During the Covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of health protocols such as providing a handwashing area and mandatory wearing of masks is applied in all places, including public service places such as the Sorosutan Village Office. Socialization continues to be carried out by various parties so that residents can increase their self-discipline in every place and time, including when visiting these public places. The presence of officers or guards at each entrance is significant to remind residents who will enter. A large number of visitors will cause problems because it can cause long queues. In addition, the limited number of employees or personnel becomes a separate obstacle when it comes to preparing special personnel for controlling visitors. The smart sink is a solution in helping officers at the Sorosutan Village office remind residents to always wash their hands and wear masks when visiting the office. The temperature sensor installed in the sink can also help speed up temperature checking, which previously had to be done manually by officers. An innovation to capture this phenomenon is needed. Local government innovation is very important in implementing good and reliable governance (Good Governance). The implementation of regional development always begins with research and development activities, as well as assessments. Development planning is not only done on the table, without seeing the reality on the ground. The core of the planning problem is making the plan itself which includes a series of procedures and involves many parties. The long process and the many parties involved often make planning ineffective. Based on this, this study aimed to compare the differences in planning innovations carried out in two different regions in South Sulawesi and West Sumatra to compare the innovations of the two regions. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. As a result, South Sulawesi and West Sumatra had different development innovations. South Sulawesi emphasized improving a website-based information system that would be a reference for development planning. Meanwhile, West Sumatra emphasized assessing construction services that would carry out development planning in the West Sumatra region. Currently, Lake Toba is 1 (one) of 5 (five) Super Priority Tourism Destinations (DPSP) prepared by the Government of Indonesia. This study made a design for a water level monitoring system in the Lake Toba region. This system design is one form of mitigation, namely an effort to reduce disaster risk. The design of the Water Level Monitoring System in the Lake Toba Region used several components, namely Data Loggers, Sensors, and supporting equipment such as power supplies and communication systems. The Water Level Monitoring System in the Lake Toba Region was built in 6 (six) locations, namely Ajibata Port, Ambarita Port, Simanindo Port, Muara Port, Sippingan Port, and Balige Port. The observation of the monitoring system in the Lake Toba region showed that the water level and data quality vary. The availability of sufficient electrical energy can affect the quality of life of the people and foster investor confidence in our country. Studies on the prediction (estimation) of peak electrical loads in electricity in Indonesia can be carried out using the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method. The estimation of electricity load for the next 5 years is strongly influenced by several parameters, including population growth and peak load data of 150 kV GITET, Kesugihan Cilacap. This study took population data and peak load data at GITET 150 KV Kesugihan Cilacap in the past 5 years. The data used in this study were actual data, starting from 2015 to 2019. To display the results of the estimated electrical load on the 150 kV GITET transformer, the authors used the artificial neural network method. The peak electrical loads estimation results using artificial neural networks for electricity loads in the next 5 years, to wit from 2020 - 2024. The estimated peak load in Lomanis District is20.0311 MW, 24.443 MW, 19.9707 MW, 19.9705 MW and 19, 9705 MW. Zeolite activation was carried out to increase the absorption. This study aimed to determine the characteristics of the active zeolite and apply it as an adsorbent. The activation process was carried out by adding acid and calcining at 4500C for 6 hours. Remazol Yellow FG is a dye that is widely used in the textile industry. In this study, the adsorption process was carried out on the Remazol Yellow FG solution, then analyzed the effect of changes in pH (5, 6, 7, 8, 9), contact time (30, 60, 90, 120, 150 minutes) and the concentration of Remazol Yellow FG solution ( 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 ppm) on the adsorption of Remazol Yellow FG dye. From the analysis of the sample solution of Remazol Yellow, the values of Ce and qe can be calculated. These values were then used to calculate KL and KF in the Langmuir adsorption isotherm and Freundlich adsorption isotherm models. From the experimental results, it could be seen that as the contact time increased, the adsorption capacity would be greater. However, when the zeolite was already in the saturated phase, the adsorption capacity would tend to decrease. In the Langmuir adsorption isotherm, the KL value was 0.0274 L/mg and in the Freundlich adsorption isotherm model, the KF value was 29.25 L/mg. Radar has an advantage compared to other navigation tools, which is that radar does not require a transmitter station as a transmitter. Radar has an electronic wave emission principle that emits short radio wave pulses emitted in a narrow beam by a directional antenna. In this study, a multi-object radar detection simulation was carried out using Dopler processing both MTI and PDP, which later on the radar will detect related objects. Multi-object here is a condition that is achieved when a navigation radar detects more than one object. The result of this research is a multi-object detection process using the MTI and PDP methods and the matched-filter obtained from the predetermined data. The low level of knowledge and culture of traffic is the phenomenon of vehicle congestion at the intersection involving many actors as the cause. This study aimed to determine the traffic performance of the signalized intersection at the Arief Rahman Hakim Street, Klampis Anom Street, Klampis Jaya Street at this point as well as to predict the traffic performance of the signalized intersection on the Arief Rahman Hakim Street,Klampis Anom Street, Klampis Jaya Street in 2024. The results of the performance evaluation of the signalized intersection on the Arief Rahman Hakim Street, Klampis Anom Street, Klampis Jaya Street was for the standard degree of saturation received in 2021; it was 4.33 in the north, 0.23 in the south, 3.17 in the east, and 2.98 in the west. In 2024 it will be 4.96 in the north, 0.36 in the south, 3.49 in the east, and 3.41 in the west. On the one hand, the community wants tariffs at the lowest level according to their capabilities with satisfactory service, on the other hand, the management wants high rates that can generate satisfactory profits. Basically, the determination of parking rates in accordance with the ability and willingness of the community will make it easier for users of parking facilities to pay the tariffs, especially if balanced with adequate services and facilities. Formulate the problem in this study is how the ability and willingness to pay parking users in the Banjaran Market area and whether the existing parking rates are in accordance with the ability and willingness of parking users in the Banjaran Market?. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method, descriptive is a systematic, actual and accurate depiction of facts, data on events being studied. Analysis is the arrangement of data to obtain answers to questions that arise in research. For users of parking facilities for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles on weekdays, the ATP value is obtained. The first hour tariff is Rp. 1,629.39, the progressive parking rate is Rp. 629, 39 WTP the tariff is Rp. Rp 1.388.08. For users of two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles on weekends, the ATP value for the first hour is Rp. Rp. 1,388.08 and the next hour tariff is Rp. 388.08 with a fixed WTP rate of Rp. 1388.08. From all calculations ATP is greater than WTP. In this paper, the optimal design obtained is based on the static and explicit dynamic behavior of the NPT construction, which has hexagonal honeycomb spokes. The hexagonal honeycomb type NPT component consists of the hub wheel, outer ring, spokes, and tread. The honeycomb model is made differently based on tread thickness (20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm), outer ring thickness (0.25 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.75 mm), spokes thickness (3 mm, 5 mm, 7 mm), and the number of spokes holes (12, 13, 14). The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the productivity of loading and unloading, calculate the percentage of productivity and determine the forecasting value of loading and unloading productivity for the next 10 years. This is expected to improve services with technological innovation and the development of related science. The method used was the time series method. The results were obtained from PT. BJTI in 2017 – 2020, the obstacles that occurred tended to decrease, so the percentage of productivity increased every year. Based on the forecasting results with the time series method, loading and unloading productivity in 2021 - 2030 showed a significant increase. In 2030 the total productivity of loading and unloading was obtained at 1,397,463 boxes. This showed that the total loading and unloading in 2030 did not affect the equipment's ability in the loading and unloading process because the equipment capacity was still sufficient to accommodate up to 2,242,560 boxes per year.
