Analogue television broadcasting uses the spectrum inefficiently and television (TV) broadcasting brings less income than mobile services. With these, the world is moving to digital terrestrial television broadcasting and giving some of the TV broadcasting spectrum to International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) services. This migration process includes turning off analogue broadcasting to clear the spectrum for digital broadcasting, and requires that the affected population has digital TV receivers. For these and other reasons, many developing countries are still considering the move. As part of maintenance, we need to identify bugs within the code and fix them for every release. Software bug prediction (SBP) allows us to identify modules in the software that may have the tendency to be buggy. This enables us to perform targeted testing and properly plan maintenance cycles. In most research performed, we observed that dataset of software programs written in C language were used. Each programming language are inherently different and has it's own constructs, practices and nuances. In this research we focus on identifying if there exists a specific classifier that works well for each programming language which in turn is used to analyze the effect of programming language on Software Bug Prediction. Datasets of software written in C, C++ and Java has been collected and the most accurate classifier for each dataset of a programming language has been identified. Single-phase source is used in an electric train system, and it is fed by a three-phase transmission line via a Scott transformer. Additionally, the time-varying load characteristics of the electric train system changes quickly. Due to the large single-phase load's quick changes, an unbalance is created. A transmission line becomes imbalanced as a result of the unbalanced load. Imbalance in voltage at the source side effects the equipment used there by reducing the generator's capacity to produce power and lowering the output of the other transmission line facilities. In order to account for and regulate electric power, numerous flexible ac transmission methods are used on transmission lines. In these systems, a voltage imbalance results in a control mistake. This paper proposes a superconducting fault current limiter which is used to limit the imbalance in voltage in transmission line connected to a Scott transformer. To examine the outcomes of the suggested approach, transient simulations are additionally added in the paper. In current scenario the leakage power consumption dominates the overall power consumption in high density chips. So it is a demand to control the static power consumption. In this work we have combined lector and drain gating techniques to get an architecture which uses the advantages of both the techniques. To further reduce the sub-threshold current, variable threshold voltage (VTCMOS) technique is also applied to the designed architecture. The performance of the designed logic gates are analysed in terms of static power consumption and average propagation delay. The performance of the proposed circuit has been compared with the reported techniques to validate our proposal. These accidents are increasing deaths and economic losses. The cause of drowsiness is continuous driving for long distances and stress levels in working places is reduced in sleeping then it leads to sleep driving. To control these types of accidents, we are implementing this model, in this model blink sensors and M Q3 alcohol sensors are used. The blink and alcohol sensors output will be sent to Arduino, and the vehicle will be controlled using Arduino output. Based on the drowsiness and the alcohol level of the driver. The sensor will sense the level of drowsy time of sleep and the alcohol sensor defects the consumption of alcohol from the driver if it exceeds the specific value, turn ON buzzer and lock the automobile.
