Most often these are restricted to identified most of the diseases in the leaves or the pests that are difficult to see the diseases with the naked eyes. This study is focusing on the developing on the model to improve the detection of cotton leaf diseases and then pests are using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) deep learning technology. To do this further, the researchers are used the common cotton leaf diseases and the pests, this type of bacteria is rotten and bollworm. Similarly we can say approximate of the samples are the 2400 (600 images in each class) they were used in this further study for training purposes. In this paper, it is tried with developing a model and tried implementing it by using python version. The accuracy for the classification of cotton leaf illnesses and the pests will be studied by using the model. This paper talks about the solution to the challenge of developing a system that is scalable and adaptable using simple voice signal data compression techniques and existing wired Ethernet (IEEE 802.3) LAN network infrastructure at the premises. This system helps in broadcasting an announcement to a larger audience at distance and followed by questions and answers. This is a typical requirement where ISDN-based expensive solutions are not required. The motivation behind this solution is usually any big institute will have wired ethernet connectivity installed for other data communication. A simple system developed using a development board that contains analog to digital converter, digital to analog converter, enough compute power for speech data compression. Series compensation have become popular option in long transmission lines worldwide as it increases the transmission capacity of the system. But due to the use of series compensation (capacitors), transmission line protection becomes complex due to various changes in the line parameters, looking from the point of relay installation such as change in impedance, current and voltage inversion. Existing protection concepts will have to be modified to accommodate these issues. A protection algorithm (PA) based on three signal processing techniques is proposed in this paper for identification and categorization of faults in series compensated electrical transmission network. Estimation of the intensity of the corrosion by humans may not have much accuracy, and false analysis of the metal surfaces may lead to the destruction or loss of the material. To cater to the above needs intelligent corrosion detection algorithms are developed, which automatically detect and inspect the corrosion on metal surfaces by using a series of photographic images. percentage of black pixels is one of the parameters for analyzing the corrosion intensity. The first algorithm initially converts the RGB image to a grayscale image and it is binarized using Otsu's method, and from the binary image, PBP is calculated. The higher the value of PBP higher is the corrosion intensity. Another approach made to investigate the corrosion is by verifying the roughness and smoothness of the metal surface since a rough surface indicates the presence of corrosion. Around 11,700 patients are given a mind cancer finding every year. For the individuals who have a harmful cerebrum or Central Nervous System growth, the 5-year endurance rate is generally 34% for guys and 36% for ladies or women. In this paper, it is used with the classifiers to detect the tumor in human they are CNN, KNN, Logistic regression and SVM algorithms. Benign, malignant, pituitary, and other types of brain tumors are all classified. KNN-Classifier is used to categories tumors, and cross-validating accuracy score and hyperparameter tuning are used. The cross validation includes the experimental simulation with the best average score for K. Hyper parameters of the KNN Classifier state the best score when approaching the prediction with the highest accuracy score. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) are used in our method to investigate discriminative information while integrating multi-layer dictionary learning. This often necessitates for new capacity installations by the utilities with more capital and resources. Also, residential consumers utilizing power at peak hours have to pay increased charges despite possible load rescheduling options. To avoid this, herein a demand response program inspired load management (LM) and scheduling method for the residential consumers is proposed. The proposed method was simulated and experimentally verified by designing an internet of things (IoT) based home energy management (HEM) system. The energy management module automatically manages the consumer prioritized residential loads during high peak load conditions. Simulation studies of two different cases of load categorization results in significant power savings of 50% and 92% respectively. The simulated results are validated using an IoT based HEM experimental set-up and the observed experimental results were also in line with the simulated results giving a correlation factor of about unity. For downscaling the energy consumption, it is expected that the application of analog to digital convertors (ADCs), as discussed earlier, will be costly and consistent with the concept of green connectivity in current large MIMO systems. However, radio frequency (RF) degradation, which is inevitable in real-world systems, causes unexpected phase / phase quadrature (IQI) imbalances and reduces the performance of the baseband signal. As a result, a large calculated MIMO is needed to compensate for the IQI results, which encourages us to build work on this paper. This work proposes an effective system for transferring data from sender to recipient with the acceptance of an improved channel.
