In this regard, the object of the analysis is the creation of a common financial market, mechanism of attraction and redistribution of the financial resources of the EAEU member states in order to develop a common market of factors of production. The subject of analysis is the development of the Eurasian economic integration. To this end, the authors set out to intensify the cooperation of the industrial production, agriculture and infrastructure projects, the development of criteria for the selection of the interstate projects and target programs for the EAEU countries in the development of the roadmap for the implementation of the concept of the EAEU common financial market proposed to specify its functional and institutional structure, focused on the socio-economic development of the member states. Based on the theory of risk management, it was proposed to forecast the risks of operations in the EAEU common financial market and to use the chance to reduce them. The evolution of agricultural policy affected by high technologies is an important trend in the late 20th and early 21st century. In the last decade, the focus on creating level playing field for economic operators to access the agricultural market in the context of increasing digital divide is one of vectors in line with the overall transformation of agricultural policy. Digital divide in the farm sector is supplemented and amplified by the so-called \"triple divide\". The industry faces different access conditions for companies and individuals to manufacturing resources and market opportunities on gender, social and educational grounds. This situation exacerbates market discrepancy and social problems. Agricultural policy trends in the context of innovative development reflect the efforts of the world community to bridge the digital divide for the sustainability degree of the agricultural sector. In such conditions, not a single subject of international law is able to cope with these negative trends alone. In this regard, collective efforts of states at the sites of international intergovernmental organizations, as well as the expansion of inter-organizational cooperation, in particular between the UN and the OIC, can make a significant contribution to collective measures to maintain international peace and security and ensure human rights in the modern world. Azerbaijan’s proposals to develop a model of a global-regional partnership in the framework of cooperation between the UN and the OIC are designed to strengthen the international security system, intensify the fight against the growing geography of international terrorism and extremism, and also promote the ideas of tolerance and multiculturalism. The purpose of the article is to determine the general economic and specific factors of the formation and placement of logistics infrastructure facilities on the example of the EAEU industry. As the basis of the strategy for the formation of supply chain stability in the EAEU, a decision-making model for managing a sustainable supply chain has been selected, in which the stages of developing a logistics strategy aimed at sustainability are sequentially identified. In the framework of the study, for the production and logistics clusters, included in the forestry complex, general economic and specific factors for the formation and placement of logistics infrastructure objects were determined using the example of the timber industry complex. It is concluded that it is necessary to create multimodal transport and logistics centers based on the core network of terminal complexes in the EAEU.
