland has a more serious change than southland. Similarly, the eastern region has experienced a greater change than the western, especially in the pediment plain of northeast regions. In conclusion. the land use pattern in Mongolian Plateau has become better over the ten years.","PeriodicalId":167631,"journal":{"name":"2015 8th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing (CISP)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125309540","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Preventing traffic accidents caused by low level vigilance is highly desirable. This paper presents a novel vigilance analysis system by evaluating electroencephalographic (EEG) changes. EEG signals are preprocessed with independent component analysis to eliminate noise from the original EEG recording. Then, EEG band power features are extracted by using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). These features serve as an input for further classification. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is subsequently employed as a classifier to distinguish vigilance level. Nine healthy subjects participated in our experiment at which they drive a car in driving simulator. Experimental results reveal that the proposed approach could be used to develop a noninvasive monitoring system for vigilance state.","PeriodicalId":167631,"journal":{"name":"2015 8th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing (CISP)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115335888","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
