The organization will not be able to achieve its stated goals without the support of members of the organization, both government and private organizations. There are several work environment factors in accordance with the conditions experienced by employees, especially in the Tebing Tinggi City Education Office, namely working conditions, policies and procedures, leadership styles, working group relations, benefits or incentives and adequate facilities. These factors become a phenomenon that occurs in an organization especially seen from the aspects of organizational culture so that it becomes an internal factor and external factors in improving employee performance. These internal factors and external factors can become obstacles or become supporters in achieving organizational goals through motivation, job satisfaction and innovative behavior in employee performance.
