More and more people are using their mobile devices to access, share, and watch high-definition multimedia, which has led to a rise in the demand for mobile data. The ever-expanding capabilities of mobile devices, such as those with higher-resolution cameras, 4K video, always-on cloud computing, virtual/augmented reality, etc., are increasing the need for more robust network infrastructure. Although it still needs a lot of testing, millimeter wave (mm Wave) technology, also known as high-frequency spectrum bands over 24 GHz, is becoming an important part of 5G. Large bandwidths (hundreds of megahertz) are available at these high frequencies, and the prospect of huge capacity gains and exceptionally high data rates is very enticing. To reduce power consumption and effectively use the available bandwidth, this can be done by selecting the sparsest channel. For the purpose of locating the sparsest channel, the Orthogonal Matching Pursuit (OMP) algorithm is used. The algorithm's goal is to perform better in noisy environments with less computing complexity. The estimate of the channel is viewed as a sparse approximation problem. The dominating channel coefficients are sequentially identified by the iterative OMP technique. The process is repeated until there is no longer any residue. Results that accurately reflect the power, level of sparsity, and actual Channel response will support the goal.","PeriodicalId":165055,"journal":{"name":"2022 3rd International Conference on Communication, Computing and Industry 4.0 (C2I4)","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126279487","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A broad framework for the performance trade-off between packet error rate (PER) and network lifespan in Wireless sensor networks (WSN) and collaborative wireless network sensors (CWSN) is provided in this research. According to the simulation results, when there are more sensors added, the PER for WSNs lowers. Additionally, it has been shown that choosing the sensors with the longest lifespan is no longer the best course of action for reducing PER. As the number of sensors surpasses a specific threshold, it is demonstrated that the drop in the PER is not proportional to the growth in the network lifespan. The lifetime performance of CWSN also grows with the number of sensors, and its PER falls with the number of sensors.","PeriodicalId":165055,"journal":{"name":"2022 3rd International Conference on Communication, Computing and Industry 4.0 (C2I4)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123208700","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This sector has to be given more importance compared to others since it acts as the heart of our nation. Irrigation is one of the important and primary processes for plant growth. Due to water scarcity and unseasonal rain farmers fail to achieve better crop productivity. It is possible that the water pipeline will get damaged, resulting in leaks and increased water consumption for agriculture. To resolve this, this research work aims to design a smart irrigation system to help farmers in their agricultural activities and effectively utilize water sources using the Internet of Things components and sensors. With advanced technologies, the proposed system automates the irrigation process and effectively identifies water leakage in water pipelines installed in the agricultural fields that facilitate effective usage of the water sources in agricultural activities. Leakage in the pipeline can be identified by monitoring the water level in the water tank and considering the nature of the soil and the planted crops and their water absorption level.","PeriodicalId":165055,"journal":{"name":"2022 3rd International Conference on Communication, Computing and Industry 4.0 (C2I4)","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130725220","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

State GDP (State Gross Domestic Product), population and income rate are chosen as the independent input variables. In this study, four different model have been developed based on independent input variables for instance type A (State GDP, and population), type B (population and in-come rate), type C (State GDP and income rate) and type D (State GDP, population and income rate). The electricity consumption is the independent output variables for all the models. The different models have been developed to show the impact of independent input variables while predicting the electricity consumption. 3 scenarios are developed according with growth rates of input variables. The simulation results are verified with the National Electricity Plan (NEP) of India.","PeriodicalId":165055,"journal":{"name":"2022 3rd International Conference on Communication, Computing and Industry 4.0 (C2I4)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126946276","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
