This study aims to analyze simultaneously between personal selling and quality of product to decision simpati card purchases in the city of Medan.The method used in this research is quantitative method by using techniques NonProbability Sampling, which is a sampling technique that does not provide opportunities or equal opportunity for each element or member of the population to be selected into the sample. It is based on the types of accidental sampling (accidental) that anyone who happens to see or wear a simpati cardtotaling 70 samples. The technique of analyzing the the data used in this research was multiple linear regression. The results of this analysis, personal selling and product quality and significant positive influence on purchasing decisions simpati card in Medan. The effectiveness of the use of the funds will also help companies gain an advantage that will increase the addition of cash owned so that the liquid current assets can be provided and the dperoleh company. Therefore the provision of working capital and the effectiveness of the use of funds will greatly help the company improve likuditas. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of capital; the work and effectiveness of the use of the funds against the level of liquidity in the PT. (Persero) Plantation Nusantara IV Field. Methods of data analysis used was multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22. With data capture of skunder PT. (Persero) Plantation Nusantara IV Field. The research results are the working capital have significant influence towards the level of liquidity in the PT. Nusantara IV Plantation Field. Test results showed that the hypothesis partially t calculate > t table 8.646 > 3.182. Therefore t count is 0, so the rejection area Ho (Ha accepted). Use of funds have significant influence towards the amount of liquidity on the PT Nusantara IV Field Plantations, with a level of significance of each is of 0.008 and results processing of data obtained is amounting to 5.040. Test results showed that the hypothesis partially t calculate 5.040 > t table > 3.182. Therefore t count is in denial, so Ho Ho (Ha accepted). From Anova test in may F count of 16.510 significantly 0.000 whereas F table of known is of 6.66. Increased economic growth will be more effective when coupled with an increase in the quality of human resources and reduced inequality between men and women both in their roles and the acquisition of rights to economic growth. The purpose of this study is to analyze the gap between the value of the Gender Development Index and the Human Development Index which influences economic growth and to estimate gender equality towards economic growth. The results of this study are that 1). Female Labor Force variables have a negative and significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia, 2) the gender development index variable has a positive and significant relationship to economic growth in Indonesia and 3) Based on the estimation model, namely the Employment Departure female variable and the Gender Development Index variable influences Growth Economy in Indonesia, with R2 value of 0.048987. This study is expected to encourage the creation of efficiency, transparency and consistency in the private colleges in the city of Medan. The parameters used in the implementation of the Good Governance in Private Universities in Medan that is using the parameters of transparency, participation, supremacy of law, accountability, and effectiveness. To obtain the necessary data in this study, researchers used data collection techniques by means of a survey. Researchers conducted by distributing questionnaires to teachers and / or employees of the Private University in the city of Medan. The results show that good governance has been applied to the Private University in Medan, and most respondents expressed approval that transparency, participation, supremacy of law or regulatory compliance, akuntabulitas and effectiveness already well underway. Consumer interest in owning and buying products is influenced by the encouragement from the consumers to own and buy products. Men's buying paths are shorter and more straight while women are like spirals, often returning to the previous step to gather new information before moving forward to find the right choice. The number of samples in this study were 100 people consisting of 50 women and men respectively. The analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. The population of the research was the target population, they are 20 craftsmen which is fully worked as craftsmen and drape earnings only on the results of the sale Batubara fabric songket. The entire population was made a research sample. Data analysis was performed with the techniques of study literature, observation, in-depth interviews and also questionnaire. The results of the research note that the craftsmen suffered many obstacles in sustaining its efforts in terms of economic factors in particular limitations of capital and the lack of knowledge or expertise in creativity for producing new motifs and still using traditional weaving equipment so that it takes a long time in the production process. In addition, the existence of a limited production number of result based on sales levels eventually made order fabric songket very little.
