However, existing computationally heavy target detection algorithms based on deep learning can only work on GPU and CPU platforms, restricting the applications on edge devices with limited computational power. To address this issue, this paper proposes layer fusion and 16-bit fixed-point quantization on the YOLOv2-Tiny algorithm to reduce the computational complexity of target detection algorithms. Furthermore, the data transmission efficiency is optimized by using ping-pong butter and multi-channel methods. To reduce FPGA resource consumption, the neural network is split into convolution, accumulation, pooling, and address mapping modules. The gap between the wealthy and the poor in Hong Kong continues to be large, leading to much of people having to look for bargains daily. While one may be able to search the web for the lowest price, the information on the web is scattered, and it is necessary to compare product names word-for-word. This process is exceptionally inconvenient for some older adults and people with disabilities. The Hong Kong society is pressing for an application that can tackle this problem. In this paper, we propose a framework to recommend the optimal price of the product in the Hong Kong market. The framework aims to speed up the price search with high accuracy. The problem is decomposed into name recognition and database query. The former is accomplished by utilizing the VGG-16 Convolutional Neural Network model pre-trained on the ImageNet dataset via transfer learning and feature matching with Scale-Invariant Features Transform (SIFT) and the colour histogram. The latter is performed on a daily updated MySQL database. The intensity of electromagnetic pulse produced by laser is closely related to the output energy of laser. Through the simplified monopole emission model, this paper evaluates the relationship between electromagnetic pulse intensity and laser energy and power, obtains the linear relationship curve of electromagnetic pulse intensity with laser power, and predicts the electromagnetic pulse radiation environment of high-power laser device under the condition of laser output energy above 2MJ. Combined with the cavity structure of the laser device, the calculation method of electromagnetic pulse propagation and distribution is demonstrated. At present, there are many techniques such as sampling and cost-sensitive learning algorithms to reduce the negative impact of imbalance on classification performance. Some scholars start with the relationship between imbalance ratio and classification performance, hoping to improve classification performance. In this paper, the classification performance is mainly improved by improving the sampling method. Considering that many invalid samples may be synthesized, this paper defines a metric of distribution difference in the sampling process. Then, by analyzing the relationship between the distribution difference and the classification performance, the optimal imbalance ratio in the sampling process can be found. It is a promising technology for realizing massive machine-type communication (mMTC). Aiming at the problem of large latency caused by successive replies in the traditional acknowledgment (ACK) mechanism, this paper proposes a multi-node-oriented reply mechanism, which allows single ACK frame to carry the address fields of multiple nodes to ensure real-time reply to nodes. Compared with traditional transformers, OVT has the advantages of optoelectronic isolation, wide frequency band, high accuracy and wide dynamic range, so OVT was highly expected when it appeared. However, at the early stage of OVT’s promotion, OVT was mainly used to measure power frequency voltage. Moreover, although the capacitive voltage transformer had many shortcomings compared with OVT, it could still well meet the needs of voltage measurement of the current operating equipment and CVT productions are more mature, so the further development of OVT was hindered. The development of traveling wave protection which requires the use of wide frequency band voltages that couldn’t be provided by CVT puts forward new application scenarios for OVT. With the increasing requirements of modern high-speed ships, new requirements are put forward for shipborne HF antenna. A novel embedded shipborne HF antenna is introduced in this paper. It adopts slot antenna array excited by stripline, which can be conformal to an existing superstructure of the ship. Through simulation, the input impedance real part of one antenna is greater than 0.01 $Omega$ and less than 1500 $Omega$ in the range of 7.5 ~ 30MHz. It has good horizontal omnidirectivity and horizontal directivity coefficient is greater than −4dB. Then a 1:160 scale model of array element antenna is designed, fabricated and tested. Blind interference suppression technology represented by power inversion (PI) algorithm is studied and can effectively suppress the interference under the condition of unknown interference direction by optimizing the beamforming weights to improve the signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR). Taking anti-interference performance and implementation complexity as indicators, a PI algorithm implementation structure based on field programmable gate array (FPGA) is proposed to develop digital systems and build an anti-interference algorithm implementation system efficiently. Simulation results of sample matrix inversion (SMI), least mean square error (LMS) and recursive least square (RLS) algorithm, in four-element linear array with half-wavelength array spacing, are given respectively. The results show that the RLS algorithm has faster convergence speed than the LMS algorithm, and has less computational complexity than the SMI. It was suggested to adopt composite power bus to eradicate the influence of strong disturbance load on steady one under single bus architecture, and reduce the problems of low self-management ability under double bus architecture. Based on the novel platform, the deviation process of high-performance three-port converter between solar panels and each bus, according to the direction of the power flow and modulation mechanism was studied to realize efficient power conversion.
