There are many ways and materials that can be used to improve soil properties that are less stable. Sulfur as one of the natural products in Indonesia has not been used optimally in the field of civil engineering, especially geotechnical engineering. Therefore, in-depth research is needed regarding the benefits of this sulfur in the world of civil engineering. The purpose of this study was to find out how the effect of mixing sulfur on the shear strength of the soil in the direct shear strength test and to find out at what ratio the sulfur mixture produced the greatest soil shear strength. This research was conducted on chemically stabilized soil samples in the form of addition of sulfur with various mixture variations. The results showed that the addition of sulfur at the percentage of 2%, 3% and 5% increased the cohesion value of the soil compared to the original soil. The addition of sulfur with a percentage of 6% and 7% decreases the soil cohesion value. The greatest increase in soil cohesion occurred in the 2% mixture with an increase of 86.95%. The evaluation of the learning questionnaire is filled out through the Google Form and the lecturer's data performance is processed using software such as Microsoft Office Excel or the like. In this study the aim was to produce a system that could support learning monitoring and evaluation activities in measuring the level of lecturer performance. The system is needed to process data as a tool to input and report on monitoring and evaluating lecturer performance. The method applied is the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) using four criteria, namely pedagogic, professional, personality and social competence. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the lecturer performance monitoring and evaluation system can provide decisions in the form of lecturer performance levels. This platform uses real-time internet-based communication. In principle, data is stored in one database and can be read by several devices simultaneously with certain conditions. Flood is a disaster that generally affects certain areas or areas caused by the overflow of river water that passes through the area. By reading the condition of the river water level at the overflow point for that area, the data can be used as a reference as a warning for potentially affected areas. Ultrasonic sensor with esp8266 microprocessor can be used as a data collector, and by applying the calculation of the speed of level change over time it can provide an estimate of the potential for flooding and the time. The data sent from this sensor is sent to the database as the main data. Every area that might be affected is installed with an esp8266 microprocessor and an audio player module as a warning of the possibility of a flood disaster. The objective of this study was to determine the effects of soaking time and age of paving blocks in terms of absorption, wear resistance, and compressive strength. The paving blocks used were manual (Holland) brick models obtained from Banyubiru and mechanical ones obtained from PT Pohon Cemara Semarang. The variations soaking times were 0, 12, 24, 36, 48 (hours) for 7, 14, 21, 28 (days) old pavers. The tests conducted were absorption, wear resistance, and compressive strength tests of paving blocks, carried out in the UNISSULA civil engineering laboratory. The results of absorption tests manual and machine paving block showed that value of the absorption test increased with increasing soaking time. The results of wear resistance of manual and machine pavers show that the untreated samples had a lower wear value and all test results met the requirements of SNI 03-0361-1996 Quality A. The maximum compressive strength of manual paving blocks at 28 days of age without treatment is 13.334 MPa. Unfortunately, the abundance of raw materials has not had a significant impact on the export market for coconut products, especially functional food products. Based on that issue, research with the aim to produce diversified product of coconut was conducted. The product developed in this research was coconut vinegar produced by fermentation process of coconut waste water via liquid fermentation pathway. To increase efficiency and reduce production costs, the fermentation process was carried out simultaneously. In order to increase the yeast resistance to acetic acid produced by acetic acid bacteria (BAA), the process modification was conducted by using yeast immobilized formed by the calcium alginate matrix. The research results show that the optimum BAA inoculation time was 24 hours after the bead yeast inoculation. The maximum bead yeast mass obtained in this study was 25% m/v. Fermentation that was carried out with the maximum time and bead mass was able to produce coconut vinegar with an acetic acid content of 5.1 g/L, an alcohol conversion of 22.73%.

