The results of this study are that 1). Female Labor Force variables have a negative and significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia, 2) the gender development index variable has a positive and significant relationship to economic growth in Indonesia and 3) Based on the estimation model, namely the Employment Departure female variable and the Gender Development Index variable influences Growth Economy in Indonesia, with R2 value of 0.048987. Keyword: Gender disparities, the field of employment, Economic Growth