Draining and filling water in the existing aquarium is still done manually. Many people like to keep fish confused if they travel far. No one may maintain fish properly. So, worrying about regular water changes. An important factor in keeping fish is the level of turbidity of the water. The turbidity level of water that can be tolerated by warm water fish is 25NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Unit). So based on the above considerations, the researcher tried to submit a research proposal with the title \"Design of Automatic Water Change Based on Water Turbidity in Aquariums with the Application of Android-Based Internet of Things (IoT). The developed system is expected to be able to maintain the level of water turbidity and replace water automatically in the aquarium so that it can increase the life expectancy of fish. The results of this study are that this system can effectively reduce the turbidity value of water in the aquarium. The use of VR for tourism is known as virtual tourism. virtual tourism can simulate tourist destinations using a virtual environment (VE). Virtual tourism is expected to enhance the experience for tourists and attract new markets to tourist destinations. Malang City is one of the tourist destinations in East Java, and is always visited by both domestic and foreign tourists. However, Malang City is still not a major destination in tourism, compared to Batu City (Kota Batu) and Malang Regency (Kabupaten Malang), this is due to the lack of vigorous promotion. In order to provide a pleasant experience for its users, Malang Virtual Tourism must be developed based on user needs. Based on these problems, a virtual reality application will be developed that can provide immersive experiences to users related to tourist destinations in Malang City. At the requirement analysis stage, a specification design of the system to be made includes functional and non-functional requirements needed for the development of the system in this research will be carried out. The requirement analysis process involves potential users of the system. We were identifying the requirements by numbering each requirement that has been made with a Use case diagram and Use case Scenario. This step generates a general description and system requirements. A.R. Fachruddin building, that could be struck by lightning and as a result, it require an efficient lightning arrester system (SPP). This study aims to evaluate the building's lightning safety level in compliance with SNI 03-7015-2004, the General Regulations for Lightning Protection Installation (PUIPP), and the building's lightning arrester system's state. Direct measurements of building structures, lightning arrester system components, lightning arrester conditions, and soil resistance are employed to collect research data using the observational approach. The study calculates the degree of protection in structures in accordance with the General Regulations for Lightning Protection Installation (PUIPP) standards and determines the value of the protection range using SNI 03-7015-2004. Both the KH AR Fachruddin building and the rectorate building have an R index of 14, which means that they both desperately need an efficient lightning arrester. Karya Purabaya. The inefficient production process leads to production times not meeting the standards, causing the company to often fail to fulfill orders on time. To implement improvements, the company needs to examine the production system comprehensively to pinpoint the issues in the production process. Value Stream Mapping (VSM) analysis, which is one of the Lean Manufacturing methods, is used to identify wasteful practices in the plywood production system. In identifying wasteful practices, Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT) is utilized to identify connections and relationships between different wasteful practices. Waste Assessment Questionnaire (WAQ) is used to identify the most dominant waste, and Fishbone Diagram is employed to determine the root causes of the waste. Based on the results from the WAQ calculations, it was found that the most dominant waste is Overproduction with a percentage of 22.43%, followed by Inventory with a percentage of 20.40%. Furthermore, the WRM calculations reveal that inappropriate processing has a high percentage of 20.3%, and the value to Inventory has the highest percentage of 21.0%. The proposed improvements to minimize the most dominant waste at CV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada berupa survey dengan pendekatan FGD. Penetapan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive Area Sampling) di Desa Sudimara Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas dengan pertimbangan di lokasi penelitian terdapat pengrajin gula kelapa sebagai pola nafkah utama. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik penetapan responden dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive Sampling) sebanyak 20 pelaku usaha pengrajin gula kelapa cetak, dengan 5 pedagang pengepul/tengkulak.Teknik pengolahan data penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan Interactive Model of Analysis dan kuantitatif dengan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keragaan pelaku usaha pengrajin gula kelapa cetak di Desa Sudimara Kecamatan Cilongok mencakup status kepemilikan pohon kelapa, sumber tenaga kerja, orientasi usaha, orientasi bekerjasama, orientasi berprestasi, proses perkembangan usaha gula kelapa cetak, produksi gula kelapa cetak, penggunaan teknologi bersifat konvensional/tradisional dan kemitraan dengan kelembagaan pemasaran. Nilai profitabilitas pelaku usaha pengrajin gula kelapa cetak menunjukkan hasil 64,20 persen, artinya setiap pemakaian input produksi sebesar Rp 1,00 maka akan menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar Rp 64,20.
